JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: At Midnight's Fire OOC

Story & Introduction

Strange tales are coming out of a local establishment known as the Midnight's Fire, a nightclub whose claim to fame are their weekly boxing matches featuring local talent hoping to get into the big league. Reports tell of supernatural occurrences happen during operation hours along with drug dealings and prostitution. These similar supernatural occurrences are also reportedly appearing all around the town of Rallyfield, causing some concerns for the residents. Only a few could report this to strange creatures that appear alongside the some people, but it's hard to confirm to be true...

Now comes a time for a group of strangers to come together, to learn about the mysterious beings that have been lurking around this town and seek the chance to better their future. Will they help stop the looming threat or succumb to desire? There is some secrets ready to be uncovered and battles to be fought... fate has plenty in store for you.

OOO

Welcome to this interesting RP project of mine. Lately I've been wanting to do another group project and given my own kick of things, I want to see if there's any interest for something like a JoJo RP. Basically in some odd essence this is a superhero RP given that you are using powers to fight your battles, but it's not quite due to how it's structured. But I want to try another story-based RP that does have an end goal for the players, while throwing in some kinky fun as this could open the door to possibilities. The thing to make note of just how kinky can you get with spirits...

Anyway the main thing about this RP: the goal is to solve a mystery and defeat the big bad. Do well, you get paid and live a happy life. Do badly and you will likely suffer consequences. Your actions will determine the fate of not only those living in the town but the other players in the game. Choose your path carefully and strive to live to the end!

Mechanics

Now for the main mechanic of the game: STANDS!

What is a Stand?
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The Stand is a supernatural power unique to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Generally, Stands are spirits of the user that defend and empower those that possess them (referred to simply as "Stand Users") in a variety of ways, and when revealed may be represented by figures hovering near to them, among a variety of other manifestations. Their name derives from "standing by" the user, behaving like a guardian that can occasionally act on their own accord to protect their user or themselves. They are extensions of the person, actual "life energy" as it were, so that if a Stand gets hurt, so does its user. The Stand can be created through either natural means, simply through a strong spirit and will, through inheritance, or through an artificial mean possessing supernatural abilities.

Stands will be used as your way of doing combat. You are free to fight battles by yourself, but Stands add a flavor that can change the course of events, depending on what you play as.

Now there are three basic types that you can use:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Close-Range Stands: known for being able to inflict powerful and/or swift attacks or deal close-range effects, with Destructive Power and Speed normally ranking between A-C. However, they are only able to move small distances from their users and/or have short-range attacks or effect radius.
Long-Range Stands: capable of long-range movement. These Stands normally have ranged attacks and/or attack from distances as far as being measured in kilometers, which is why most Stands of this type are typically ranked A in Range. On the other hand, they generally sport lower Destructive Power compared to Close-Range Stands.
Automatic Stands: Stands that act on their own. They follow a simple objective without being directly ordered by their Users, though they can be preset to follow orders before they are activated. Said users do not have to be present for the Stands to do anything, as these Stands have a range that is close to infinite, with no diminish in power relative to the distance from their user. The user will not receive any damage if the Stand takes any damage (in most cases). As an offset, since they are remotely controlled, automated Stands often lack precision and complex cognitive ability, and are clumsy compared to normal Stands.

There are also other type of Stands (not all them)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Bound Stands: aka Substance Assimilation Type, are bound to material objects, such as vehicles or dolls. Said Stands, if bound to fluid objects, may even be intangible. These Stands can be seen by ordinary humans. Although most of them vary in terms of statistics, they commonly have medium-to-no Development Potential due to these Stands only being able to manipulate the object they are bound to. They typically rank A in Durability, because they often do not take damage themselves, sometimes even having self regenerating ability; or because their ability is always active, being bound to objects.
Tool Stands: Stands that take the form of an object, used as a weapon, it is up to the User to directly wield/hold them. They may look like Bound Stands but it is the User that calls them, and they aren’t visible to non-Stand Users. Damaging them will not wound the User. They have high Durability and low Development Potential for the same reasons as Bound Stands.
Integrated Stands: Stands which give the User additional abilities. As the name suggest, they are actually integrated to their User’s body. The Stand User uses the ability without the Stand itself appearing corporeally. As such the Stand itself is never seen. They have high Durability since the ability is effectively always active.
Wearable Stands: cover their user like armor, defending them along with the use of their abilities. Because they are bound to their user, their Range is often short, though depending on the Stand they may be able to use projectiles, among other long-ranged attacks.

