Kaythleen quickly fell asleep as she found warmth on the beast's wings, cuddling almost into a ball before letting out a yawn and forgetting about mostly anything, knowing that if someone broke through the door, the beast would warn her.

Cleve eyed the sailor and just looked at him blankly. Unknown names, unknown beasts; this guy was obviously mocking him. He looked around, seeing if he could get off of this ship. Unknowingly he had taken the same job as his fellow marked ones, but contrary to them he didn't notice the fight at all, not until just now. Reading books oftenly made him go deaf to the cries of the outside world.
