Despite how scary some of these creatures could be though it seemed they were effected by the island in much the same way everyone else was: a ceaseless desire to breed. James and Candy do their best to not go down that rabbit hole though, instead just explaining most of the stuff she could expect to consistently see.

They also warn her about a lot of the wild fruits and vegetables that seemed to have strange transformative properties when eaten raw. That was it's own kind of terrifying, but at least she could adapt to that somewhat. However a lot of these transformations came with potent abilities! Eva wasn't sure how she felt about that, but it might be something she should keep in mind in case she was really in a jam.
