Physical Description: Black Hooded, height 5' 6", glowing green eyes in a constant glare. A blade on his right arm, that is a opaque green. It doesn't seem to ever cut such a foe. (I kinda want to keep that for rp if you don't mind what exactly the blade does. But if you need it I can provide it)
Psyche Prof: Mainly emotionless, unless aloud by himself. He keeps cold, calculating and deadly. He will not recklessly kill unless it benefits him in some way, shape, or form.
Equipment/Gear: Green opaque blade attached to his arm, it can dissipate at his will.
Background: Mainly a loner, Reaper keeps killing to only those who he dignifies to.

Well with Tike i'm figuring that they know each other. And have met on choice occasions. The first of which she just recklessly tried to kill him. Since then, she's tried to get him to change to her way of thinking. And to work for her boss. She might be the only exception to his usual killing rule. Because of how many times she'd tried to kill him.
