Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Name: Aurora
Gender: Female
Race: (Tainted) Elven Spirit
Appearance:
Original: https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/10768796
Corrupted Spirit (Current): https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/18903004

Bio: Legends tell of an elf princess in ancient times whose passions and desires ran so deep she courted and seduced gods and mortals alike. While she was strongly driven by lust, and brought forth lust from others, it was clear that behind all of this was an understanding of the heart. Whether out of her kind nature - or purely accidentally as a result of her dalliances as some stories posit - this princess proved to be a great peacemaker in her time and gained enough favour with the gods to become immortalised as an elven spirit of passion, lust and excitement.

However, like many legends before and many legends after, this spirit who would become known as Aurora was eventually lost to time. Many other spirits where jealous of her popularity and saw her shameless lustful nature as a taint on their otherwise austere reputation. They turned the stories of the spirit against her, spinning the tales of her past to make her seem more of a wanton and corrupting whorish trickster instead of the free spirited and adventurous pleasure seeker she was. This would begin to diminish her followers each generation until eventually she was left forgotten and soon began withering away and left to slumber.

But this was not the end for Aurora, as the world would have need of her once more. With the arrival of a powerful entity, whose lust and passion rivalled and perhaps even surpassed that of Aurora, erotic energies surged into the world and rekindled Aurora's spirit. However this new entity was tainted... driven by selfish desires and twisting the passions of others for their own ends. A part of this taint seeped into Aurora, changing her form and leaving her powers diminished as she finally returned to the world, blinking awake after untold eras have passed and finding herself in the long forgotten and overgrown ruins of her temple on a mountainside overlooking a town in the distance that was not there when she was last awake.

Extras: Aurora's thrill seeking doesn't stop with sexual endeavours. She was once, although she can barely remember it, a very adventurous mortal, and as a spirit would regularly aid adventurers on their journeys - often 'rewarding' them for a job well done afterwards. Just one of the many things her adversaries wished forgotten about her, but it still left her a capable adventurer in her own right, even with her powers greatly diminished.

She would also often be a muse spirit to bards and poets. There are many passions to life- not just those of the body... although she did use her body to help inspire many of their works.

She's also a big fan of sweets and baked goods. Nothing inherently lustful about that, but given that she hasn't needed to eat in a very, very long time its a passion that is soon to be reawakened.

Inventory: Absolutely nothing!

Your reemergence into the world was not a gentle awakening after millennia untold, but a sudden and panicked jolt. Something had happened, after so long, that pierced the peaceful blackness of nigh eternal slumber, and in its wake, filled you with a warmth that totally subsumed the frigid mountain air that filled lungs only just made material once again. It was a powerful heat, and one you could recall in memories dulled by the ages, and instincts held by all the God's reproductive races; raw lust. When you coalesced in the ruins of your temple, now worn by time to the point of appearing almost natural among the Marches' rocky terrain, you were nearly paralyzed by the feeling. The need to fuck, rut and breed like some sort of beast. It must have been a mercy that you had no mortal worshipers left to tend you any longer, for had you been in the presence of another when you were reborn, you may well have fucked them into an early grave to sate your need. A need that, as your head cleared through strength of will, a judicious application of your magical fingers, or both, came to understand as unnatural.

It was not the lust you had delighted in sowing among mortals and spirits alike. Not the ardor of heated kisses between fierce rivals made lovers, the needy pawing at the breeches of a trusted companion, or the sweaty glow that followed a night of passion. It was forceful, and greedy. It sought to consume and conquer and reshape whatever it touched to fit its diabolic whims. This lust was... wrong. Alien. It felt like nothing the Gods who rose you up from mortality could have made.

By the time your rut had come to an end, the influence of... whatever had gotten you so hot had changed you. A simple glance downwards to your body was all it took to ascertain as much. Its source, however, was not so easy to figure out. Perhaps you could seek answers in that town far below; it had been actual ages since you'd seen another soul, and you doubted mountain goats had much to talk with you about... new headgear aside.