So how exactly are these Stands able to work in terms of this game? Well all Stands will be ranked based on certain types of Parameters, which are ranked from Grades A to E. Stands also have Abilities that range from the very basic fire manipulation to more complex powers. Depending on the build, you can have an Automatic Stand that can trap people inside of it and one person can pass through so long as another person is inside, or a Close-Range Stand that can break and repair stuff with relative ease. Of course there are limits to what you're capable of and your parameters will reflect this:

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Image

Destructive Power (or Power): Measures the Stand's strength and ability to cause destruction (physical injury or collateral environmental damage) in a given period of time. Not only limited to brute force, but also to its abilities combined.
Speed: Measures the Stand's agility and reflexes as well as performance speed.
Range: Measures a compromise of the Stand's range of manifestation, range of ability influence, and spatial mobility.
Durability/Staying: Measures the Stand's endurance and level of susceptibility to damage and attacks. This category may also gauge the effectiveness of their power's ability of binding toward physical objects.
Precision: Measures the Stand's accuracy and range of influence/effect of their abilities to specified targets.
Development Potential: Measures the Stand's possible functions, utilization of its abilities and powers, and capacity to improve its overall capabilities.

Rankings
A: Excellent (Range: 100m)
B: Good (Range: 50m)
C: Average (Human) (Range: 25m)
D: Weak (Range: 10m)
E: Very Weak (Range: 5m)

The only exception to this is Potential, it's actually reverse in terms of ranking. Rank A signifies that you have very much to learn about your Stand, leaving you with so much potential, whereas Rank E either has you fully mastered your Stand or you came in with so little abilities that you can't learn anything else (without outside interference but that's not happening in this story)

Down below you are going to fill in these parameters yourself. It's point based, so you are going to be making your parameters for your Stand. Just make sure you are balancing them right to whatever type you're going for and your Ability.

Now how exactly is combat works is through your Stand's parameters. Each Rank uses a d4 to determine the success rate of hits, with the better Ranks getting more die to their rolls. What determines hits is through Power vs. Durability and Speed vs. Precision. For example, you're running a Stand that has a Rank C in Power and D in Precision, vs a Stand that has Rank D in Durability and B in Speed. You can easily do some damage to your opponent should you win the rolls, but can miss thanks to them being faster than you. Or should you fail the roll in Power but hit anyway thanks to Precision, it'll just graze and do no damage.

For example of two in-game fight:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Regular Stand vs Stand fight:
Stand A Power (A), Precision (D) Roll: (4,4,4,1,3) = 16, (1, 1) = 2
Stand B Durability (C), Speed (C) Roll: (4,2,3) = 9, (3,2,1) = 6

Special: Close-Range vs. Tool fight
Close Power (B), Precision (D): (3,2,4,3) = 12, (3,3) = 6
User Durability (C), Speed (C): (3, 3, 3) = 9, (1,1,4) = 6

With how Bound Stands work, any damage done will go to the User. With how things work, everyone is at Rank C unless you gain an additional ability that could alter things. This will be determined by me first.

And due to the nature of Stands, should they take enough damage, you'll be taking the same damage. A punch to the gut, a burn to the leg, your hand gets chopped off, your head explodes... Whatever happens, you experience the pain. This leaves the off-chance that you dying in the process. The chances of this happening occurs either:

a) Your Stand experiences enough damage to the point of disintegrating, thus your spirit dies.
b) Enough physical abuse through known lethal methods, ie. blood loss, decapitation, etc.

Thankfully you do have saving graces in the form of being unconscious, thus giving you a chance to come back around and getting back into the game after a short period of healing. However don't let this be your lifeline all the time. Fate may have plans for you...

Finally, there's just cosmetics. These will help give your Stand its appearance, to help define who you are and what they're capable of. You got the following Appearance Types:

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Natural Humanoid: Stands in this category have physical characteristics similar to human beings, most often their users. Obvious identifiable features include arms and legs, but the category distinctly specifies appendages that are reminiscent of the human muscular system as well as having working eyes and mouth.
Artificial Humanoid: While also having humanoid-like bodies, Stands in this category will often feature artificial or mechanical nuances that separate them from natural humanoids. This includes having completely non-humanoid facial features and mechanical joints. Appearances that resemble robots, cyborgs or androids are applicable here.
Natural Non-Humanoid: This category features Stands that, while not human-like, are reminiscent of other lifeforms or objects in nature. This includes basic organisms such as animals and plants, but also more unorthodox concepts such as fog. Stands that may be described as "monsters-like" are often applicable here.
Artificial Non-Humanoid: Stands comparable to instruments or mechanical objects are placed in this category. This includes vehicles, weapons, and machines.
Other: Stands in this category typically either don't have clear appearances or are integrated into their user's appearance.

