Viola finished her first mug and started her second. She had came this town in search of work. Still she hoped that she wouldnt encounter any furries.

Taria riding cross country from what was left of her hometown finally reached her destination. she quickly demounted her horse and ended the Declothed Queen. "nice place" she snidely muttered to herself as she sat at the nearest table looking around the place

Kazim looked at her, noticing that she had recovered a lot of her energy, but there was still a bit left, before she was at full health. "Can you tell me anything about your family? For example anything about your mother?"

"My mother, huh?" She asked, before biting in a strawberry. "Well, they say she kind of looks like me. My nose or something" She shrugged, only repeating what the nuns had told her. "She was beautiful as well, able to make the minds of men spin- but the nuns always joked about that. What else..." She muttered, taking the crown off of another strawberry. "They used to say that i'm just as hot-headed, but oh well" She bit the strawberry, and looked up at him. "Why, suddenly?"

[Kankra]

Kazim ignored the question by asking another one. "Can you remember her name?"

"Uhmm..." She pondered, grabbing the glass of milk. "Her name was... It was... Huh, strange. I don't seem to remember." she said, frowningly taking a sip. "But seriously, why do you want to know? Has something happened to her?"

[Kankra]

Kazim paused, staring into a wall of the room while thinking. Then he looked at her. "Finish your breakfast, then get dressed. We're leaving in half an hour." he said, got up and left the room, closing the door behind him. He went into his study and sat down at his desk, burying his face in his hands. It was a long time since he last visited Lia's grave. The pain of her loss had cut a deep scar into his soul. They had been close friends and Lia had been the best of all the assassins he commanded. She had been an exceptional person and although he had feelings for her, Kazim never let anything happen between them, as he didn't want to compromise the order. But still, when Lia died, a part of his life had died with her. Nevertheless, Kazim could not lie to Kirin. She was Lia's daughter and deserved to know, what had happened to her mother. He opened the drawer of his desk and got out Lia's picture and a map showing the graveyard, where they had buried her. He memorized the location and put the map back in the drawer and the picture into a satchel on his belt.

"What the..?" Kirin started, but Kazim had already closed the door behind him. She muttered, robbed of her precious time with her delicious breakfast. She put on her clothes and tried to fix her hair, knowing that that would already take much of the half hour given. "That guy has a hand in making some ridiculous demands" Kirin grumbled at the face in the window.
When she was finally done tidying herself up she grabbed another bit of toast and walked out, ready to meet up with Kazim.

[Kankra]

Kazim left his study and met Kirin in front of her room. "Follow me." he said, walking out of the upper secret door onto the roof of the hideout. The sun was shining brightly with almost no clouds in the sky.

"So... Are you going to tell me what is going on or what?" She asked, blinking at his sudden determination. "Don't tell me were going to use those heavy swords already, are we? Because we both know its way too early to be lifting heavy objects like that" She continued, appearing in a good mood. "Say, did you get those vambraces from Luis yet? I really want to see them in action; they seemed kind of interesting. By the way, where did you get your old, broken one? It looked sort of tattered and worn, but i've never seen such a weapon before. A knife you can hide so easily would be the guard's demise for sure" She mused, her admiration for the guards of this places lowered drastically after that near-death situation.
"Oh, and have you heard anything about that guy you killed yet? That no-good rapist you silenced? I bet there'll be a lot of people very eager to take the guys place already"

[Kankra]

Kazim remained silent. 'Obviously I did damage her brain after all...' he thought to himself, as he had never possessed any of those weapons Luis was designing for him right now, he only had his daggers before that.
Then he turns to Kirin. "I will tell you everything, after we finish your first training lesson. You might not be able to handle a sword yet, due to your injury, but you can use your legs. Watch me and do exactly what I do." he said. Then he went closer to the edge of the roof, took aim and a little run-up, then jumped over the 3,5 yard wide gap between the roof of the hideout and the roof of the building next to it. He pulled up his legs during the jump, then landed smoothly on the roof, turning around to her.

"NOOO, KAZIM, WHY'D YOU...." She shouted, before seeing him land safely on his feet. She sighed loudly, and pressed her hand against her thumping chest. "My god... You bastard, i thought you were going to fall! Urgh! Can't you give me a heads-up before you do something as rediculous as this again in the future?" She cursed at him, obviously faking her anger to covering up her fear of jumping herself

[Kankra]

Kazim noticed her fear. "Don't worry, it's easy. The secret is to not even try to think about the height of the drop. Just focus on your landing spot and pull your legs up during the jump, to reduce the air resistance." he said.

"..." Kirin just glared at him silently, making his last words linger in the air for hopefully a satisfying awkward effect. Then she sighed again, and backed up. "Come on, kir- you can do it. Its easy; if that old tart can do it, so can you. On three. One, two, two-and-a-half, two-and-three-quarters... Three!"
She yelled in advance, her fear kicking in, but nevertheless started running. She accelerated as quick as she could, before making some sort of pathetic dolvin dive off the ledge. She panicked and pulled up her legs during the flight; hoping she would land on her feet.
She did, miraculously, but she wasn't used to it yet; the force of the jump making her tumble forward into Kazim's arms.

[Kankra]

Kazim holds on to her, as she fell into his arms. He helped her up and gave her a pat on the back. "See, it's as simple as that. A few more jumps and you'll get used to it. Let's move on." he said, jumping across another gap.

"The man's trying to get me killed" She muttered to herself, even though Kazim could hear it. She breathed in deep, before taking another sprint. She jumped off the ledge and squeezed her eyes shut when she noticed the heights, but landed pretty good. "Hehe, did you see that?" She grinned at Kazim, proud of her accomplishment.

[Kankra]

Kazim smiled. Kirin was a natural, no doubt about the talent coming from her mother. "You're good! But don't get to over-excited, as over-excitement leads to mistakes and mistakes lead to death." he said, and moved to the next gap. "The next one is harder, as the other roof is deeper than this one. It's a drop of about 8 feet, so you have to roll off over your shoulders to absorb the impact without breaking your bones." he said, and jumped, rolling off in a perfect roll at the landing.

Kirin's eyes grew wide when she noticed the gap. "Uh... Kazim? Are you sure that i can do this? I mean, i'm shorter then you, and..." She muttered, before slowly her muttering turned too soft to be heard. She fidgeted, pretty scared to jump off of this ridge. "Can't we just use a walkway instead?" She tried, speaking up again

[Kankra]

"Come on Kirin, you can do it. As I said: Don't think about the drop, just concentrate on your actions." Karim said in a motivating tone.
