A good way to do it is to just use RNG with the total number of cards in game, that way it's random and you don't have to create a bunch of seperate special packs or anything.

Leon is a large man, standing at nearly six and a half feet tall. His shoulders are broad and almost never down. His constant attention to keeping his back straight and shoulders squared make him seem even taller to those shorter than himself. His deep blue eyes are often darting about, though not out of fear or worry. His light hair, nearly sky blue in color, is short and often disheveled from a lack of effort to keep it neat. His clothes are typically blue or black and always consist of a t-shirt, jeans and sneakers, aside from his Guild Uniform. His skin is lightly tanned from years spent outside and what shows while clothed is unmarked, perfectly unscathed with not a hint of scarring, yet his shoulders bear many scars, all lines in any number of directions no longer than an inch. His teeth are straight and white, as though they were brushed after every meal.

Leon grew up in a rather large city, the son of a businessman and a nurse. His childhood was full of arguments overheard from his parents' room over silly things. After a while he learned that it wasn't that they disliked each other, just that neither of them had the time to prove it to the other. He began seeing the world differently starting then. Words couldn't always be relied on to get the point across. That's when he saw his first duel. Both participants giving their all, having faith in the decks they had built to come out on top. Often times he would sit in the park and watch as friends began arguing, only to settle it with a duel, both smiling and laughing in the end. This is what his family needed, and what he had already decided that he wanted. He had seen plenty of friendships form over the game, and had never even heard of one ending over it.
Soon after, he started buying cards. Usually cheap ones here and there to keep his parents in the dark about his idea, though he didn't know why he wanted to hide it. Not long after he completed his deck his father fell ill, urging Leon to tell his parents about his idea. His mother scolded him for thinking that a simple game could solve anything, but his father saw it for what it really was. It was a young man's hope to bring his family closer together. By the time he had finished school, his father had passed away, leaving him a choice for his inheritance: enough money to go to college if he so chose, or a single key. His desires were far from college or money, and so he took the key, opening a small box in his father's room. Inside was a single card, a decently new one that he hadn't yet heard of, and a schedule of entry exams for Dawn Duel Academy. With his head held high, he added the card to his Extra Deck, and prepared for the worst, hoping only for the best.

Background: Juliette comes from a family of middle managers. Her father was a local politician stuck in the back bench and treated like an intern. Juliette’s mother was a secretary at an advertising firm, despite having years of marketing experience. Even her two older brothers were merely middle managers at some insurance firm. Even in their comfortable lives, Juliette could tell this work was eating away at their spirits.

Juliette didn’t just want to be another cog in the machine; she wanted to be the one to run it. From an early age, she did everything she could to distinguish herself as a leader. She volunteered to lead group projects, became student council president, even studied project management and leadership in her spare time.
All this was done with an eye towards joining Dawn Academy and make her name as a professional duelist. Even if the entrance exams were lax, she wasn’t just aiming to get in, but to make a statement. Not just that she was good, but that she’s aiming for the top.

Basically, much like Xyz, Link Monsters have a summoning condition, and are summoned from the Extra deck to one of the two Extra Zones. Zones that their link markers point to become Extra Zones. Extra Zones are the only places Extra Deck Monsters can be summoned to. Link Monsters have no levels, and cannot be switched to defense, because they have no defense. They also cannot be set.

That only works with Monarchs. You will lose to random mooks without an Extra Deck.

You either use the image tags, wrapped around your image link, or you use the URL tag to build it into the text. Just make sure you type = and then place the link into the brackets.

Personality: Mina is a happy and cheerful girl and is a bit of a shy person though she isn't against going to and participating in social events. She tries to be nice when she can and be tolerant of everyone within reason and will sometimes try to help defuse fights and arguments. Because of her personality she can sometimes come off as naïve or too trusting of others and won't see bad intentions right away since she believes in giving people the benefit of the doubt. While definitely not a social butterfly she is able to make friends rather well and enjoy herself in social gatherings despite her shyness. She does have a desire to become a bit tougher, to show she isn't some doormat or helpless person which she is sometimes seen as by others.

One day as she was about to leave school she saw some of her fellow classmates playing Duel Monsters and she looked in awe as the holograms fought each other while the duelists used all kinds of strategies and tactics to win. After that she began to look into the game, buying cards and trying out decks with friends. With support from her family and friends Mina put together her deck of Magician Girls, having always liked Dark Magician Girl growing, and made her way to a Dueling Academy.