Now since there's no real way to get good references of Stands, I'm going to throw in an additional detail: motif. This will help give your Stand a more unique appearance. It doesn't have to pertain to your own motif, but the Stand is your spirit so there will be some similarities. So you have a particular theme in mind for your stand, go ahead and put that down in the sheet below.

And then there's the name. Per tradition, all Stands here will be named after musicians, bands, albums and/or song titles. Why is this? Because the creator is a big fan of rock music and just went with naming Stands after various things in music. This is the ultimate bit of flavor, but you can get crafty with the naming to go along with your powers.

Now a couple of rules:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

1) No multiple Stands to one player. This saves me some hassles down the line as working both at the same time could lead to some headaches. This includes Horde Stands, meaning multiple of the little buggers, Evolving Stands where your Stand changes appearances and gets stronger in the process, or Combined Stands where you take two Stands and make a new one (or hide one away inside to share powers). There's also Uncontrollable Stands and I rather have you control your powers...
2) No universal-range. This applies to Range, as giving you such a large area to work with is really not going to be a fun time. Granted I'm using points for you to spend on your Range, this is just a warning in case someone wants to get enough power to extend their ability to effect everything.
3) No additional Abilities. Again this saves me hassle when dealing with the mechanics, as there's not really something in-universe that can give you additional powers. However you will get some basic physical powers like super strength or speed, depending on how your parameters, personality and possible side-effects from your Primary Ability play out, and while this could mean not putting points into your Potential, you can learn new tricks with your current Ability to help you down the line. It just means you don't get another supernatural ability to your current power to do like combination powers. (ie. no Fire and Ice powers together)
4) All Abilities will need approval before you are allowed to use them, be they initial or learned through potential. This is to make sure that I have everyone balanced, to prevent any possible minmaxing, and can make it work for everyone here in the game.
5) Players' Stands will retain their User's personality. Certain Stands do have the ability to talk on their own, as like a conscience, but I will be limiting this to NPCs more for eliminating more work for me. If you do want a personality, so long as you have a compatible Stand for it, I can allow it and for you to control that personality.

Accepted Characters

Cliffracer (Ada Hornfeld)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Stand User (The Player)
Name: Ada Hornfeld
Age: 19
Gender: F
Nationality: German-American
Occupation: Artist/Graffiti Artist
Bio/Personality: Ada is a german-born immigrant to the United States, her parents moving there when she was only two years old. She grew up with a fascination in the arts, finding it fun to play with new styles and figure out the aesthetics she truly liked. At 15 she did art commissions for handfuls of dollars at school, even ending up doing art for the newsletter, and at 18 she started doing digital commissions for more. Unfortunately for her reputation in real life, she took up tagging and graffiti art as well. To her it was like having two different identities, and she couldn't pass up the opportunity. While she was good about disguising herself and getting away, she didn't quite realise that she only had to get caught once for things to turn sour.
Ada was caught in the act by another tagger who was frustrated over her taking canvas space and forcing him to buy more cans to clear for his own tags. She found herself in danger and in much less clothing after being attacked with a knife, and the rival tagger made it clear he was obvious in her pride instead of her life. While she was defending herself, her Stand made itself known to her, drawn out by her emotions during the struggle. Lotus Juice dug her fingers in to the assailant's back, and as Ada shouted "YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING THIS," he suddenly complied with utter shock on his face as if he realised he'd been forcing himself on a close friend rather than a stranger. He started apologizing tearfully, but Ada's compromised state ended up with him running in to traffic.
Ada HAS since recovered from the assault in high morale now that she has discovered her stand, but she's only started to get in to the implications that come with having a punchghost of her own...

She's a rather light-spirited girl at any rate, though not exactly a loudmouth. She's very capable of talking for a long time if one of her passions have been touched upon, but she's often content in a few words alongside some body language. She's expressive when not wearing things over her face, and tries to use more words when she is. She does like being touched but will usually cross the line at her sensitive inner thighs and her crotch. She also likes being held by friends, and sometimes gets her stand to hold her when nobody's around.
Appearance: [1] [2] and [main outfit example], though her main outfit is colored green and has black tight pants. Sometimes she wears a skull-pattern bandana over her mouth.

