Alright, here's the Krystal v0.3 Castaway. We have an entirely new Krystal for V0.3 now, completely different with much sexier proportions. This is the scrapped one, for many, many, many reasons. There's a lot of reasons for scrapping her--too many to list, through. I could go on and on about how the shadows are in the wrong degree, all the problems with the outlines, the color changes, proportional differences--hell, even the furry feet and legs. I changed a lot about this Krystal in the next one for good reasons. IMHO, by comparison, this one is very poorly done.

Yeah, can't say I'd be turned on with that model at all. Looks too meaty. Among other issues. So yeah. Here's hoping the other one is great.

it alright but when I just stretched her out I looked at the original and thought she had been flattened

No, it's not just you :)
The first thing we redid was her figure, because instead of having an average woman's height hourglass figure, she almost retains a shortened skinny pear figure, which is something I wasn't loving at all. I wanted the characters to be relatively the same size as well, so I had to make sure that she was changed for the better.

+1 for noticing. We did a tail later, but that was the actual point where we decided to scrap her.

Is the castaway krystal a whole picture or is she made out of parts?
And if she is made out of parts will they be avalible in V0.3? Becouse I think that this model is quite useable.

These are all fully function-able models, with parts and everything.
I don't know if I'll make them available or not--the problems lie with the proportions of this Krystal between the views, the lack of similarities between the views, and the fat that I simply I haven't finished the other views yet for this Castaway Krystal. There's no point in making a back, 3/4 back and the other side anymore because she's not being used, and she looks almost like an ugly distant cousin to the newer Krystal. These parts would have to be totally re-proportioned to be animated too, and she would end up looking like a mutant. This castaway is not something I'm going to waste my time on any more than I already have.

Every single character, animation, environment, story, piece of dialogue, and engine is being remade completely.
v1.0... we're not discussing that for a LONG time. Quality control demands that things take time, so rushing is like the devil to us.

Not at all. Actually, quality control is basically a shortened term for "I don't think this is good enough for LoK." Basically, stuff we deem unacceptable in terms of our standards of quality--at least, what we want out of it. That's quality control. It's like the height requirements to ride a roller coaster at an amusement park, except better, because it's like saying ", You're not good enough to ride the roller coaster."
