Everyone else is giving their unbidden two cents so I thought I'd throw in.

Here is a quick little paint-over (emphasis on the quick):

The two big things that are making her look weird is the location of her vagina relative to her ass and the extreme length of the ribcage. The other thing these guys are commenting about is the fact that the left side of her hip is confused with the stomach on your current sprite, though, I'll be honest I don't know how you would work that in there and still have the legs animate the same way.

The slant between the bottom of the buttcheek and the top of the vulva is way too steep, it should be nearly horizontal. Actually, on a real woman you wouldn't be able to see the vagina from this pose at all, but if you make the bottom of the pelvis jut forward more than usual it makes it look alright (I don't know if I did this effectively in my draw-over).

As for the ribcage, it's just too large relative to the pelvis. In general you're going to want the distance from the clavicle to the bottom of the ribcage to be close to the distance between the ribcage and the bottom of the crotch. Also her belly button is too high :P.

Other general issues: you could probably animate the arm more naturally with a circular shoulder. Also her thighs are curved a bit too much on the top relative to the bottom.

Personally, I don't like the cloud of (*Flame?) Around her pussy when she seduces, but it may just be me. Although if you want to add to it, maybe a pentagram appears under her glowing when she seduces?

Nothing as extravagant of this, but you get the picture.

Or maybe if you don't like that maybe her eyes start glowing the same color as her fire?

(*Side-note) Saw the armlet you drew while streaming, looked amazing! If you ever do add armor, could you make it another customization feature? I like your old idea of her being bare-naked myself :P

But would it be better, maybe, to link pubic hair colour to "hair" rather than "effects"...?

lol the reason she looks like a puppet is because the black line drawn on the front of her thigh rides up unaturally almost to the waist as well as the line on the abdomen


im not suggesting the old model was better because it wasent because I like this ones face legs and everything else, its just the last model didn't have this issue lol.


I know you have to stack individual parts over each other in layers and then make them move and run etc, but those two lines cant be changed..? x.x...

Just a heads up, holding left and right while in the air allows her to stay in the air indefinitely. Not sure if that was intentional or not so I thought I'd mention it.

Small observation. I am not sure if someone posted it yet. If you jump and hold both directions while airborne, your character keeps turning back and forth, spazzing drastically and not returning to good ole terrafirma, defying gravity.

Just curious;
By, 'the old model' are you referring to the one from the first game? (And not previous rendition model that existed in this game that has since been updated) And if so, would you care to enlighten me as to your perspective on this model's superiority to the one from the previous game?

I personally preferred the previous model's face, hair, and orientation of the horns. Specifically: The sharper angles of the previous sprite's eyes in combination with the whites of her eyes being yellow (though admittedly the customization options now make that design choice less viable since it might clash with the color of a players choice for her irises). I found it sexier and more evocative of a demon than the new almond shape, which for me evokes goth human chick rather than demon (not that there's anything wrong with that). I also liked the right angle profile of her face and sharper features. I feel like the new, angled profile only serves to show she gots bangs over her eyeses. What I prefer about the previous hairstyle is the greater definition with the separate strands than the new one, which is more or less a single shape, though I also tend gravitate towards an anime art style anyhow. As for the horns, I will definitely say the smoothness of their curve and evenness of width as they narrow are certainly improvements from the last game, but I feel like they intrude on her facial profile with this sharper curve. Lastly, the shading and 'shiny spots' on the pervious sprite created vibrant detail and brought more life to the character. Again, the customization options create issues for the possibility of bringing this back.

I hope I haven't come off as overly critical or too picky in my first post here, and I want to express how enthusiastic I am about game and it's development. I do not take for granted that gore is using his free time to create things for me to masturbate to.

Anyone else agree with me? Or disagree with me? Or anything?