Re: Return to Savarra [LazyKitsune]

Postby Lazy Kitsune » Sun Dec 15, 2019 7:29 pm

Almost as soon as my breath returned to me, it left me as a shuddering moan. Brought to my knees upon my return by an overwhelming lust, my body was left trembling under the touch of the cold wind and my own fingers. Even with my own unparalleled expertise it took a while to quench the ravenous inferno that had overtaken me. Some pent up energy was expected after being dormant for so long... but this... this was something else entirely... something otherworldly and twisted... and dreadfully compelling.

With these sensations subsiding, I shakily brought myself to my feet, my thighs slick with the same juices that now dripped from my right hand. My body... I had noticed the change almost immediately, although could only begin to comprehend the implications now that my mind cleared. Whatever that sensation was... what ever had awoken me... also changed me. True, while I could not get a clear look at myself without a mirror, what I could see still looked rather... fun. A quick run over my fingers across my chest let me see I was still just as... firm, yet pliable, and sensitive as ever. And with a mind like mine it didn't take long to start thinking up things to do with my new tail. The horns... were an interesting touch, but they had a certain splendour too them. I had dabbled with taking on different forms before, so appearing this way isn't what bothered me. What bothered me was that someone or something else had changed me and I couldn't muster enough strength to change myself back.

Prodding my horns uncertainly, I had to adjust my step to avoid tripping over my own tail as I began my path. The town in the distance... an entire settlement... how long had I been away? Surely they would be able to help clear things up for me... and if not... well, it has been so long since I've had company. It didn't cover myself up from the cold air at all - even if I could find something nearby to cover myself with. The heat that had overwhelmed me still kept me warm somewhat, and besides... the cold air on my skin and the dirt beneath my feet felt so... exhilarating... simply being able to feel them again. I wouldn't put anything between myself and these sensations. Not yet, anyway. I'm sure the townsfolk wouldn't mind. Mortals rarely complained before.

You begin your descent from the remnants of your temple, greeted a glorious morning sun glistening off freshly fallen white snow; a fortunate thing, as the sun has already begun to significantly melt the heavy accumulation that had accompanied your arrival. You couldn't recall if this region had always been so cold when you last drew breath... but frankly, it was hard to recall a lot of specifics of that time. Understandable, as you had just recently awoken from what felt like a lengthy nap. Perhaps it would come back to you in time, along with your strength. In the meanwhile, you were forced to contend with slick, snowy slopes and craggy paths that functioned less as roads and more as places-of-least-resistance. Its a lonesome journey, as few things would choose to make their homes atop a mountain as you had. There was what seemed to be a glimpse of something winged circling some distance to the east, though it disappeared behind the mountain before you could make out much more than its flight.

It seems to be almost noon by the time you make it onto the less rocky and noticeably less steep terrain of the foothills. The town is still someways westward, maybe half an hour longer if you hurried, based on the way its accompanying castle pokes just barely above the horizon... Yet you still can smell the smoke of a cook fire nearby. It brings with it a flood of fonder memories, of sleeping beneath the stars, warmed by campfires and the occasional adventuring companion. Sniffing the wind reveals its source to be due east, the opposite of town, though not so far, as your keen ears can detect the faint clamor of life echoing the hills from that direction.

While most would dread at the sight of the steep and icy terrain that lay between me and the town below, I couldn't have been more thrilled by the path I had to traverse. Slumber never suited me - sliding down frost stricken mountainsides did. My tail and horns through off my usual balance, but that just made things more interesting. I found myself laughing into the wind as I made my way down under the morning sun, rising ever gradually towards its apex. In my current condition I couldn't race down like I would used to, but I could still have fun with the experience. Maybe even more fun than I could with the safety of my full power. As I finally reached the foothills below, I took a moment to catch my breath - something I once need not do all that much, although it seems with my diminished power I've also gained more mortal limitations. Seeing signs of life around me and movement in the sky I almost want to reach out with a wave and call to it, regardless of whatever it might be. To simply interact with another living being in so long filled me with giddy anticipation.

