Hmm, haven't had a mac to bug test on to know anything about this particular issue and honestly I haven't used the browser version since before I first heard about this project. I found the screen size too small to see shit and the engine too laggy to do anything if I could see (and that was before humbird's updated engine started making the .exe version lag out). Idk what to tell you other than try a windows emulator with the .exe file. However, what I can do is assure you that when the new engine comes out, we will have exports for mac and linux as well as windows.

I'm wondering if there's a 3rd party flash player that's specific to games. The adobe flash player tries to make everything a movie so certain commands like the arrow keys have a built-in meaning, and that fucks up games pretty severely.

Hey, you do realize that once you open source something, it is open source for good, right? That's the whole point of open source, you can't just change your mind and close source it. Sure you can change the licence on future assets, but those already in the public domain stay licensed under whatever they were originally released with. You can only make things less closed source retrospectively. You can ask for attribution, but that is in itself a specific license that should be included with the source material.

Not trying to start shit, but your main post is spreading misinformation. Whatever assets were available in the license before your post edit are fair use. If you want control of your assets you need to ship the licensing info with the product. Keep it in mind for the future, so you don't get into flame wars with other developers.

And no, Open source project sure, the stuff that we initily used are open source for they were made for Humbird0's game. But the stuff we have made, specifically for this they have never been open sourced. And no, we are not spreading misinformation, that has been a thing from when we started to create are own assets. DapperGent has just had to make it more clear cut after the a previous issue that did not resolve well for either party.

Really flame wars? is that still a term people use for internet fights.

I am having trouble with the cut scenes on PokeMorph. One in particular though, which is, the second on about the path being blocked in Viridian Forest. The text just stops when Eevee finishes sniffing and everyone just turns to me. There are no text boxes and I can't move or anything. This has happened before with other cut scenes but not consistently.
What do I do in this situation so I can play Pokemorph again?

Anyone else have a glitch at Bills house where Bay walks through the top wall into nothingness and gets stuck? I can't get past it.

yeah I had the same issue. you just have to wait for bay to finish moving before skipping text scenes. just let it play out.

On another topic, something I noticed when battling Val (who I was able to beat despite being way under leveled by cheesing it with paralyse, poison, and other status effects) was that Pokemon HP among other stats seems to scale ridiculously, between level 6 and 9 health increases by more than triple over only 3 levels. Is this something to do with the engine? I'm hoping it can be changed so stats increase less exponentially. It would also be cool if Pokemon all had unique stats, but I don't know how much work you guys plan on putting into the combat.


I got it! The same error was happening with me. Once you go to the kitchen with Bill, don't press anything until Bay is done moving around. Once he is stuck walking in place, then you can go through the dialogue and everything should work!

That is a new one, can you send me your save file to see if I can figure out how to fix it.

sounds like you acidently got the double scene activation glitch, where you holding down shift or what ever button it is to speed up the game at the time?

Make sure you have the latest version, I had the same issue until I figured out the game linked in Dapper's sig(1.62) is not the latest version. You want 1.63 found on the very 1st page.

It is not a new one, at least 3 people have brought this exact moment with this glitch up here and never received a comment on possible fixes. Myself included.

I have a lot of picture updates here. I went to mass upload them a week and a half ago and wound up losing a lot of pictures in the process. Had to dissect all of the completed set pics we post on DeviantArt to get them back as well as redo a few others. To make things worse my art program went through an update that completely overhauled everything. It wiped my brush settings and changed a LOT. I had to familiarize myself with the changes and try to get my brushes set up again.

Updated the Chansey front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated the Electabuzz front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated the Electrode front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated Hitmonlee's front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated all Jynx poses.
Updated Kangaskhan's front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated Kingler's front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated Marowak's front pose, added her horny and back poses as well.
Updated all of Pidgey's poses.

That is one sure way of not stirring up anything. :| For future reference, if you spot any discrepancies like that send a personal message.

Though, what Deadman said. We've always made it aware that we wanted others to at least ask permission to use our assets. We've also made it clear that there were a few things we didn't want anyone using, even if they received permission to use other assets. If there's any misinformation it's not in the message itself, just in the wording.

Both of those glitches have come up a lot. I apologize to those who did not receive an answer to them. I try to alert the team when technical questions pop up but don't follow up to see if they were answered.

I've looked into both of those glitches and used the best solution I can find for the lighthouse, and I believe I've posted the answers several times if people would bother to read back a bit. The only solution at the lighthouse is to let it play through. I've tried several code solutions to stop the error, and on my game it plays through the animation even if text is skipped, but I still get these reports. As for the other one, I can't replicate the problem to figure out what's going wrong and find a solution. Try updating your game; that error was happening a lot with the old sprite-fixer solution, but it should have been fixed with the latest version.

I have encountered a bug with the game.
Apparently the escape button on my keyboard is not registered when i press it.
I know that it is not the physical key as i did some testing with other games.
The issue is simply that the flash players doesn't respond to my escape key. all other buttons works fine.
Hopefully someone might be able to help me with this.

as an extension to my previous comment:
I believe that it is the flash player that use the escape key for other purposes.
I tried putting it in full screen and when the escape key is then pressed it takes me out of full screen.
So maybe the solution is as simple as to change the button for the menu?

Yes, it is a known issue. Unfortunately, I don't know how to change the default buttons other than to tell you to click on the keyboard icon in game and select something else. This is an issue we inherited when we updated to humbird's latest engine. I've seen the same complaint for pokemon hentai version since the last update. You can also press shift+esc to access the menu. I don't know why but pressing any second button seems to make escape work.

Hey there, I think I may have encountered a bug in the game. I was recently just starting the adventure all over again, though it appears that I can not progress further in Viridian City. I had just done the Viridian City Explosion part so far, headed back to Oak's lab afterwards, came back. I was told I would not be allowed to go without Officer Jenny's say so and I even talked to her multiple times but still can not progress. I thought it might have something to do with the phone but no such luck. If you need screenshots, I'll post some in order!

Pokemorph isn't dead yet, just experiencing setbacks. We're changing programs, so we have a lot of groundwork to complete first before the next release, and everyone seems to be having holiday-related and school-related issues at the moment. We've decided not to worry ourselves about progress this month and try to kick it up again in January.

Hmm...Aeon, did you talk to Oak? His conversation is supposed to trigger the next phase, stop the comments about talking to Jenny, and let you enter Humbird0 Tower (where you probably saw the masked figures leaving from earlier). Once you do the tower event and update Oak, you should be able to progress.
