INTRODUCTION


Greetings, this thread was created for us to present our first game, Fleeting Iris.

Fleeting Iris is the first out of 5 games planned by our circle (Heaven Studios) that takes place in a universe called Alansya, the general idea is that all the games that happen in this universe are connected, and most happen at the same time which will provide for funyn scenarios and cameos between all the main characters.

Fleeting Iris is a story that mainly revolves around Netorare but it would be wrong to simply call it a NTR game because the scope is so much bigger, it involves cheating, deceiving, romance, murder, exhibitionism, blackmail, inseki, corruption, multiple costumes, and many, many other fetishes in a story with a very rich plot and plot twists.

This game is to be followed by a game where two FBI super agents try to dismantle a network of slavery, drugs and human traffic after following some tips that lead to Heaven City's university as the main channel to traffic their drugs. At the same time in another game, a student will find a very old looking book in the same universy and she will begin playing with black magic which leads for the undead to walk the earth again and eventually, to our fourth game, one where the city is absolutely destroyed and chaos has taken control, the Zombie apocalypse game.

FAQ

Q: Game crashes at start.
A: Please create an exception or temporarily deactivate your anti-virus. Our asset protection causes false positives.

Q: I get lost easily.
A: There's a map in the game folder called DemoMap.png which is MOSTLY updated.

Q: You guys already make X money, why would I pledge?
A: Good question. When I was young I couldn't buy games, and my parents couldn't afford them either, so... I had to resort to piracy, but for the past 11 or so years I've purchased over one thousand games, easily, between PS2, PS4 and just overall computer games (mostly on steam platform), getting the game is only 50% of it for me, 20% would be availability and insurance for the game, and 30% knowing that I'm supporting a softwarehouse that I love and I want to continue making games, hell, Square hasn't released a decent Final Fantasy since X in my opinion, and I've bought 5 of them since, knowing very well I wouldn't enjoy them, but I bought them regardless, some in multiple platforms. It's about supporting something you love, and insuring it's continuity, and because we're REALLY good and we're worth it, so, even if it's 10$ a month, reach into your pockets and join the team!

Looks really great, good drawing, good history, i have a question, are you thinking the game can have some shotacon?? and you will upload a public version ocassionaly? Thanks, good work... :D

OK - downloaded and will comment as I progress. I will say - I am surprised that there isn't a demo DL link yet on the Patreon page. If it is being distributed, it should be there, eh? Gotta say, tho - those sprites and standing images are the bomb...

I have viewed the previous drama on other forums but I will see where this goes. If everything is as promised, then this will be a VERY good thing. I am still a little worried about attitude, as it seems a little into the prologue the user gets threatened with Patreon ban and worse if they would happen to share the game with a friend. It could have been written a little more friendly, or more in line with customer service... (don't - doh - piss them off or make them feel threatened - it came across more along the line of Pulp Fiction)...

PS - previous post - sounds like a browser cookie issue or an anti-virus issue. I downloaded on Safari no problem - maybe try another browser?

That's a "CIA agent" who hands out the warning, the tone in which it's written is supposed to be kind of a joke and a mock of the movie Taken.

I found the "CIA" agent intro quite funny, and enjoyed the demo. But I do have a question can you reach the locations by walking, or is the bus mechanic the "way" to get around in the game?

To be completely honest:

This is the best demo I have ever played.

Wonderful concept, wonderful art, really teasing for more.

Gonna be Patreon for sure when the next update is half as good as the demo.
- When we gotta expect an update? Is it like YummyTiger and like 2019 or more like 2-3 weeks?

i liked the game so far! but the main question i want to bring in the conversation here, since i well read the starting messages, is will this game have any free update for all or from now on will be updated only for patreons?

Did the mistake twice to support a game after the first "tease", wont do that again.

As already stated, I'd love to support your work - but I'd like a 2nd free version before doing that.
Idk about others tho, so If ur choice above is definite, I'll gotta live with supporting after the half-way update.

Wish you had mentioned this was a NT game. The title does mention it in-game, but not in your post as far as I can see.

Easily the most professional demo of a H-game I've ever played. I mean everything is great. Sorry if my post is all over the place. I'm typing this as I play through the demo so I'm just noting what comes to mind. Yea... definetly think I'm gonna have to start donating to your paetron lol. And join your website.

What I absolutely love is you can adjust your dash speed. I can't tell ya how many times I just wish those darn characters in RPG's would run/walk faster.

One thing that I think is necessary is to have a screen at the beginning of a game describing what all the controls are. I mean I figured everything out obviously but its still good to know in case someone doesn't or you have different commands for this. Anyone playing the demo but you want to skup text (dunno why you would unless your replaying it) just hit the Ctrl keys. Or if you don't want the command screen at the beginning you could just put it on the pause menu.

Do you intend on leaving that first H-scene (sex before marriage) without a background or is it not finished yet? That part kinda bothered me.

Ah do you intend on having 'High' morale H-scenes? I know this is a complaint sometimes when there is an abundance of low morale/evil scenes but few good/high morale scenes.

In your profile page in the menu do you intend on giving the girls boob/waist/hip measurements? I don't really care about that but it looks odd with the height and weight listed without them in an H-game.

In RPG's I'm obsessive about finding items. Even though I know your game doesn't have them yet I keep on pushing my character against the wall and hitting enter to see if anything is there lol. So doing that I found a bug. At West Ironwood by the house thats for sale, the first window after the garage you can walk into the building. Hope thats clear. Actually you can do that for all the windows.

Found another bug. When you enter the slums for the first time that ??? guy is walking rather slow. When I am forced to leave the slums it seems that scene automatically changed my dash speed to match that ??? guy. It didn't go away until I went to the system menu and played with the setting even though the number didn't change.

I like the expressions on Marvins face. Hilaious and matches the text perfectly lol.

I don't really like when Ayame and Robert kiss or give each other something. They... merge into each other? I'm assuming there is some work being done on those sprites for things like that.

The first time Marvin is working the bar the word 'apron' is spelled wrong. It was spelled appron or something like that.

"We like to swing!" Oh man that was funny. Saw that coming though.

When I went to the 7/11 and it ended on me I was like nooooooo!

Well off I go to pledge $10 lol. Sucks I'll have to wait till next month for the pledge to register and get some game updates.

Final edit! Quick quetion. Do you ever intend on supporting someone? I noticed on your paetron page you haven't done so.

Thanks for all the kind words, uhm, real quick on the "support someone", most people that I like their projects which is about 4 or 5 people, YummyTiger, Key', Reepyr, etc. I am friends with, we talk every day on discord and in our forums (hrpgheaven) so we decided not to support each other, it would make no sense since you'd give me 10$, I'd give you 10$, so basically we'd just be giving Patreon, taxes, bank, etc. money.

For me personally, I've only really been burned once on supporting someone, but the real issue is that I have very little money to spend altogether, meaning who I support has to be picky -- across ANYTHING that requires a subscription, be it Patreon, Twitch, MMOs, etc. So I, too, would like to see a little more before deciding that you're someone that deserves it. It's not supposed to be saying you're dump, stupid, not worth it, etc, but it's just financial issues for me, and I know a few others here, have.

As for 'four chan,' I've only ever been on that site like.. once... just to see what all the hubbub was about. I prefer to get my games from the source... since who knows what viruses or shit people have added to the files on other sites?

Game doesn't work for me. It closes immediately after launching it. I've already installed all of the rpgmaker packages. It's the ONLY game where this happens. Help? :|