Using a hand to shadow my eyes from the sun, now nearing its height, I peer ahead at the castle tops marking the town up ahead. I still had a short ways to go, but it was so close - surely people would be pleased to see my return! I grin wide, showing teeth as I get ready to continue along my way before pausing, catching the smell of smoke on the wind. Perhaps a campfire of some sort? I turn my head towards the direction it seems to be coming from... while heading away from town would be a little counterproductive, it would be rude of me to not greet someone daring enough to camp out here. Besides, they seemed close enough... this could be a chance to practice my skills at making first impressions before I head to the town - brush up on some old tricks of the trade. With a skip in my step, I make my way eastward in search of the source of the smoke.

Your foray to the east doesn't take all that long, as it's fairly easy to see the smoke of a fire from far off. Trekking towards a rocky outcrop that juts out from the rolling foothills where they meet the incline of the mountains, you spot what appears to be a small camp of armed individuals. Orcs, going off their varied shades of green skin, who number only three in total. Dressed in rough leathers and furs, and armed with bronze axes and lightweight shields, they aren't exactly kitted out to the nine, likely raiders from the looks of things. From your vantage point on the hill overlooking the outcrop, you can see quite plainly that they're seated around the aforementioned fire, tending a boar of some sort that hangs from a spit above it. So enraptured by their meal, they fail to spot your approach... or the fact that a smaller, pale skinned individual, one who is bound and gagged, is currently shimmying across the ground away from their makeshift camp.

Something tells you that one doesn't want to be there. Or that the orcs would be happy if they left, based on how much trouble they went to tying them up.

Peering down at the small orc camp down below, I purse my lips at the seen below me. It would seem my first sighting of actual people since arriving her was of the less friendly sort. They seemed to have someone tied up in their camp, and not in the good way if their attempted escape was anything to go by. With my powers as diminished as they were, I didn't feel confident enough to be able to take the Orcs on on my own. I couldn't just stand by and do nothing, however. While the trio of raiders were focused on their cooking food, I attempt to make my way as quickly and quietly down towards their shimmying captive in an attempt to get close enough to untie their bonds.

You approach as silently as you can, which is fairly silent considering your utter nudity leaves little to jingle or clatter as armor or weapons might. The escapee, whose features you come to make out as you approach, seems to be a male. It was a tad hard to tell at first, as the lad has the lithe build and fine, near androgynous features found most commonly on the elves who you once called kin. But, unlike yourself, his ears are not tapered into lengthy points. In fact, they're not even found in the same place as yours! Instead, the male's ears jut out closer to the top of his head, two feline peaks amidst the shaggy sandy locks that cover it. If they were not enough to prove his lineage, a similarly cat like tail flicks about in agitation as he worms his way towards the corner of the outcrop, perhaps meaning to use it as cover.

By the time his ears swivel in response to your approach, you're close enough to see the fear in his slitted copper pupils. Then, once he's discerned you aren't one of his captors, his expression shifts rapidly from confusion, to embarrassment (no doubt from your nudity), to a pleading look for help. Close enough to spirit him out of sight, you tug the prone catboy around the bend and get to work on his binds.

Which, unfortunately, coincides with an exclamation from the orcs, only a little over a dozen or so feet away.

"Where the fucks the cat gone?! I told you to watch 'em!"

Giving the unusual cat boy that was tied up before me a curious look of my own, I start pulling him back away from the camp, doing my best to muffle my own grunts from shifting his weight as I do so. I give him a quick wink as I notice his embarrassment at the sight of me before getting to work on his binds. "Its alright." I whisper to him "I'm really good with knots. Years of practice..." and then I proceed to start trying to chew through the rope. Although on hearing the orcs notice his absence I pause for a moment. Frowning, I then start trying to see if I can use my new horns to dig under part of the rope and start tearing it apart faster that way. Hopefully my new friend wouldn't mind me rubbing my head against him as i worked.

