Ya, the way I'm going to run this RP is daily, then after each day I do a summery to allow players to catch up if they missed a day.

Oooh! I got one, how do you deal with when you ran out of ideas.
My suggestions would be:
1. Take a break for a while
2. Go offline and take a break for a while
3. Try to ask the community (warning this will severely cripple people's enjoyment of your rp. Because they know whats going to happen!)

These are some good ideas. 
To the meta-gaming one, experience is amazingly important. Also, instead of letting a person GM him-her self, maybe you could let people GM each-other, in a sandbox RP of some sort? Like create NPC's and actions for them so that every player has something to interact with.
