Honestly? I'm not fond of Nebula and company. They just weren't that interesting to me, either on a personality level or a physical one. ESPECIALLY since they're all recolors of Lanie or... or that other person I can't be bothered to remember. And their long, unskippable dialogue annoys me whenever I start a new game, which is pretty frequently since I'm a beta tester. Though... they ARE arcane division, so I suppose they'll have to show up soon. I wonder why you need to go there anyway, even if Gwen's not drugged...? Oh, right. Beating up Xanrud. Always a worthy task...
Lady Illia, whether you find her softer side (as I do), break her, or keep her dominant, has great potential but... I can't help but think that keeping track of it would be a PAIN to implement and keep track of and such.
Bunny and Maid Girls... eh? They're bit characters. I could honestly care less, though I suppose they'd be easier to add. Maybe if you whip up some kind of cure in the Arcane Division to give them? An interesting idea... maybe you can make a STRONGER concoction to give them and the shopkeeps for discounts and drugged-out sex scenes, or give them the antidote for the same results, only less evil? Either way, I didn't vote fer 'em, and that's why..
Lumina is certainly interesting (though I wonder how one will implement her with Asella in the future), but she also raises problems of how to introduce Asella in others' stories. Also, she adds a certain... humanity to Asella's character, showing that Asella DOESN'T just care about a person's birth-station. Like Lady Illia, an interesting addition, but a difficult one.
Enyo is a main villain. Of COURSE she has to show up again, sooner or later. And since Sairyn is one of my favorite characters, and central to her backstory... hee. I expected her to be the "rival" Sairyn didn't resent. I wasn't expecting the cloaked guy to be Shuu before I got to her with Sai, and I've no IDEA where that plot's going. It interests me to no end (and I can think of a few different possible paths, all of them seemingly equally valid, from there). Also, how'd they beat you to the Syndicate? Hmmm...
I like Wolfram and Orpheus, though Wolfram confuses me (why would you EVER join these barbarians if you've got a moral bone in your body?) and Orpheus saddens me (because he seems like a genuinely good man, and I hate to think what's happening to the woman he loves every time you speak to him). I wish we saw more of them, but can honestly say that the number of times the player HAS seen them are fairly effective.
Other characters... well, I'm glad you put in my proposed "ghost" scene, I'm glad that Sairyn's fiancee has made an appearance (though things have become more... complex, than I expected), and the twins are always nice, though I prefer to only go after them with certain characters, like Rhiannon and Thyme whose character arcs, as I like to role-play them, better fit enjoying their... services. That said, I'm not sure how much more you can really do with them.
I thought I knew of another character but... well, it's late, and my wisdom-teeth-removal-surgery meds are screwing with my head. I can't think of more, though I wish I could. Night... and I hope my feedback was helpful.
