I'm more worried about the tell system, really, because if it's instakill and not just "if you lose to this attack you get a decap ending picture lol" then you're going to HAVE to dodge the non-H attacks like a Bawss before you can get to the H ones reliably.

With all insta-kill moves, it will be obvious that they're about to perform it, the Hunters will screech and bring their claw back. As I put, the game will get more difficult as you get further and will play more like an RE game. The hunters won't be in for ages, so don't be expecting them soon.

Also, picture-wise, there will be a different picture for EACH TYPE OF DEATH.
E.g. there will be different pictures for:

Dying
Being raped to death by a zombie
Being raped to death by multiple zombies
Being raped to death by a dog
etc.

The way I have been treating the infection at the moment is a sort of measure of lust, where even a completely Innocent Rebecca will become a completely mindless zombie due to it. The "less innocent" Rebecca will not be affected as much by the infection (as in, it will go up slower) because she's already used to it. However, none of that is present at the moment because at the start you are completely neutral.

I will make it so the magazine will have a maximum of 3 uses, then she "gets bored" of the content, or if her infection is at 0 before those 3 uses, she will become disgusted with herself for having masturbated while she's on a mission.

All the skills are available, however I haven't been able to make pics for all of them, and I've done it in borderlands style, as in you need to spend a certain amount of points to unlock the next row.

There will be several other areas where you will be able to masturbate, not all of them are with magazines though :P Also, if you've noticed, you won't be able to use the magazine if you're at 0 infection, and using it at certain levels gives a different reaction.


Interesting. Its going to make things interesting to have that be limited, though perhaps the possibility could be that a whore upgrade allows you to masterbate in an empty room to help lower your infection.

Also, I've just thought of something interesting. Perhaps at some point another side game could be added, where instead of playing as Rebecca or someone else, you play as a monster (whose goal is to infect/screw as many people as possible before being killed).

Ain't no "seeing if" involved, really. He called it boss death because you gotta die at the boss, no secret conditions involved. It's ... far from spectacular, but if you want to go get it, nothin's stoppin ya.

Well, I said see if because I was thinking it might or might not have certain conditions to it. I had been wondering earlier if some of the scenes had certain conditions (facing a certain way, crouching, heck I was wondering if one could be effected by if you were in the air or not...)

Plus, I have to actually GET to the boss, which depending on how many times poor rebecca gets grabbed...:D

Out of curiosity Z-Fied, will the next level initially be a city uneffected by the Virus? Like a sort of temporary repreive from the Nightmare that is the virus? Could give an excellant chance for some neat dialogue, plus perhaps one or two little mini-quests/puzzles that could either raise your innocent or whore points. An example is that Rebecca arrives in the next town, and while there are rumors of strange attacks, no one knows what has happened to the small village you just came from. Rebecca finds a small hotel room to spend the night and regroup, trying to make contact with someone in her organization. (that could be one of the mini-quests) You then have a day to walk around the town, buy items and explore. once you return to your room and sleep of course, you awaken to the sounds of screams as the town slowly begins to fall to the virus.

go into a room with 2 or more zombies and then get caught by a zombie in the doggie scene then while the doggie scene is going hope that a 2nd zombie in the room goes to you and there you go

Haha, well as other people said, play it as an RE Game if you want to progress faster.

... and have you been reading my plot? >:C For chapter 2 (which is where the demo ends) you will go into the sewer of the city, as the rest of the city is surrounded by Umbrella agents. The sewer is infected. However, on the other side, when you actually get up into the city, there is little / no infection (kind of at the start of RE1 where they're just starting to report occurences of cannibalism) In this area, there will be several areas to go to and complete side quests, and even just have sex. I won't spoil it any further.

Another glitch I stumbled into in Mercs mode: If you hit z to pick up an item, and then hit X to leave the screen, instead of hitting Z on the "no" option, your character freezes in place and does not respond to any commands.

Also, a question.

While I understand that you put in the limited field of vision on purpose, to achieve a feeling of claustrophobia or something similar, I do wonder: Will there be an option, or a cheat, or a reward, or any kind of thing, that allows you to see the whole screen?
The limited vision may well convey the feeling you want to convey, and it may well be one of your successes, but I'm not fond of it at all, myself.

No actually, I haven't, but it seemed like the reasonable way to go.

Btw, the idea of the sewers being infected is interesting...all sorts of interesting monsters could popup there...

I'm figuring that since this is a H-game, and with the innocent bar, is there going to be some sort of romance option for those of us who DON'T Try to fuck everything on site :p?

Oh, and I was wondering, have you considered adding in an easy mode? You wouldn't need to neccessarily add more stuff (like extra ammo and health items, or remove enemies) but simply lower damage and infection rate (and maybe give a small boost to the point gains for skills, or perhaps starting with a skill)

Ok, so just confirming I'm still alive and collaborating with Z-Fied.

Since there hasn't been much in the way of real updates I guess I'll upload... fanservice?

Well, okay okay, so it's not real fanservice but I got bored while animating Rebecca's
idle sprite and decided to do the animation again... with an alternative costume.
Just not the kind of costume Z-Fied wants :P Haha, so I wondered what Rebecca
would look like as a Ghost and the end result is... well... thusly.

... And there is no way this will ever be used in the game.

YES I was that bored. Oooh shiny suit lights! I didn't want an exact ripoff of Nova or
Kerrigan's ghost suits, so I didn't follow any references.


Anyway, finished her idle state (Which is something like this upload) and made about 2
frames of her running animation. Haven't made more because of my workload and still need
some feedback from Z-Fied, although I haven't checked into msn tonight yet.

Yes yes, I know. Back to work!

Haha, I'm half-tempted to make a Nova sprite now.
On Progeny's end, Rebecca's lying-down sprite is complete, as well as half of her running animation.
Not bad, considering I haven't touched the project in a while on account of me going into examination mode.

On that subject I don't think there'll be plenty of updates for a while for that very reason.
I just popped by for the heads up since there hasn't been any activity from either me or Z-Fied in over
a week, so it's fair to give a reason rather than disappearing and suddenly reappearing.

Anyway, I thought I'd do another sprite, which is just a mash-up of the Rebecca lying down sprite,
just to give you guys an idea of how she looks like, and also an idea of how clothing
damage will look at this scale.

It's the exact same pose, only the skin's been recolored and the character is different,
so basically didn't take much time on account of my pals, 'copy' and 'paste'.
I'll let you guess who she is ;)

PS: Might be difficult, I think I do a horrible job of drawing a Japanese-American face. :oops:
