Well with Tike i'm figuring that they know each other. And have met on choice occasions. The first of which she just recklessly tried to kill him. Since then, she's tried to get him to change to her way of thinking. And to work for her boss. She might be the only exception to his usual killing rule. Because of how many times she'd tried to kill him.

As for Kit, idk maybe he knows her. But I would have to read through her char sheet.