Turn-Ons: Excessive amounts of cum/bukkake/minor cum inflation, large penetrations, weird dicks, futa, gangbangs, monsters, tentacles, chest groping, lactation, deepthroating
Turn-Offs: Guro, bathroomplay of any kind, vore (exception being tentacle pits)

User's Stand
Name: Lotus Juice
Primary Ability: Belief Inducement, named "Heartbeat, Heartbreak". Lotus Juice has the power to embed/attach itself to a person that it comes in contact with, allowing the stand user to implant beliefs of different things about their friends and foes. For example, it could make a person devoted to the stand user, or make the person paranoid towards their friends- even violent!
Stand Type: Close Range
Appearance: Natural Humanoid
Motif: Floral design, lots of leather, and a concealed face. Lotus Juice betrays Ada's inner curiosity to sexuality, while representing her dual-natured spirit.

Reaver (Karissa Tyvinus)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Stand User (The Player)
Name: Karissa Tyvinus
Age: 31
Gender: Female
Nationality: American but originally Australian
Occupation: Regional Executive of Growth and Investment for the East Coast for Splendid Pharmaceuticals
Bio/Personality: Karissa grew up in the outback of Australia, the daughter of a cattle baron. Her upbringing gave her to access to anything a child could want; popularity, security, finery, opportunities, and education among other things. Karissa greatly enjoyed the comforts afforded to her by wealth but also recognized that they didn't occur without hard work and effort, nor could they be gained and kept through the hard work of others. Working around the station in the morning, socializing through the afternoon and studying at night became her daily schedule as she strived to not only create lasting connections, but learn what she would need to not only succeed her father but expand into other spheres of influence. She was never afraid to get her hands dirty, believing that thinking too high of yourself or being squeamish about the nasties of work and life would only hold one back Once she graduated from highschool, Karissa went to college at Harvard in the USA, thanks to connections she made through other cattle barons in the country and her stellar grades. From there she graduated with a double degree in International Business and Pharmacology, believing drugs could further improve the output of livestock for her father's and that it could be a worthy investment to either push it into the works or begin investments in them as the demand would only rise as populations also grew. Most companies didn't share her belief that focusing drugs on livestock could drastically improve profits, but they did recognize her business acumen and one did hire her.

Her stand didn't develop until later in her career, manifesting during a heated in person conference meeting between her and other branch counterparts. While she had had disagreements with a few of them in the past on what direction they should be taking things, this conference had gotten particularly heated as a few of them had collaborated beforehand to ridicule and discredit her in front of the others, effectively trying to end her career there and now. In those few moments Karissa completely lost her cool as she saw everything she had been working for her entire of life in extreme danger of falling apart because of the pettiness of a few. She slammed her hands on the table and brilliant white gloves appeared on them before a fog began to seep out of them. Karissa stared at the scene with wonder, inhaling the fog and only smelling the faint scent of vanilla, whereas everyone else in the room began suffocating on the toxic fog. It took about a minute for most of them to die, hurried along by them running around, blindly looking for an exit but eventually they all fell to the ground, softly rasping for air before eventually dying. She had no trouble seeing the exit and her associates through the fog, taking in the sight of death from the comfort of her seat as she neither had the inclination to save them nor believed herself to have those capabilities. With no cameras around, the deaths were ruled as death by heart attacks since the fog left no internal or external trace, suspicious certainly but with no evidence few questions were asked and few theories could be made. This fog or The Fade, as she ended up calling it became her ace in the hole, using it to sabotage or eliminate competition when necessary. When company competitors' labs had to be shut down because of malfunctions in the filtration systems that caused smoke to build up and kill all the test animals, she was there to preemptively suggesting actions that would profit the company once she carried out her actions. It was dirty work but it paid dividends in ways that putting her nose to the grindstone for extra years couldn't.

Karissa wasn't too curious about her stand, after all she had no real desire to use it for anything besides small personal gains and advancing her own career and certainly nothing outlandish like robbing banks or wiping out all business rivals. It wasn't a moral quandary, but rather one of how unnecessary it was to use the powers when she could usually accomplish the same thing with power and money. Corporate sabotage and profiting from it was all well and good but it wasn't a power that could convince her bosses to give her further promotions or her subordinates to work harder. At best it became a hobby of hers to practice with it once in a while, especially since the powers seemed tied to the gloves that had appeared on her hands. The gloves were interesting enough, impossible to scratch and easily snapping the blades of knives the few times she tried cutting the fabric. The Fade was even more, easily filling up the several floors of her penthouse suite. For her it was like being in a fog bank, but one she knew she could navigate without a problem and one that she could manipulate. With a little more thought she could make shapes take form from The Fade, the strength of which she also tested regrettably on a lovely oak dinning table. It could cut quite deep into the wood, or even shatter it entirely as she found out when she tried testing the raw strength of the condensed fog.

