Hey guys! I am a long time lurker of the forums. A lot of work originating here has really motivated me to want to become active in the scene. Fortunately for me, I ran in to two likeminded people last year (Young & Naughty). We are all very enthusiastic about game development, and we would love to be able to work on many ambitious projects in the future. I guess that's where A34 comes in, it is currently difficult to find the time to work on any ambitious project, and we were hoping A34 could be our smooth segue in to the world of game development!

About the game
Without further ado, let's talk about the project! Academy34 is an interactive fan-art (porn parody) based on the game Overwatch. It takes your favorite characters and puts them in a completely different context. We have put a lot of effort in to making their mannerisms recognizable to fans of the game.
In the game you take on the role of a cadet, who has just enrolled in the academy, where young recruits are trained to become Overwatch agents. An exciting student life awaits you with all familiar characters, original story, lots of side quests and tons of adult content!

Technical details
WHY Ren'Py? Right, that is the question I ask myself every day. As a professional software developer I would like to consider myself to be a bit more ambitious than that. We actually ended up replacing most standard Ren'Py features with custom ones. Basically we chose Ren'Py to be able to reach a large audience on limited time. I myself have extensive experience with Unity, so who knows what the future holds, it depends on the support we get!
Current status
So where is the project at right now? We actually just released the first part of the demo. Our fans (ourselves included) became tired of waiting to kick this thing off. So we decided to release a short version of the demo, to give everyone hope!
Currently we could use more support (I'm not just talking donations) in order to be able to spend more time on the game. So please do share it if you like what we have so far! Either way, we will keep this project alive and kicking for as long as we have to!
