The black screen persists. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I am:

1. Downloading it
2. Selecting "open"
3. Opening it in 7zip
4. Clicking the folder to open it
5. Clicking "game.exe"

Try moving the file to the desktop.I solved the problem this way

right-click the .zip file and click "Extract all...", then select the location where you want to have the game stored.

Not even going to bother Val for this one, if your talking wild pokemon (not trainer battle pokemon) then all of them, if your talking trainer battles, experiment around.
I might not create games, but I will test them, Then I will give advice on what I think needs to be added, removed, or improved.

This is similar to a method that we've been toying with, but may not end up doing because of how many different scene arts it would require. But we are planning to bring back the original games' evolution system, with a few tweaks. Including evo canceling.

being seen by trainers freezes the game for me. also the pokemon i have with me keeps copying themselves and overwriting themselves, which could be my fault for moving eevee to 0 and trainer to 1 but i don't think so. this is quite buggy

Um, how exactly did you move your pokemon? If you're save editing, I am not responsible for whatever shit you built for yourself. The bug report about trainers I've heard before, though, but I can't figure out what's causing it because I've never seen it no matter how many times I try to replicate it.

honestly i don't know i've done so much editing i don't keep track any more. ive edited the save, the levels and the pokemon. but i shouldn't have done anything to cause the weird errors i got, if you don't get them it's probly fine

Yeah if you've edited things to that level, there's no guessing what damage has been done. Certain modifications will not cause problems most of the time (such as editing the database) but level edits can completely break the game, and save edits WILL break the game unless you get them exactly right. The way these codes intermesh is unpredictable even for me when I'm working on them, which is why we had to bring Deadman into the party for more extensive bug fixing before releases. So please don't report bugs unless you're finding them on an un-edited copy straight from us. Chances are, you made them yourself.

@EmoPein the phones are intended to work only in certain select circumstances, but if they're not working at all, that's definitely a problem. I had an issue getting them working again before the last release but I thought they were finally going again. Where have you tried the phones and gotten nothing?

Hello, I had the Eevee glitch a while back. I thought I was on the latest build, but I was on v1.62. The glitch doesn't happen in the newest build. Just a little update.

just Re-Downloaded it today, works fine, are you using the flash option and not the SWF file or something?