Karissa is for all intents and purposes content to never use her powers, seeing them only as an option to get something that money, power or determination can't. To almost everyone she is quite no-nonsense, shirking things like close friendships as mundane and preferring a long night of solace in the comfort of her home with quaint jazz playing and a fine bottle (not a glass) in hand. Appearance does matter to her and Karissa goes to great lengths to always be projecting power and dominance like always wearing high-quality clothes, never letting someone get away with back-talking her and always making sure she's dominating any interaction with someone that isn't a superior of hers. She's taken BDSM classes to give herself a better idea of how to exude confidence and dominance, even finding herself getting a thrill from utterly dominating others even while a corner of her mind considered the possible thrill of having the situations reversed on herself. She also takes Judo on Wednesday nights, Krav Maga Friday mornings and Yoga on Saturdays and Tuesdays, believing maintaining a sound body helps maintain a sound mind and also helps one remain confident about what they can do. Karissa hasn't killed anyone since her powers manifested but should she feel cornered, she'd have no problem killing the offender(s) and even causing collateral to escape the situation.

Turn-Ons: Humiliation, Domination, Submission, Anything to do with wine (A very long story for her)
Turn-Offs: Heavy guro, vore, scat

User's Stand
Name: Queens of the Stone Age
Primary Ability: The Fade- A special thick white fog exudes from the stand, called The Fade that fills an area, drastically reduces the visibility of anyone within it, save Karissa. The Fade slowly injures humans and stands through breathing and skin contact but can also specifically target and attack individuals within The Fade by condensing part of its form to put more power behind it. Within The Fade, Karissa can use her voice to mislead enemies on where she really is within it. The Fade does not differentiate between allies or enemies, harming all but its own user.
Stand Type: Wearable Stand
Appearance: Wearable
Motif: None (Queens of the Stone Age takes the form of two solid white gloves with an image of a crown on the back of them and an eye on the front. The eyes only open when The Fade is pouring out of them, otherwise they remain closed and invisible.)

Zender Solarheart (Duo Phoenix)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Stand User
Name: Duo Phoenix.
Age: 24.
Gender: Male.
Nationality: Welsh by birth, American by citizenship.
Occupation: Private Investigator.
Bio/Personality: Born in the...unique, yet little-known town of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Wales (Llanfair PG for brevity's sake), Duo never had much patriotism injected into his upbringing. Nobody really cares about Wales these days; ask anyone what they think of when they hear "United Kingdom," and they'll say "England." Apparently, his parents shared this sentiment, as they moved to New York soon after he was born, and quickly earned citizenship for their entire family. As a result, one would never suspect Duo of being Welsh in casual conversation unless he told them; his accent is far more New Yorker than Welsh, and he's grown accustomed to life in the Big Apple quite fast. He knows that cabs and subways work better than driving in the busy city streets, walking alone after dark is tantamount to suicide, and that if you want proper New York-style pizza, you go to the family-owned joints.

Alas, no city is without its dark side, and that side reared its ugly head not long after Duo's 18th birthday.

It was Christmas Eve, and against their better judgment, his parents had decided to do some last-minute shopping. Lo and behold, the forgetful father had left his train pass at home, and needed to call up his son to bring it and meet them halfway. At first, Duo's palm could only reach for his face in disbelief, but he soon obliged regardless; the sun was setting, after all, and they all knew better than to be outdoors at night. When he arrived at the Clinton Washington Avs station, he expected them to be about 3 blocks down, waiting for him in front of Mr. Rigoni's apartment. Technically, he was right...but he wasn't expecting them to be missing their heads. The wounds were not only clean, razor-precise cuts, but they were also charred black and cauterized, as if slashed with a blade of pure heat. Of course, that didn't matter to Duo at the time. He was too busy dealing with the psychological trauma. He expected the cops to quickly narrow down a list of suspects with whatever fancy forensic autopsy nonsense they based shows like CSI off of...but after eavesdropping on a pair of officers passing by, his faith in their department took a nose-dive. Not only were they unable to find any trace of foreign DNA on the bodies, but they couldn't even identify the murder weapon. Had they never seen one of those "glowing 1000 degree knife" videos on Youtube? No doubt they would tell Duo some cop-out excuse like "we'll put everything we have into finding the killer," but he knew better; they'll look into this case for another year or two, at most, and then declare it cold.

