Because your current level design could use some work if you're going for "open world".
You also should really really (if intending to do an RPG) write down and design your mechanics before you spend any time coding them...

What do you mean by "simple do the thing fuck the girl" ? We are going to add different kind of quest(gathering,elimination,escort) and the player will have a chance to see the nsfw scenes as a reward at the end. Let me know what is your idea?
Well you should really get into asking yourself the big questions about your game.
It's a porn game after all so your first question is how are you gonna get your audience off?
There's multiple ways games have been done before and these games all have different ways of getting a person off.
Some games in a story driven aspect decide to drizzle content across the whole of the game leaving the player to determine when to get off.
These games tend to (in my view and experience) not really be worth getting off to before you've already finished the game. As the amount of content between gameplay segments isn't really enough to get off to.
What solves this issue is that many of those games are on patreon and go through a release cycle sections of content being released over time as they are completed. So It's up to the player to determine when to return to check out what's new and to see if it's worth going through all the nitty gritty to get to the newest piece of content.
(examples are Noxium Nights, (new)Kingdom of Deception, and the numerous RPG maker games that insert 3dRendered CG's for their content.
Some other types of games have the gameplay be the content. The greatest example of this is PUT (Peach's Untold Tale). Where you fuck the enemies to get through to the better scenes.
Each session is designed around playing however long you wish to get off then return to play more whenever you wish. It gives it a replay-ability that does not exist in games like the ones mentioned above. While also including a system where you can try to remain pure and you get content you wouldn't have seen before.
Your game as it stands has multiple development paths before it.
You can lock the content behind doing quests to get the reward, in which case your audience would greatly appreciate the time spent doing the quest be of equal value for the reward. Which allows you to also have content from previous releases be re-used in fap material as they work towards the newest content of each new release. Or hold off and release it all at once(not recommend when using a Patreon system of monetary support).
You can build content into the gameplay mechanics themselves (I don't think you're planning on this but it may be a neat idea for another game in the future if you succeed in this enterprise). And utilize that to get your audience off(in which case keep doing as you are in designing a one-handed control scheme). Ideas for this are you could be fighting a horde of Amazons and you have to weaken them in combat then fuck them to subdue them(do not use this idea as it's just an example and unless someone else thinks it's a good idea I wouldn't recommend following through on it).
Or you build the game, it's story, and all it's mechanics. And then put the reward in places like after quests, while also possibly designing a romance and relationship system which allows you to repeat content you've experienced before but in the process create a more living world that you can interact with. One idea is to take the viking girl at the beginning and she goes on quests with you and you build your relationship as you fight and do quests together which then unlocks actions you can choose to do with her.
Whatever you choose to do I hope it works out. Just be sure you know what you're doing and designing before you spend the time coding and rendering it.
