The Monster Girl Quest and Legend of Queen Opala games are what immediately come to mind, though I'll definitely need to give some of these other suggestions a looking over sometime in the future.

Since I mentioned The Sims 3 way back, they've now got The Sims 4 to a point where sex mods make it worth playing. TS4's is called "Wicked Woohoo". There's also a slider that makes boobs the size of garbage bags.

Have anyone played Bonetown?
It's a bit too cartoonish and gets extremely hard towards the end but it was extremely funny and sexy at times!
It is really strange that no small company ever tried to put out a game like this again...
Other than this, i think The Twist is awesome and it's definitely the one xxx game i've spent the most hours with!

I've tried it, but actually I like their other game BoneCraft way more.