The next two years of Duo's life were spent training himself to be a private investigator, while also studying the gradually growing case of the "Neck Burner," as many had begun to call him. Turns out that Duo's parents were just the first in a string of serial murders, each one more brazen and horrific than the last. Eventually, the killer began wiping entire families off the census, even killing officers assigned to protect his targets. Rumors even began spreading about how the killer might have supernatural powers, or alien tech, or (according to internet conspiracy theorists) employed by the government to identify and kill potential dissenters before they can speak up. Hysteria was gripping NYC, and it was only a matter of time before the federal government declared martial law and called in the military...

...and then, a lucky break. An eyewitness managed to see the killer's face and live to tell of it. Duo didn't like who her sketch identified him as, though: his old friend, Rio Rigoni. Next thing he knew, the police were offering him protection, believing that the Neck Burner was planning to off him next. At this point, Duo was skeptical of their ability to help, but he accepted it anyway; any help was better than none. Of course, he also had a gun of his own ready to go, as well as a plan of action just for this scenario. After all, the witness had also seen Rigoni's MO in action: supposedly, he had a way to create intense laser beams out of thin air, and used these to cut off his victims' heads. This further reinforced the "supernatural powers" gossip, but Duo didn't believe in that nonsense. Whatever trick made those lasers work, it was nothing that science couldn't explain afterward...and with the Neck Burner now at "Wanted Dead or Alive" status, all he had to do is shoot him dead before he could do his thing.

Well, to make a long story short, the lasers were the ability of Rigoni's Stand "Shoot to Thrill," and while most of the cops were cut down, Duo's own Stand awakened at that moment, won the day, and left a sole police survivor very confused. With no way to rule out self-defense in court (or explain the fight as a whole, for that matter), the cops let him go back to his business without any legal incident.

Since then, Duo has been using his detective skills to understand more and more about his own Stand, as well as track down any other criminal Stand users, and bring them to justice. One might not easily associate powers over temperature with heat and cold, but it's come in more handy than one might think. For example, he once super-heated a Samsung Galaxy S7, and used it as a diversion for sneaking past some thugs. It's all about how one applies such tricks that really counts.

Appearance: Image

Turn-Ons: While I'm okay with a number of things, I don't really have a preference for much...I mean, unless romance counts, but I think most of us can at least appreciate that when it's done well.
Turn-Offs: For starters, this player is straight, so no guy-on-guy, getting penetrated, or other things that would disturb a straight male (sorry, futa fans, but it ain't happening). Second, I'm not into any of the usual no-nos (scat, gore, illegal stuff, etc), obviously, so let's get that out of the way. Third, I'm not really a fan of anal, not even on the giving end; crazy, I know. Fourth, while a little light bondage (e.g., hands tied to the bed) are okay with me, please keep the hardcore BDSM stuff away. Fifth, no bestiality; if you expect me to jam my junk in a non-sentient species, you're sorely mistaken.

(In summary: when in doubt, assume it would turn me off instead of on.)

User's Stand
Name: Into the Fire
Primary Ability: Temperature Manipulation. Into the Fire has the ability to change the temperature in any tangible matter it touches, with its maximum range of temperature change (positive and negative) gradually increasing as Duo becomes more familiar with using it. Depending on whether it intends to heat up or cool down an target, its "hair" will either glow red or blue, respectively. At present, it can alter an object's temperature up to 80 degrees either hotter or colder. Enough to make someone feel really hot or really cold, certainly, but not enough to light people on fire or freeze them solid. As stated in the Bio, however, it's all about how you use it.
Stand Type: Short-Range.
Appearance: Artificial Humanoid

Bio/Personality: It had always been watching her from afar.

Hinata was born a Japanese native. However, having her heritage mixed with an abroad American businessman made things a bit hard for her growing up in the more rural parts of Japan. She was the gossip of the little village where she was born and growing up, and even worse gossip of her mother was often dragged into how she was born. However, not matter how bad the rumors got, she wasn't picked on as a child, since she claimed that something was watching her, and she could never point out where it was coming from. Attempts to bully her had always been stopped by monsters that appeared out of nowhere and attacked people. It was said that ghostly lights would follow her at night. Her own parents had been convinced she was either haunted or possessed.

Might be interested. Will need to ponder on what kind of Stand would be good enough for this RP.

Same problem as Nobudi. I'm trying to think of a cool stand, but it's definitely a challenge. So much potential!

