character has 12 Charisma, needs to charm or seduce someone. One person seems very easy to charm, so Charisma x5 60 or under. Another seems a tougher nut to crack, so x3 or 36 or under. The final one might be impossible, but with luck... x1 or 12 or under.
They tackle the easy one and get a 49, charming them with some effort being made.
Someone is trying to strike a goblin with a club, goblin is weak and easy, so 90 or under. Roll is an unlucky 92 so they miss
A character has a corruption score of 50/100. To resist their corruption and keep from succumbing to it further, they roll against it and get a 71. Easily resist the temptations of their corruption.
A character has recently been subjected to hypnosis, and has a hypnosis score of 17. Something triggers their hypnosis, and they roll a 4. Their hypnosis is triggered strongly and they gain some points and submit to the suggestions.
