while we're asking questions; that card specifically refers to the right in turn order, right? as in the person who's next to go. if that's so, then i don't think it would have been matt's name that was branded on lena since he went before her.

I read it more of being the opposite to Violets as player to the left is the next player clockwise, so why hsve two wordings for the same thing.

I read right as in right hand side, meaning previous player

Well Since turn order is clockwise i do think it is correct this way. Especially since FF established that left to Violet was also Matt in the post before

I think the (in turn order) was meant for when they no longer sit in a circle. Then it's still the one that would be sitting to your right or left in turn order.

I don't think so (the one one the first page here is up to date from what I can see) but I think you have the wrong perspective. You are looking from inside the circle instead of facing in i.e. everyones subjective perspective.

if they're all sitting in a circle facing forward to the middle of the circle then their right will remain in a constant direction until it wraps around to the first person (violet > matt > lena).

As Tes brought up it's a matter of perspective but I think we're all agreed now. Left is clockwise (turn order/next player) and right is counter clockwise (previous player)
