Alex chuckled and spoke as he ran his hands along the wall. "Sounds like we're about to see an impressive feat of architecture if we follow this path."

"maybe, though it's probably built into the sewer" she writes out, you meet another junction, then another and at each, she leads the way

Alex marked each junction as they passed, and kept track of his Mana amount. He spoke after a couple turns."you think they'll have an inn with a nice bed for rent?"

she gives her normal chuckles silently" for you? probably not" she writes out,

Alex walked up and patted her head playfully before speaking. "Well as long as we can get you that warm bed you were wanting, I'll be fine with camping on my own."

she shakes her head " I'll sleep where you do," she writes out as you keep going onwards

Alex stepped ahead of her as he spoke. "Careful how you phrase things. I might get hopeful."
He chuckled before he continued in a more serious tone. "Well at least I won't be as worried as much bout you, but I do owe you after making your run back to the surface and back."

she shrugs " it's nothing, and I can look after myself the only reason you beat me before is that I fell off the roof," she writes out

Alex chuckled and spoke. "Well I guess I'm glad you fell for me."

she glares at you, " I never said that I'm here because I owe you for saving my life, that's all" she writes out

Alex moved to the next turn and spoke as he waited for her. "I'd gladly save your life any time and at any cost."

she reads for a moment and points you onwards, " I shouldn't but... I believe that" she writes out for you

Alex followed her directions as he continued talking. "I mean I think I've been pretty good about earning your trust. I did say I would."
He stopped and looked at her. "Remember my goal is to have someone who would forsake money, fame, and any physical reward to fight beside me."

she shrugs " so long as I have what I need I'm not fussy, though having money would be good if only because I am not your slave," she writes out and shows you

Alex chuckled and spoke. "I'll try to also make sure you have time off to go shopping. What do you like buying anyways? More cloaks?"
Alex looked at the tunnels. "I wonder which grew faster, the city or the tunnels?"

" no, I only need one, and I don't really buy much besides what I need," she writes out, " probably the tunnels, the city is probably older than they are as well," she writes out

Alex ran his hand along the walls as he spoke. "Should buy yourself some dresses or something of the sort. You'd probably steal every man's heart with a single glance."
He stopped and looked down the tunnel. "I can imagine it. The city grows enough to need a sewer system, so they begin building one. That created hideaways for thieves and murderers who decided to make more tunnels to connect and expand their network....Can you imagine how it grew? Probably like a spider's web..."

" I don't want to steal mens hearts, having that much attention would make my job harder, that may well be it, but a lot of it was here before the city was like this I think," she writes out

Alex smiled at her and spoke. "I hope being my personal assassin and guard won't throw too much spotlight on you. How far do you think we've travelled so far?"
