Spoiler (click to show/hide):
Civilization Name: Ironmountain Kingdom
Civilization History/Description: A small kingdom built around a mountain with unusually rich iron deposits, taken by an old pagan group of marauders that managed to cling to the small hold and expand. The new metal allowed the miners and tool makers to make very strong tools allowing for rapid expansion of wealth. Following the wealth soon followed invaders looking for it, promoting a rapid development of military prowess, much of it borrowed from the local 'Monstrous Women' out of necessity. Thanks to some recent negotiations involving various familial marriages, the kingdom recently annexed a smaller nearby region of fertile planes, including a small port. With this purchase, the kingdom is now able to produce its own food rather than purchase the bulk of it.
Food Production: 3
Trade/Crafting/Industry: 4
Military: 3
Monster Girls: Lizard/reptile folk and others that favor mountainous regions. The new territory has more plains than before, favoring centaurs and other creatures that favor such.
Leader Name: Katherine Rediron
Leader Description: https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/1469007
Leader Abilities/Skills:
Studious: Princess Katherine has spent much of her time learning about the world through books and tutors, resulting in a wide breadth of knowledge across many subjects. (+1 to knowledge rolls)
Analytical Mind: Constant inquiry has produced a mind that quickly breaks down problems into smaller pieces, allowing for proper delegation. (+1 to problem solving/planning rolls)
Planned Leader: Being the expected heir, Katherine has studied and practiced leadership rolls for almost her entire life, and knows many of the important aspects of running the kingdom. (+1 to leadership rolls)
Bookworm: Katherine has significantly more experience with scholars than soldiers, resulting in a more timid mindset of trying to out think a problem rather than turn to violence. (-1 to direct military command rolls)
Leader Backstory: Katherine was the heir apparent of her father, so has spent much of her time learning about the ins and outs of how a kingdom functions on a basic level, however her father’s strong bias towards direct leadership meant she had little to experiment with. Her father focused on his military more than anything else, allowing his advisors to govern the industry in its entirety, and having little interest in farming management. Katherine is the opposite, preferring to learn about everything she can in order to improve the kingdom. Her habits have also isolated her from much of the anger directed toward the non humans occupying her land. Her lack of experience with other people leads to rapid shifts in mood when interacting, creating an image of a flighty or inattentive personality despite much training.

You are nervous, and your footsteps echoing through the otherwise silent hall don't help. It's time for you to hold court for the first time and make decisions for the kingdom... You were only enthroned yesterday after your father's death a week ago, and now you're the solo arbiter for the royal court... and solely responsible for a country. You knew this day would come, and were trained for it... but a part of you still can't believe this is real. Another part wished this hall would last forever. Unfortunately for that part of you, it wasn't long before you were standing in front of a large wooden door, tinted read and elaborately carved with symbols of your family and the kingdom's history, and now only thing separating you from the throne room. To make matters worse, you couldn't really stand here in indecision either, due to the heavily armored royal guards posted either side of the door, waiting for you to give the signal for them to open the door.

One time he was traveling with his family as they went to Khester to trade, his family was attacked by bandits, and would have been slaughtered if it wasn't for the intervention of a patrol of guardsmen. In order to repay his debt, he decided to become a guardsmen. His knowledge and ties in the slums proved invaluable, quickly allowing him to rise through the ranks. Many loath the man for his lenience with minor criminals, often arguing that they will become bigger criminals later, but in reality this gives him an information network on what is going on in the shadier places of town, allowing him to more effectively deal with major criminals. In addition, while he might have pity for the desperate pickpocket, who wouldn't be able to eat that day if not for his crime, he has no mercy on those who'd harm another citizen, and has a trail of bodies of countless bandits behind him. As such, no one dares to challenge his position of chief constable.