You get the feeling the catboy might've had a snarky retort, if not for the fact he had a gag covering his mouth. Chewing through the rope goes about as well as you'd assume, given that you were not turned part rat by the earlier change in your biology. Your horns, however, have a marginally easier time getting into the bundle of rope currently binding his wrists together. It does have some unfortunate implications for your head, though. Propped up against the stony landmark as he is, the feline fellow's hands are left to hang in his lap, which forces you to snuggle your face into his groin to angle your horns properly. It's not exactly the first time you've had a cock against your face, though, and panicked as he is, you doubt he minds. In fact, once he realizes your game, he squeezes your head in his thighs to steady you and begins sawing the ropes against your horn's tip.

Having your head between a cute guy's knees is usually the kind of scenario a lust spirit hopes to make last. In this case, though, it's a massive relief when you feel the rope's resistance give out after a few tense moments. Acting with swiftness, the half-freed catboy struggles to disentangle from you, grabbing for a nearby rock. Before you need fear him striking you, however, he cocks an arm back and tosses it as hard as he can in an arc over the outcropping and into the distant east. Moments later you hear it clatter against other stones, and the orcs must as well, as the trio jogs off towards the sound of their 'captive'.

As their shouting and clamoring fade into the distance, the catboy, still gagged and tied at the feet, breathes a deep sigh of relief, and collapses onto his back against the rocky loam. Which, to your ego's delight, reveals quite a tent in his hide trousers. Seems you hadn't loss your touch! Though frankly, he had done most of the work, dry humping your face to freedom.

I do my best to hold back from making any comments as he practically thrusts his way to freedom against my face. Arching an eyebrow as he grabs the rock, I watch with an impressed smirk as he chucks it quite far indeed, giving the two of us the distraction we needed. Once it sounded like the orcs had moved far enough away, I started unbinding his feet a little more conventionally, although took a moment to appreciate the tent he had started pitching in his trousers.

"My names Aurora." I murmur, smiling "A pleasure to meet you! I didn't expect to be rescuing anyone from raiders today... although I didn't really expect to be doing anything at all quite frankly. You've very nice eyes! I'm sure you get comments on your ears and tail all the time and... well, they're nice too, but your eyes really stood out. I've not met anyone like you before. They have cat people now? That's interesting. Wait... so did... someone... and a cat... like... It was a human right? A human fucked a cat? Sounds like a human thing. Hey, I'm not judging. I've had... unusual experiences as well. You might have heard the stories - although the goat wasn't a real goat, but a god in disguise. They do that sometimes. A lot of times, actually. The pack of wolves also wasn't my idea... but it worked out for the best in the end... oh and there was that time-" I manage to stop myself, realising I was a little to eager in starting my first conversation in goodness knows how long. "Oh... sorry..." I murmur, and then move to help him get the gag off. "Better?"

The catboy notices you admiring his 'tentpole' while you busy yourself with untying his feet. He flushes just a tad, directing his eyes away from yours as if to divert his shame... though you doubt he's very ashamed of it, considering the way he subtly shifts his hips to make it more prominently displayed. The ropes do not take too much longer to undo, and soon the poor cat was finally able to move freely again. It was for the best that he had been gagged when you began your verbal avalanche, as you only see bafflement in his eyes as you simultaneously praise him, inquire to his lineage and list your breadth of... animal handling expertise. The cloth in his mouth removed, the poor fellow is finally capable of responding.

"Wh... wolves? What? How have you n- you know, never mind. You're an elf, probably from one of those communes. That explains the majority of this." He chooses now to drag himself to his feet, brushing himself off as best he can given the rough circumstances he's been in recently. He then offers you a hand yourself so you might stand as well.

"I should introduce myself to my savior, I suppose. My name's Cyrus, and yes, I am a 'cat people'. Though, to hear it told, we descend from fucking the Sphinxes of Jassira, not your every day cat-fucker." He explains, in oddly high spirits, all things considered. You had just rescued him from an orcish warband though, so perhaps that was expected.

