While reviving a topic is more like bringing it back to life (Raise dead/[True] Resurrection; Conjuration - Healing in DnD,) the forum-jargon is thread necromancy.
Or Necroposting.
That sort of thing, suggesting forbidden dealings with the dead and undead.

Hummm I think the swf is still in one of these threads, you can probably decompile it to get the assets

Actually, I was hoping to avoid that in the first place as decompiling flash do not often translate properly. But if it is inevitable that the workfile can no longer be obtain then I probably don't have any other choice but to go that route. The reason I'm looking to download a number of flash workfile is because a couple of months ago, my house was robbed and my computer stolen along with the external which had all my good shit in it. So now I'm reduced to this old 2007 Mac Mini that is as slow as shit -_-.

Ahhh that sucks! There are some free online cloud drives like oneDrive or Dropbox where you can store stuff in case that happens. Both have local directories so you don't have to constantly upload and download.

Since it's a flash made by Gore I imagine the latter, his flash games are much cleaner than most other artists who's content I've decompiled. I imagine he won't add the assets or make them until he has the code in place so they can be used.
