Who would be interested in a fantasy, pirate themed game?
I'm still working out the details and the story but getting some interest in it would help. Sex/Seduction will play a part in the combat mechanics, I want it to be another weapon and not force the players to use it/have it as a punishment.

So far what I've got is the general setting, some non-human races for the players. Everyone will be on the same ship at the start, latecomers being the exception.
What happens next is up to the players and the dice.

I posted in the 1 on 1 thread that I'm open to GMing a new game. I've got a system somewhat in place already, and I'm mechanics focused so as to have a solid and coherent game experience. Also, much as I love sci fi, I find fantasay to be more broad in the coherence of the narrative. Just my two cents! (though we can remember arthur C clarkes rule...)

fundamentally I think sci fi combat RPs are also much tougher to handle properly? I personally always found it ridiculous that sci fi fights wouldn't end with everyone dying after the first salvo.Then once we introduce shields and mandatory melee, we might as well just call it science fantasy, because technobabble is the exact same as magic.