Somehow, I had a feeling one of these was gonna pop up around here, especially with the animated adaptation of Diamond is Unbreakable wrapped up. I'll need time to concoct a Stand, give it a fitting musical reference name, etc...but sure, I'll join in on the local pose-a-thon.

To be fair, the ending of the season wasn't really the motivating factor for this. I actually wanted to see if I can try something out of this series and I haven't seen anyone try it yet. Plus I have been sitting on the post for a while, making sure everything looks good before setting it out and then waiting after Christmas and New Year's, as people are getting back into the groove of things right about now. Really I got some sort of odd timing when it comes to these sort of things... so the anime ending for now could have a nice benefit to that.

Also it's nice that people are taking this up. It's so good~ And take your time with this. If you have any questions, shoot me a PM and I'll help.

Is Ripple a thing in the RP? Would be pretty cool to have a Stand that could synergize with it. But, then and again, it'd probably be OP.

About that, given that I'm setting this in the universe where Parts 7 and 8 are in, Ripple is not a thing from what I've seen... so I can't exactly say yes to that. It doesn't mean that you can have powers similar to Ripple, at least with the base Ripple.

Although it'll be kinda cool to have someone be like Joseph in this, using their Stand to channel their Ripple. But I digress. So if you want to do something like Ripple, go ahead. It's just not going to be like pure Ripple... and I'm not sure how Spin will apply here.

But I got my plans. ;)

Oh, and I'm giving you all 20 points instead of 16. I'm discussing this with someone else and I feel 16 may be a little too restricting.

Well, seems I'm the first one to post a character sheet for an RP. I think that may be a first for me.
EDIT: Miscalculated the math on the stat allocation at first. Fixed now.

Stand User
Name: KONO DUO DA Duo Phoenix.
Age: 24.
Gender: Male.
Nationality: Welsh by birth, American by citizenship.
Occupation: Private Investigator.
Bio/Personality: (WARNING: TACTICAL TEXT-WALL INCOMING)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Born in the...unique, yet little-known town of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Wales (Llanfair PG for brevity's sake), Duo never had much patriotism injected into his upbringing.

Appearance: (tried to find a sillier outfit for the sake of JoJo accuracy, but alas, Google Images let me down.)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Image

Name: Into the Fire (it's a song by Sabaton, and it's awesome. Look it up.)

I think 20 points might be a little much? It's enough to have each stat at B if we're supposed to be starting at E, unless there's a point buy function that was looked over...? It just feels a little better to have my stat makeup use 16 points instead of 20, honestly. I don't like feeling TOO overpowered at the start.

Parameters (You get 20 points to spend, ranking each parameter from E to A)
Power: B
Speed: C
Range: D
Durability: C
Precision: B
Potential: B

Whew, meaty sheet though, but it was fun to make.

Well I figure you don't need to spend all 20 points for your Stand, just enough to get what you need to best fit what you're going for. The extra points could be hold onto something, I just wasn't so sure... plus given what I have lined up, some weak Stands may not stand a chance. So I figure it might work out for the better just in case.

By the way, you don't need to display all the letters, you just need to go to the highest letter and leave that.

And yeah Zender... you kinda went WAY overboard with your parameters... good thing you fixed that.

Goodie, goodie, hopefully this clears things up.

By the way, are you natural or artificial humanoid? I am guessing natural going for the flower motif. Really it helps me get a better picture. Also, small note for everyone, if you have a humanoid Stand, natural or artificial, your Stand will reflect your gender. So Lotus Juice will have an interesting bust :P

Stand User (The Player)
Name: Karissa Tyvinus
Age: 31
Gender: Female
Nationality: American but originally Australian
Occupation: Regional Executive of Growth and Investment for the East Coast for Splendid Pharmaceuticals
Bio/Personality:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Karissa grew up in the outback of Australia, the daughter of a cattle baron.

Appearance: Artificial Non-humanoid
Motif: Queens of the Stone Age takes the form of two solid white gloves with an image of a crown on the back of them and an eye on the front. The eyes only open when The Fade is pouring out of them, otherwise they remain closed and invisible.

Stand User (The Player)
Name: Ozzi Pert
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Nationality: American
Occupation: Student

Bio/Personality:
Ozzi was always the odd duck in school. She was taller than the other girls, than the other boys even, from her youngest days. Socially awkward, she got more than her fair share of teasing. It was only when she began to play school sports that she found herself a place among the social circles, her height and lanky build giving her a natural advantage in basketball, lacrosse, and track. In order to further build her confidence, her parents went so far as to enroll her in self-defense classes, doubling down on her athletic disposition. But as puberty hit her classmates one by one, like a pimp slap delivered via freight train, she found that her own growth was sub-par, and that she was slowly becoming normal. It seemed her own genes were intent on giving her an inferiority complex. She began to drop out of her sports as the other girls outperformed her, leaving her far more time to focus on her martial arts.

