Bio:
It is unknown whether or not the chip on Aesa's shoulder is part of her genetic makeup or character flaw, but she has always been striving to prove herself as any birthed from the Iron Womb with Kerensky blood are want to do, only it is more pronounced in Aesa. Perhaps from her height, being a full head shorter than the next shortest member of her Sibko, she always tried to show she was better than her siblings. If success was a substitute for a personality than Aesa achieved it, frequently topping or sharing top scores with only one other in her sibko, Alec, though Alec always bested in his psychical trials due to his extra height. Alec was everything she wasn't, outgoing, a charismatic leader who lead by inspiration, not because he was put in charge.Alec was the most popular in the Sibko, coupling as freely as he wanted, while Aesa was the lone wolf and few showed interest in her physically when so many others in the sibko were more endowed.
By the end of their Mechwarrior training only Aesa and Alec were left of their sibko, not unusual for other sibkos but Kerenskies were pushed harder. In their Blooding, Aesa strove to match her Idol, Natasha Kerensky who had attained the rank of Star Colonel from such a trial. If one Kerensky woman could do than so could Aesa. She quickly dealt with her first opponent as did Alec, but as she positioned herself to finish off her second her the rear of her mech was shredded. Alec had decided to start a Melee, downing Aesa and her crippled opponent quickly before he was overwhelmed by the other mechs.
With little redress, Mechwarrior Aesa was forced to watch the laurels laid upon her sibkin brother and traitor Star Commander Alec, now forever outranking her. With her codex showing only the one victory, Aesa was forced to wait in the lists of other basic Mechwarriors waiting for a position to open up, praying the invasion didn't start without them and as she watched Alec ascend to a fighting unit.
Attached for the time to the training field, she begun shaping the next wave of Mechwarriors, though few measured up to her standards. She had just finished another cadet's dreams of glory in the Blooding when the announcement came, the day had come... and she was stuck where she was... a week later a different announcement came, a tragic fueling accident had lead to a Bloodname becoming free, a Kerensky Bloodname. The top contenders for the name had already shipped out for the Invasion, to turn back meant risking losing their spot in the grand calling. Aesa forced her training Commander to sponsor her, and in the rushed trial she claimed something even Alec couldn't fathom achieving for even years to come, Aesa was a Kerensky.
Requisitioning the fastest ship big enough to carry her Timber Wolf, she sped after the invasion. They couldn't refuse her, couldn't refuse a Bloodnamed Kerensky. She caught up with the tail of the fleet just as the invasion launched, initiating a trial of possession to become a point, any point in the star of Mechs. It didn't matter she was on the edge of the invasion corridor on a back water world, she was here, a Mechwarrior doing what every Clan warrior had dreamt of for ages.
