Sorry for not responding recently as well. Before I do, is the cat leading me towards the spider scene with Kayin? If so, could I not be a part of that scene? I'm not keen on spiders, or any insects / arachnids really.

Btw, I think I might have misunderstood the bidding points? I thought it was like adding a point modifier to rolls but is it more just additional rolls?

So basically the way bidding works is that the more you bid, the better your odds of success, but the more you stand to lose. So if you feel you are in a life or death situation, you probably want to risk everything to make sure you can succeed.

But if you're just trying to do something cool, maybe just risk one die.

But yeah, every point = 1 die, any die that does not success your challenge is lost. You regain them all when you rest.

Also fyi, you still have one good strength die because 4 succeeded if you want to use it. Or you can just wait and see what fate has in store for you.

Eh, why not? Let's use that last die and see what happens. Though this might be a mistake since my track record for die rolls on this RP hasn't been great, lol
