I expect a fully apology when I release the game. Troll? Fuck, I've dropped thousands of hours on my own dime to try and build a quality game. Did I run into unexpected hurdles? Yes. Did I revamp artwork multiple times and re-edit dialogue as I improved as both an artist and writer? Yes. I've duplicated hundreds of hours of my time to bring the quality to where I want it. I didn't run a monthly campaign, I didn't charge anyone during this. So, why can't I redo my stuff to make it better? I gave deadlines, yes. I missed deadlines, yes. For two years, I sacrificed a LOT of my spare time, time I could have been gaming, sleeping, whatever, to work on Aylia's Story. It wasn't my job, it was my hobby. So again, when I release the game. I expect an apology.

Once chapter 1 is out, help him fix his bugs. Even without money and you want to support him, you can do this. The faster the bugs are found, the faster he can work on more of the game. This makes it so he doesn't have to manually look and waste his precious time on it. I'm unsure of what you're trying to imply here. I might not have much, if anything, to show, but the idea is there. I'm quite fond of it and I wouldn't mention it if I wasn't serious about my intentions with it.

I've sat and proofread for her, she's gone to writer's meeting where the writers "bleed" red ink over the manuscripts that they review to help each other get better. It doesn't help that the book feels as big as a Robert Jordan, or Brandon Sanderson project without the name associated with it.

I get the idea is there, for you and her, and yeah even from YT, and that all of you are serious about it. My wife has made several Drabbles and short stories that have been published by Yard Dog press, but just not her "big" work yet.

I mostly think in comic form. There's too many visuals going on in my thoughts to really put it down in words, or that I simply don't have the skill.

I guess you could break down my stories into periods, happening within the universe that I made up. The first and earliest one happens in a medieval sort of era where magic is rampant. Second one is mostly based on ships and tecnological disparity between nations, mostly victorian era. Third one is contemporary.

The solution seems to present itself. Try having her limit the length and change the format to a 'standard" diary size... something like 150 pages (75 front and back) and 6"x8". This could even make for a good gimmick and a natural way to create a cliffhanger. How many books do you know that could get away with ending in mid-sentence? XD
