Intentional. The affection was a bonus for doing these Craft objectives early. The Workshop already gives a big affection boost.

- Witch Bitch, Archive Tower, 3rd & 4th floors, +0 girls:
intentional. Witch Bitches already counted +2 in the encounter on the 2nd floor. The sex curse counts all Witch Bitches as the same, like the monster girls or sex with the same girl.

7/26 EDIT: version 0.9.2 released with previously mentioned bug fixes to those who are interested! I will be gone most of next week. Any other necessary bug fixes will have to wait until part 2 of Chapter 9 is officially released next month.

I still think that's not clear because Student Bitches and Witch Student appear as two separate events in the Sex Journal. With the exception of the harem girls and the succubus, each event increments the girl count.

There is also a bug where the player can be stucked in High Ecstasy, in the Sex Shop (happens to me on my first playthrough). The shopkeeper tells him to go to the backroom for a sex scene, but this one requires a condom. And the only one who sells a condom is the shopkeeper.

The Sex Journal is also bugged because Madam Hailey appears in three locations: 0,5 (page 2) 1,7 (page 2) 3,7 (page 2). You should remove the three second pages on all these locations. You could also do a lot of cleaning in the Sex Journal's code and remove all choices View Sex Scene: Yes, No wich are useless; If the player doesn't want to see the scene, then he won't click on the character location.

They are all "Witch Bitches" in the Archive Tower. Including the two on floor 2. The sex curse does not differentiate between such similar girls. The curse specifies "100 different women" and the witch bitches are all too similar to count separately.
I can add text to point this out if it is confusing.

I get this, I made a Yes/No option to make it more forgiving when players are selecting a character to view. If it is a character they don't wish to view, it is punishing to fast forward through unwanted text. Players already use a choice option for characters with multiple scene options so Yes/No just feels more in line with that in my opinion. I chose the lesser of two evils with this decision.

I may or may not release a fixed update later tonight or tomorrow morning. If there are no other issues I may wait until part 2 to release these fixes. If there are anymore issues let me know by this weekend and I will release a version for fixes.

Unfortunately I cannot add illustrations so for now it will all be text-based scenes. Sex Quest is only a hobby of mine I decided to share with no money to hire an artist. The only way Sex Quest will receive artwork is if I make a Patreon but I am still unsure if doing so is worthwhile.

For now my goal is to make a worthwhile text-based hentai rpg. I understand this is not for everyone and that is fine. There are plenty of funded games with artwork here if that is what you are after. Have fun! ^_^

Thanks for the positive feedback! Interest in my work is what keeps me sharing it
If I ever get artwork for Sex Quest it will require me to make a Patreon. However, I am not sure I want to go this route unless I know there are people who would support such a thing. That is one of the reasons I am sharing it like this for now.

Even if I did add artwork, the question would be how and where to add. Artwork takes time. With the amount of scenes Sex Quest has, it would be foolish to request artwork for EVERY scene. I would probably start with artwork for the casual encounters under each girls' Sex option. Then work up to some of the main story scenes like the succubus orgy or Amelia's first time scene.

I have also explored options of doing artwork on my own. I am not satisfied 3D renders like 3D CustomGirl and Daz. It feels like I am positioning lifeless dolls in positions and there is no sex appeal in that to me. Also the options are too limited to what I want to portray. I have been sketching in my free time but I am not confident in my ability to draw hentai in a way that is satisfying and then convert that to CG illustrations.

If there are any artists out there that would be interested in doing illustrations for Sex Quest, let me know! I'm sure we could work something out.

Chapter 9, Part 2 is nearly complete! Expect a release by the end of the month at the latest.

I am glad I was able to bring you all good news instead of bad. I nearly lost 2 1/2 months worth of development on this game due to technical issues. Luckily, everything is back on track.

Lots of story content this time, including two brand new towns to visit: Aqua Town and Marigold Town. Each will include events I have been planning for a VERY long time. I am incredibly excited to release this update and I will work hard to make sure it is just as enjoyable for you all as well!

Chapter 9 can now be enjoyed fully. ^_^ With the addition of two new locations to visit, Chapter 9 comes to a close. There is lots to do in Aqua Town (not to mention a pirate attack!) before the Mithril Meeting begins. Will you be able to successfully partner with the Mithril Family?

There are lots of important investments to be made in Marigold Town but first, Miracle Mary makes her miraculous return and almost ruins the Sex Quest entirely! The long awaited return of Miracle Mary blesses us all for the conclusion of Chapter 9. Keep in mind, Marigold Town is a one-time opportunity so make your decisions carefully here.

