It most certainly is a bug, don't get me wrong. I simply discovered what the bug was causing to happen. Alice is SUPPOSED to be in a single empty gloryhole. I've posted about it here, on their blog, AND on their Patreon page. Hopefully they'll fix it for the next version.

As to lowering her diginity, there are five scenarios that I KNOW will lower her dignity, and several more that MIGHT. Trick being, though, her dignity is hard-coded to never go below 45 right now. The only way to get it lower is using the dev cheat.

Ah... I guess I shouldn't worry about trying to lower her dignity to get her to wear different outfits until otherwise stated then... Kind of disappointing, just going to hope this game doesn't go south like Breeding Seasons did...

Is anyone else having or had a bug where everytime you go to create a new game, the game automatically creates a random male character for me, and no matter how many times I try it, it never lets me actually create a character. Anyone help me fix this? I want to be a female character.

Try locating the save file in %AppData%\Macromedia\Flash Player\%SharedObjects\???????? & delete it; you might have a save so old that it's screwing with functions in the new version (note this will delete all saved data in the game).

A few tips in finding it:

• ???????? is a random variable, no way I can tell you what that is, but you shouldn't have more than one in the %SharedObjects folder.
• The folder the save should be saved in should match the name of the SWF.
• If downloaded it & are playing it from your hard drive, it should be in the #localWithNet folder.
• If you are playing it directly from the site, it's likely going to be in the legendofkrystal.com\forum\download\links folder. You'll need to look at each of the folders in there to determine which one is for this game.
• The save file will have an SOL extension, but it's probably smart to delete the entire directory for it.

Example
I have the game saved in E:\FLASHES\_Games as Sim-Bro.swf, so the save for the game is located in %AppData%\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\????????\#localWithNet\FLASHES\_Games\Sim-Bro.swf & I would simply delete that entire folder.

If this is too hard, the alternative is to move the game to another location on your hard drive you haven't run it from before, the game will start as if it was your first time running it.

EDIT: It might also be you need to update the Adobe Flash Player, I had some odd behavior in Breeding Seasons after a full system reinstall & forgetting to reinstall the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Hi guys, thanks for this amazing game, waiting updates every month. I found a problem (i don't read all posts, maybe already said) but when you have a MC, after your first date with Julia, and buying the dress, you can't go back to the store, or the interface disappears.
For FC, the black guy at the bar isn't seen like a man, so when you have the possibility to make Alice sucking cock after dates, and have any other men than him, there are random guys in the scene then the game stop, can do nothing.

Oh Good Gods, no...

Ixfa just helped them with the English and that made it better. The best thing they could do is get some of the bugs fixed such as the one where you can use $5000 when you don't have it in upgrading to the first floor.

Other things include some bigger money sinks like a hair salon or the escort service with the bartender. Hell, if I look at the police thing, that might be interesting in the future. But memes? Meh...

Exactly. I was looking at the Patreon and people are upset about this update and the constant delays. Looks like Marune has been having some personal issues to deal with along with making the game and is trying for a 29th update.

Honestly, I wonder if the low hanging fruit of the game hasn't already been gotten out and it's time to wrap up development. Is the game worth pursuing on a grand scale with the limits of Flash along with moving to something that can pursue a story?

Certainly something I think he (and anyone on his team) since there are certainly some issues to tackle.

I still have fun with the game but right now I have the problem of my MC character being HORRIFICALLY under leveled since I don't put all my points in ST in the beginning, but meh, it's a personal issue.

Seeing some of the patrons upset over the game kind of tells me that maybe Marune should look into a development plan that's a little longer and chart out what he wants to do. Yeah, I dunno what the holdup is this time, but I'm sure everyone hopes Marune can get the situation under control.

He had ambitions to go back to a "1st of the month" timetable if I recall, but currently he's been put into a situation which appears to be an "END" of June timetable.

I'd love to offer a quick-fix solution, but I've got nothing.

A little late I can deal with, extremely late I take issue with (Malise and the Machine being an example, not having a playable update for 9 months already); as long as the game don't go Breeding Season (yes, I'm going to start using this as a catch-phrase), can't say it's a huge deal. In any case, situations like this is why I don't trust Patreon one bit...

The biggest beef everyone has is the radio silence. We're getting nothing from them except the end-of-month "sorry, not sorry, the update will be delayed." They used to talk to us, post updates on production status, ask questions, etc. Past few months it's been [silence], [silence], [silence], COUNTDOWN!, [delay 1], [delay 2], UPDATE! [silence], [silence]. If they simply communicated more and acknowledged the patrons, people wouldn't be NEARLY as upset.

Isn't this where people pull their patron status by canceling their subscription due to lack of update? This is perhaps the best way to get the message through to people who are taking their time & ignoring their patrons/(ex-)fans (I believe they are sent the message when a cancellation occurs also, but I can't confirm this), when they notice the drop in monthly contributors, they're going to realize they need to do something to prevent losing more.

Of course not all Patreon developers seem to get it... The developer for Malise and the Machine keeps asking for a higher monthly amount, yet his monthly contributions keep going lower & lower because there hasn't been a playable update in (already) 9 months. I for one am only paying when a new playable update is available & if he backs out on his promise regarding a full copy to those who paid $20 or more during the course of the development of the game, I've already made it a point to let him know I'll be writing a review about the developer rather than the game if I have no full game to review.

IRL shit can be pretty brutal; speaking for myself I hope people give them at least this month (June) and next month (July) before they start pulling support.

Even if updates have been late, and sometimes buggy, for a long time they haven't missed a whole month; ie for a long time they've delivered what they're paid for.

Oh well.
