Same for me DCF, though i may end up selecting a few i like and keep them as sleep music if they feel relaxing enough. Some songs i end up looping them until i can't take them anymore. I go listen to other songs for a duration but i still end up coming to the old songs again.

I pretty much like most forms of music. Pop rock, country, jazz, new age, blues I like. Heavy metal and rap I don't care much for (although there are pieces I do like)... I don't think I have a favorite artist, since my musical tastes range all over

I would call my taste of music, a good taste of music.
And a song has to be:
emotional (negative or positive emotions doesnt matter)
Melodic, it must fit together.
only because its from a bad genre, it doesnt mean it has to be a bad song (for my german fellows and people who know what German Schlager is: There are even good songs in that genre, just dont search for that new bullshit by Helene Fisher or some shit. Search for the old classics, there are some really good songs everyone could enjoy.)
I must have a reason to listen to this song:
its funny, it powers you up, makes you calm down, makes you wanna dance, sing or even have sex to that song.

And then there is the situation in which you wanna hear the song.

Here are some advices for different situations:

Snoop Dogg ft. The Doors: Riders on the Storm - Driving a Car ( its chilled so you dont drive too fast ) but ( if you dont drive fast or want to then I suggest you a NFS Most Wanted Playlist with songs like: Tao of The Machine or something, we all know Need for Speed had the best music and since its a driving game, that music is just awesome to listen to in the car.

Stick Figure - Weight of Sound/Smoking Love - Smoking MaryJoana (If you smoke you will like that Music, the Band in General, if you never smoked MaryJoana before: Do it the first time with friends to this song I promise it will be awesome BUT Please dont smoke if you have serious psychic problems and need help, it might work out well, but most people have really bad trips. And I also recommend smoking only 50/50 MaryJoana (means exact amount of THC and CBD, if you dont know what that means and you wanna start smoking, google it before you choose to go to a random dealer and grab it.)

Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff - On a bad day (not much to say just find something to destroy put in your headphones and rage like you never did before, it really helps)

Misfits - Scream (if youre just as insane as me youre gonna like this band, its punk rock, if youre not into totally okay but I showed this song or sometimes another to people who listen to totally different genres and they all liked, not everyone said, Oh WOW WHAT A FUCKING OUTRAGEOUS SONG, but they liked it.)
