Ungawa Wrote:1) How much will the military drop ship be expanded? From what's been stated, I don't know if we can really get into this aspect all that much given that our time will be majorly invested elsewhere.
It's not a priority at the moment, yeah. The flagship was devised to be a place to be between missions, but you won't see anything kinky in there until we have more time to expand it AND Krystal returns with a different mind set from the jungle planet.
Ungawa Wrote:2) How intricate will these tribes be?
.....
Variation is nice but, to be honest, I don't envision these lizard guys being really different between them. They're hunters/gatherers and their technology level it's equivalent to the Stone Age. They value strength above all else and even a bow is viewed as a 'cheater' weapon, reserved to females only...: true males don't use ranged arms.
Shamanistic magic, on the other hand, is more than accepted but not as a primary offensive weapon. In fact, Jakuul being so extremely well informed is intended as he shares a special bond with the Great Shaman, but other clans don't share his agenda and deep beliefs and although they respect traditions, they'll prefer to exploit the Razorclaw weakness first and only then see what they could do about that 'supposed threat' of that lust demon and that only if they believe the story.
So I don't foresee much diplomacy in the future...
Ungawa Wrote:3) Will there be an ability to eventually look into other planets of this system? It seems that the prologue heavily implies such a thing. Might be interesting to see similar clans in a different setting if this is too much.
Mmm, I don't remember writing anything that suggests there are other habitable planets in the system.
Totemist Wrote:So, I saw that there's a thread up on U18chan about this (lost the link), it basically turned into a huge argument about whether supporting projects on Patreon and the like is ever a good idea. Before that though, the main points of criticism I saw were "This is a porn game, why is there so much talking and so little porn" and "I'm not getting my hopes up for another LoK game." I disagree with the first criticism to a point, but I stand by my suggestion that spreading out the hefty exposition dump at the beginning as the game is expanded and condensing some scenes while dispensing with words altogether in others would do a lot to improve the gameplay, such as it is.
I've taken a look and it's the same as always. Haters gonna hate no matter what you do and to be honest, they're not that many that I even feel bad. In fact, it's refreshing to see other people defending the project so ardently.
However, you still have a point and I agree: we'll try to spread the info when there are more things to do.
