"that seems fairly straight forward, so how come you'll be gone for a week?" she asks you

Alex pointed down as he continued explaining. "She's got me searching for her in that maze underground. I'm gonna have to rely on my shadow magic to find her I think, and it'd be a waste of time to walk back to the surface just to climb back down."

she nods " I suppose, well if you need any help at all you know exactly where to find me," she tells you with a smile

Alex stood next to her and nodded. "Well I should probably bring a good and bright lantern. Got anything like that?"

" not that'll last you 2 weeks," she tells you " A couple of hours maybe. but that's about it as combustibles I have on hand right now go"

Alex nodded to her and spoke. "Then I'll just make do with my magic. Gonna suck not being able to flirt with you for two whole weeks. Don't miss me too much alright?"

" I won't don't worry" she chuckled " if you need any help or advise I'll probably be here if not then ask someone and they can find me easy enough," she tells you,

Alex gave her a bow before turning to leave. "Wish me luck!"

"I will wish it, hopefully you'll get it" she tells you with a smile

Alex gave her a final smile before heading back to his assassin and soon to be cave diving buddy.

she was waiting for you with the stuff piled up next to her

Alex smiled at her and spoke. "We get everything we need?"

she shrugs and writes out " everything you asked for, I do not know if it's all we need," she tells you

Alex sighed and spoke. "Alright well what do you think we need? You're down there more often than I've been."

she tilts her head thinking for a few moments before writing out " rat traps, firewood, and string"

Alex nodded and walked over to a nearby soldier. He told them the list before returning to her. "So now we wait a little more. Wanna head out soon or first thing in the morning? I'm down for now."

she shrugs " I don't mind" she writes out, " either way it'll be dark once we're down there.... but sleeping in a warm bed for a night might be good" she says with a shrug

Alex laughed and spoke. "If I had somebody to join me and calm my mind then I'd agree, but I won't be sleeping tonight. If you really want to though, I'd rather you be comfortable."

she shrugs " I'll live, " she writes, giving a shrug, she didn't seem to mind either way

Alex nodded to her and began setting up the supplies on the mechanical soldiers. "At least we have these guys to watch our backs at night."