"As much as I'd love to thank you properly here and now, it might be prudent to beat a hasty retreat from this place, before those brutes realize the ruse and return. I take it you've never been Hawkethorne? You'd have seen folk like me before if you had. It's where I stay when I'm not wandering these Godsforsaken hills. I could lead you there, if you'd like. Then we can talk more, work out repayment perhaps." Cyrus declares, peeking around the bend towards the orc camp to ensure his captors have not come back.

"You can still tell I'm an elf?" I ask, looking over my own appearance and prodding my horns. "Must be my impeccable grace and sophistication!" I say, mock posing in an imitation of the kind of elf that used to scorn my followers and drawing out certain vowels in the most overly classy way I could. Continuing my mock posh accent, I imitated curtsying towards Cyrus. "It is a ~pleasure~ to make your ~acquaintance~ Cyrus, descendant of the Sphinxes of Jassira."

Giggling to myself, I hop from foot to foot before nodding. "Hawkethorne! Sounds lovely! Also confusing, hawks don't have thorns, they have talons. Unless people have got the words talon and thorn confused over the years - I will need to check the updated dictionary. Still, we best be off! Places to go! People to do! Yadayadayada! I do hope that pole in your pants doesn't slow you down too much, I like to travel fast!" I say, breaking into a light jog.

Cyrus seemed only to shrug at your surprise.

"Sure, you're a little... far gone, but I've seen plenty of your sort in similar shape. Knew a girl growing up, sweet thing, that grew a horsecock when her wild mark came in. I'm not even making a remark about its size; it was an actual horse's dick. How somebody her size even had enough blood to get it up is beyond me, but that's beside the point."

You... certainly don't recall elves sprouting equine members out of the blue in your era, though who knew how long you had been gone if there were cat-humans wandering around! It was something to look into once you'd arrived at town. Which, wouldn't take long at your pace, as much as it seems to irritate your companion who lags behind.

"This is your fault, you know! You try keeping it down when a butt naked elf decides to go face-to-cock with you!" He gripes along the way. Thankfully, his yelling does not tip off the orcs, and your scurry towards town is rewarded by an increasingly clear view of the hamlet. It's not so large as most towns you remember, and it probably houses fewer than a thousand, but it's all the more cozy looking for it. Nestled into the base of a tall hill, atop which a crumbling basalt castle sits, Hawkenthorne billows smoke from the stacks of dozens of shops and houses, all surrounded by sturdy wooden palisades that funnel any visitors into what few gates it has. Into one of which a well trekked dirt road you eventually find leads.

The gate is, as expected, manned by a couple of militiamen, who upon your approach are more focused on you than Cyrus. It's hard not to return the sentiment; as both guards are wolfmen! Another strange addition to Savarra's world! One of the wolfmen speaks, though his eyes haven't moved above chest level since you came jogging along.

"You, I ain't seen before. One of them forest folks? Not that I'm one to complain, but you're gonna need to cover up in town, lil miss. Wouldn't want to haul you in for bein' indecent." He says, shooting you a (very aptly classified) wolfish grin.

"She's with me, I'll see that she gets something as soon as we're in." Says Cyrus, catching up at last. The guard mumbles something about being a killjoy, but ultimately shuffles to push the gate open for you both. Cyrus takes point, beckoning you inside, while the gatehouse duo endeavor to drink in as much of your figure as possible.

"Wild mark..." I mumble, under my breath, scratching just behind one of my horns. There were clearly a lot of things I needed to catch up on. Giggling as Cyrus starts complaining about his own stiffness, I turn and wink at him, stopping my jog for just a moment to shake my ass in his direction. "You know, most people don't complain when I do stuff like that. Some even consider themselves blessed. Though if its my fault, why don't you make me apologise~?" I tease before returning to jogging ahead before he can properly catch up.