Let me make this as clear as possible. The Aqua Town arc is a sidequest and not required to complete Chapter 9. Chapter 9 will end after leaving Marigold Town but ALL side content introduced in Chapter 9 can be done as late as Chapter 11 before events start to progress again.

Also, failing during the Fuckboat Pirates attack does not lock out Aqua Town events permanently. It will just take a while before they can be done. Same with receiving the neutral end with the Mithril Meeting.

Finally, a special SUPER thanks to all my testers this month! Lots of important fixes were made to Chapter 9 as a whole as well as to the combat. Most importantly is the change to Gwen’s Spell Night Slash, which has been changed to Umbra. Umbra and Night Slash do virtually the same thing but Night Slash will be Umbra’s melee counterpart which Amelia’s Phantom Knight class learns. Because of this, Phantom Knight Amelia will no longer learn Umbra either.

Could someone please tells me how to have sex with Madam Hailey? Nymph's says that we may convince her if we helps with her financial problems one more time. But, when we talks to Hailey, she simply says that she wants to do trade with Cross Traders... Stuck on it. I think someone may do a walkthough to this game, since the quests aren't so clear (or even visible) sometimes... Thanks in advance.

I think I found another bug, Hornyninja. Penelope's craft of Poison Traps do not complete. At least not on your Workshop.

There are two ways to have sex with Madam Hailey, and the other's not consensual. (That one is completed)

Madam Haily has two routes based on which shop you invested in High Ecstasy. Investing with Madam Haily is not a finished route yet but Madam Haily IS obtainable when investing with the GIft Emporium next door. Investing in a new seamstress for Madam Haily will be the way to obtaining her in the other route soon!

-Madam Hailey, 3 girls on count for Sex Quest: FIXED in 0.9.2.

-3 Poison Traps workshop not complete: FIXED,
Will be fixed in version 0.10.x. Poison Traps are a repeatable crafting option. So it is in a sense endless and cannot be completed. However, I can make it so the step will be marked as completed in the quest list whenever new ones are crafted.

Depending on final testing, Chapter 10 should be ready by the end of the month!

UPDATE 9/29:
Due to my busy schedule and the extensive testing and fixing going on this round, I have decided to delay the release of Chapter 10. I want to play it safe and give my AMAZING testers another week to make sure this version release is squeaky clean of bugs.

The good news is there is A LOT of fun stuff to do this chapter since it will be a proper return to the Zyn Wilds, the kingdom of beasts. It will be a furry lovers dream to say the least. Hopefully it will be worth the wait!

RAWR! Time to go to Zyn, the kingdom of beasts! This will be a chapter with lots of furry fun so I hope you all enjoy!

Just to be clear, I am personally not into the furry/yiff fetish myself so this was an interesting chapter for me to write and develop to say the least. The biggest challenge for me was to find ways to make furries sexy for me so that I could write about it. With the existence of beastfolk in Sex Quest and considering the forum I am posting on I felt there should at least be one full chapter exploring beastfolk and their territory in Sex Quest.

With that said, I tried to put as much to do in the Zyn Wilds as I could! Considering this is a chapter that was never originally planned, I am excited with how it turned out! As always, I hope you all enjoy! ^_^

-Some ingredients for the Pig Slop quest require Susie’s exploring skills.
-Affecting the Alpha Pack will only happen during Chapter 10. Revisiting Zyn later will not affect the Alpha Pack even when doing things that previously would have. However, it is NOT necessary to do EVERYTHING possible (unless that’s what you’re into).

hey, i just started this and i keep getting a "Failed to load: img/characters/Boss-NagaSeductress-Human.png" error during the cutscene after talking to all the women at the start and i think there is an NPC that i cannot see.

EDIT: Fixed it and was able to proceed by copying the Boss-NagaSeductress.png and renaming it Boss-NagaSeductress-Human.png but you should probably fix this

no worries i like the humour of your game.
The enemies get annoyingly tanky later on though, i am at the water palace thing and everything just takes forever to kill (or maybe i am underleveled because i did not bother to kill everything in the previous levels)

Hmm. If I recall, players should be around level 5-7 at that point in the game. The enemies there are weak to grasp and electric so Amelias Thorn Rapier and Penelope's Harpoon which is found in that dungeon are both really effective there. None of the enemies are weak to magic or sex which makes Sebastian feel useless in that dungeon...

Hope that helps! I tried to balance the game so that players do not have to grind TOO much. The game also gets more manageable in my opinion later on when the party gets bigger and has more type coverage. Don't give up! ^_^