So she became something of a recluse at school, staying quiet unless necessary, keeping to herself, and staying out of extracurricular clubs. Instead, she found social acceptance from her family. Her father bonded with her over cars and motorcycles, while her mother taught her how to cook, do taxes, and not be a helpless idiot whenever she decided to strike out on her own. Ozzi was particularly fond of her motorcycle (well, her father's motorcycle), learning to ride it as soon as she could. Her father surprised her by bringing her a damaged motorcycle of her own, to fix up and ride for herself.

After graduating high school, she enrolled in a community college, only recently starting her classes aimed at becoming an automotive technician. She still has her martial arts classes to attend as well, and is working on her black belt.

Appearance: [Ozzi], [In Detail], and [Ready To Ride!]

Turn-Ons: Women, futanari, machines between her thighs (whether they have two wheels or two batteries), getting messy, giving oral, cuddling, motherly personalities, cosplay, blindfolds.
A-Okay: Exhibitionism, groups, bondage, orgasm denial, temperature play.
Turn-Offs: Men, non-consent, bathroom kinks, bloodplay, sadomasochism, malicious humiliation, pregnancy.

User's Stand
Name: Iron Maiden
Primary Ability: Malleable Form - Iron Maiden has the ability to take on many shapes by restructuring herself to suit her needs. Most effectively in combat, Iron Maiden can alter her form to gain new attacks and attributes. She could, for example, reform her hands into guns, giving her an unexpected ranged attack. Or she could reduce her armor level in order to increase her speed. In a quantitative sense, she can take away from some of her statistics in order to increase other statistics that may be more useful for the situation. More practically for other situations, this allows Iron Maiden to not only be Ozzi's armor, but to become a motorcycle, or even become a part of Ozzie, embedding herself within the human to avoid detection. Ozzie benefits from the shape-shifting power as well, letting her disguise herself as other people, reform damage or inappropriate clothing, or just be a little taller than normal if she wants. Ozzi cannot, however, turn into a motorcycle. Human bodies weren't meant to do things like that.
Stand Type: Wearable Stand
Appearance: [Iron Maiden], [In Action], and [Ready To Ride!]
Motif: Sleekly mechanical, meant to exemplify the beauty and precision of mechanical engineering that goes into state of the art vehicles. Not only does it reflect Ozzi's passions as a mechanic, but it reflects the troubles she's had with her own self-image. Depending on how she adapts her form, her appearance also shifts to reflect it. A form that emphasizes power will burst with pistons, burning tailpipes, and grinding gears, with a not-so-subtle growl of a muscle car engine. A speed form will aim for further aerodynamics, along with the higher pitched audio cues of a sport motorcycle. A bulky defensive form causes the blue outer armor to thicken and spread like armor, black smoke pouring from the tailpipes as she rumbles like a diesel engine.

... Man some of you people don't get what I was going for with the Appearance and Motif. Like at all.

Well I do thank you for actually putting down what your Stands do look like in those cases, but the only person that actually got it right is Cliffracer in getting the information right. Heck they went the extra step in detailing their look in the motif to give me a far better idea of what to work with down the line. It's actually what I was hoping to be done. Reaver I will give a pass to, more because... well, he has gloves. There's not a whole lot to work with in terms of overall design, but what is there is more than doable and it works. Everyone else so far have... well, given me literal robots. It still works and I'm not going to complain any further on the matter.

This just gives me more room to come up with more unique designs because I got some interesting people and Stands for you all to encounter!

Anyway, for now I got the main four for this. I'll look over Goodnight's because there's something I feel needs work, and once they're sorted I'll get them into the game and we'll be hunky dory. I will let you know that I did get the opening post done, it's just I need to get your prompts in now I got everything I needed from you all. So hopefully that'll be done soon!

Ah, I was confused because of the 'traditional' method of sheet generation that I'm used to between appearance and motif. I didn't expect it to be the other way around.

And honestly I wasn't expecting you guys to use pictures for your Stands as... well, they're not exactly easy to replicate given that they're so insane in design. Plus they're not all human, too!

At least with yours Nobudi I know what I'm getting myself into since we did discussed it. But even with my complaining, it does make my work easier.

If I fucked up too much, it's cool to say no to me joining. XD