It may not be the largest town, or the fanciest - but the sight of Hawkethorne up close leaves me breathless for a moment. To finally be this close to the hustle and bustle of civilised life - a cosy little area of people grouped up and going about their days in that weird and wonderful way mortals liked to do. Done in the right way and down time in a town can be just as exciting as adventuring in the wild, and I knew how to do it in many right ways.

I took almost as much time taking in the sight of the two wolfmen guards standing by the entrance. "I could've sworn breeding with wolves didn't actually work..." I murmur to myself as I approach. Though they were both quite pleasing to look at, and seemed to think just as much of me. I turn to the one that speaks to me, noticing where his gaze seems affixed. I smirk and cup my tits, hefting them up and down every couple of syllables as if I was talking through my cleavage. "Well Mr, I would love~ to be a good girl for you, but I just don't have anything to wear. As you can see I'm ~really~ sorry."

I grin back at him, only to turn with a slightly disappointed pout as Cyrus shows up to 'save' me from the guards. Shrugging, I follow him into the town, but deliberately meandering as I do so, taking my time to give the wolfmen a good look. I turn to blow them both a kiss. Stop mid step to examine the inside of the gate as if fascinated by the architecture - letting my hips sway back and forth as I do so. Take a couple of steps forwards then stop to yawn and stretch, letting them see just how limber I was while taking a sidelong glance back at them until finally I quit my teasing - for now at least - and start skipping ahead to catch up with Cyrus, giving him an apologetic look for the delay and a completely unapologetic wink for the show.

Your little show is rather well received, with both guards watching your ass swish with poorly contained lust in their predatory gazes. You even catch sight of growing set of bulges in their woolen trousers, cocks responding to a body meant to be bred. It's a shame you have to hurry off before things get more heated that glances and growls, but when you catch up to Cyrus, he's not much better off, sporting a hefty erection for your efforts. He tries to play it off as if he wasn't looking by the time you get into earshot.

"Y'know, nobody likes a tease. Shouldn't be doing that kind of stuff if you aren't gonna take care of the consequences." The pretty boy murmurs pitifully, either unhappy to have his member straining his pants again, or jealous he didn't get a show of his own. To take his mind off it, he gestures to a building someways down the main dirt road that leads further into town.

"Orcs took all my stuff and most of my money, so I can't afford anything expensive, but it'll be enough to cover your... well, you." He gestures this time to your body, trying, and failing, to keep from looking at your bared chest.

"Don't get into trouble while I'm gone? I at least want to set you up at the inn before nightfall, and it's a bitch trying to get a lupine to unknot once it's in, so uh... stay wholesome?"

Whether or not you heed the catboy is another matter, but he hurries along to the aforementioned shop, leaving you alone amidst Hawkenthorne's lazy afternoon. A few folks meander about, many too caught up in their daily tasks to notice you. Those that do either flush and avert their gazes, or shoot an appreciative whistle or howl. It's a rather eclectic mix as well. Most you see are fairly evenly split between humans and the 'lupine' as Cyrus called them. But mixed in are the occasional other. Elves, many sporting animal features like tails or cloven feet, some small green folk with big, pointy ears you can't recall seeing when you last were alive... and even a big old bull man carting along what seems to be a wheelbarrow full of ore. It seemed, for a such sleepy hamlet, Hawkenthorne was quite cosmopolitan.

It also seemed that people had taken to banging beasts since you'd disappeared too. Not that you could blame them. You were always a trend setter.

"Oh, really? They didn't seem to mind." I say to Cyrus, brushing some of my hair back on my head only to accidentally tangle some locks around my new horns. I walk beside him trying to tidy my hair back up, biting my lip as I learn to deal with the new obstacles on my head. "If it bothers you so much, I could go back and let the dogs give me a bone. I just didn't want to keep you waiting."

Finally having my hair sorted, I smiled proudly and stood before him as he spoke. "Me? Get into trouble? Never! I'm always wholesome. See?" I trace a halo above my head in the air before framing my face with my hands as I give him the best innocent smile I have in my repertoire.

