Background: Jericho was raised in a broken home with abusive parents who'd beat him before he ran away and lived on the streets. As he grew up, he learned to defend himself physically as well as learn to talk himself out of situations. When he grew older, he started to fight more, acting as a enforcer for hire for people who had no affiliation. But his calling was in a criminal Faction itself as he had high ambitions to become a leader himself and so joined the Charleston Mob, hoping to rise through the ranks and reform them into a force to be reckon with.

So I just want to make sure I've got this right:
2 points in Homocide= 1 Lvl 2 ally
1 point in Boston Globe= 1 Lvl 1 ally
contacts are still 1 reporter and 1 police?