I stand with my hands clasped behind my back as he walks off, idly looking around town. Hmm, never expected the animal fucking to catch on - or that it would lead to offspring - but I guess it is always the weirdest stories that get passed around the most. It doesn't take long before I'm pacing impatiently back and forth, or waving and winking in the directions of those that whistle at me. Eventually my nature gets the better of me and I start running up to the nearest people that glance my way. Its been so long since I've spoken to people! How was that supposed to go again? Might as well brush up my impeccable greeting skills.

"Hello! A pleasure to meet you! My names Aurora. Maybe you've heard of me?" I say, miming tipping a hat and bowing.

"Oh, hello there mighty bullman - a hard day's work down at the ol' mines!" I say, pumping my fist dramatically to the side. "Quite a hefty workload you got there, strong fellah'"

"Ahoy... animal elves! A great day to... go fuck a bear, right?" I say, nudging a nearby passing elf lightly with my elbow while wriggling my eyebrows suggestively. I was great at suggestive eyebrows.

"Howdy Lupine! Its a pleasure to meet you... not... but it'll be a pleasure to meet your... knot... also it is actually a pleasure to meet you! I just said it wasn't for the... knot joke... get it... because... Oh you've got places to go? OK then... Catch me later! Yeah... he'll... he'll come back."

Your attempts at conversation, unfortunately, garner little in the way of friendly chitchat. Maybe the people of the Hawkenthorn just weren't that sociable! That had to be it, what with your socialite nature certainly absolved of any blame. You eventually hear a cough from behind, and turn in time to catch Cyrus wrapping a cloak around your shoulders. It's definitely on the bigger side, though you imagine that's on purpose, and the brown wool fabric is certainly warm and fuzzy enough to be comfortable in the chilly afternoon. Plus, it has a hood, so you can look menacing!

"You're lucky I came back, with that kind of talk. Were you raised by those same wolves?" Cyrus asks rhetorically as he fastens the clasp for you, then steps back to give you a once over.

"It'll do while you're in town, at least. C'mon, let me show you the inn. Hopefully Marianne will put you up out of gratitude." With that, once more Cyrus sets off down the dirt path further into town. You make way towards the center of Hawkenthorne, and standing prominently on the junction where the road empties into the town square is what looks to be your destination. It's fairly tall, boasting two stories, the bottom of which seems wrought of stone, while its upper is a more traditional timber make. Over the heavy door swings a wooden sign, fashioned into a pair of crossed swords.

Cyrus holds the door for you, allowing you in before him. The interior is small and dark, but cozy, with several tables sandwiched between a roaring, smokey hearthfire and a bar so polished that it almost shines. Sawdust coats the wooden floor, soaking up spilled drinks and crunching beneath your feet as you walk in. The back wall is dominated by racks and racks of hefty kegs, flush with all manner of liquor, and guarded by a massive, bearded orc who sits almost comically huddled behind the bar. He gives you and Cyrus an appraising gaze with his blood red eyes, before grunting in recognition.

"Didn't think ya'd be back so soon. Storm hit hard an' fast." The greenskin rumbles, putting down the mug he was tending to stroke the braided salt-and-pepper beard that covers his wide jaw.

"Didn't expect to be back at all. Got captured by orcs, the filthy savages... er, no offense." Cyrus replies.

"None taken. Got yourself a friend?" The orc turns his attention now to you, quirking a thick brow.

"Ah.. yeah, she's the one who saved my ass; quite literally, in this case, from the raiders. Aurora, this is Urag, the innkeeper's husband. Urag, this is... well, I'll let her speak for herself."

At last, your cue!

"Hey, like I said - the thing with the wolves wasn't my idea!" I scoff, although I don't stay annoyed for long as I pull the cloak tighter around me with a smile and slight hum. "Mmm~ toasty and mysterious. Thank you, Cyrus. Its perfect." I give the catboy an appreciative kiss on the cheek as he fastens the clasp of my cloak. I do my best not to swish it dramatically too much as we walk the rest of the way through town although by the time we've reached our destination I'm doing my best brooding rogue impersonation. Hood up, brow furrowed and a stern smile-less face forged from the most tragic of backstories. It would probably look very intimidating if my tail didn't occasionally swish the back of my cloak to the side and flash my ass to everyone behind me. Ah well, notes to take for my next performance.

I nodded in appreciation as we walked inside. Yes... this was exactly the kind of tavern many daring adventures would find their start. I doubt its much of a coincidence that so many daring heroes seem to wind up on their grandest quests after a few too many pints. I look at my feet with a quiet 'Oooh' escaping my lips as I see the mix of sawdust and old booze that patterned the floorboards beneath me. Testing how accurately I can use my tail, I attempt to draw a dick in the sawdust while Cyrus speaks with the bartender, only half listening in. After I notice the conversation stop I look up at the two in silence before realisation hits me.

"Oh, my turn!" I declare before pulling down my hood and shooting a hand up into the air, the cloak parting down the front as I do so. "I am Aurora! Elven Lust Spirit of legend! At your service."

The orc blinks once, then twice in slow succession, his face unmoving in spite of your grandiose introduction. Eventually, he turns to face Cyrus again.

"Odd one, but nice tits. I approve." The Urag declares. The catboy rubs the back of his head sheepishly in response.

"Yeah, but she's a good enough person, and I owe her... so maybe that approval of yours will get her a room for the night? I'd pay but those brigands robbed me blind." At least he's willing to go to bat for you, rude as insinuating you're not totally normal is!

The bartender scratches his chin, stoic as ever as he mulls it over. You notice Cyrus giving him pleading, puppy dog (or kitty cat, in this case) eyes in the meanwhile. Eventually, the tusked giant sighs.

"The boss lady don't like it when I give stuff for free, ya know. But I'll talk with her. Probably gonna feel bad for ya gettin' caught on her behalf anyway." Urag relents, to Cyrus' delight. The catboy claps a hand on your shoulder, shooting you a toothy grin.

"Told you I'd repay you for your trouble. Ol' Urag here will set you up with a bed and some grub once the wifey hears, and me... well, it's been a rough day. Think I'm gonna head up to my room and lick my wounds... unless you wanna, uh... lick them for me?"

He scoffs, his cheeks faintly flushing beneath in the flickering light of the hearthfire.

"That was bad. I swear, I'm usually smoother than that. But they clubbed me! Quite hard, I might add."

I crook an eyebrow as Urag goes on to talk about how Cyrus was captured on his wife's behalf, whom I'm currently assuming was the aforementioned Marianne. I had been wondering what exactly had led to his capture, but got a little too caught up in everything else to ask just yet. My musings are cut short when Cyrus places his hand on my shoulder and I turn my attention to him, finding his grin infectious. And then I'm left laughing at what he says next.

I cover my mouth with my hand quickly and place the other on his shoulder. When I manage to stop myself I quickly say "Sorry, sorry, shouldn't laugh. That was sooo close to being smooth. Really. I'm sure you'll get it in time. Although if you had a room already, why didn't you just lead with that? Not that I don't appreciate your generocity, Urag." I say, turning to the orc momentarily. "That's really very kind of you and I'll be sure to pay you and your wife back... as soon as I... figure out how paying for things works now."

I wrap my arm around Cyrus and pull him in close to my side. "If you and the missus would like to talk to me... I'll be dutifully playing doctor to Cyrus's injuries." I say, giving the cute cat boy a quick swat to the rear with my tail. I was getting good at using this thing. I glance down... and while its slightly wonky - sure enough there's a dick drawn in sawdust on the floor. Hey, that kind of looks like that one guy's... what was his name? Eh... it'll come to me. Doctor Aurora now, reminisce later. "Come on smooth talker, lead the way. A quite hard clubbing deserves my immediate attention."
