It's very good. I like the art and the gameplay.

One thing I hope gets added is a reaction to the type of clothing you're wearing (or lack there of)

@FMC
The other one should be the possibility to encounter Miranda once more somewhere else, though it might be that she won't appear. So please download the latest version from our blog and try your savegame with this, as we tried to fix the sometimes missing Miranda.

@cyndasaur
We're working on different things, mostly content at the moment but of course there are many new ideas. The clothing thing was asked before and we have an idea how to implement it, but as we are working on a major restructioning of the engine, it probably won't be in the next update. Please be patient and stay tuned, it will appear in the future.

I do have the latest game; I found Miranda in her tower, unless she shows up yet somewhere else too? I only got one HAL scene, when you wake up in the basement. I thought you said there were two HAL scenes, so I don't know how to get the other one, unless you just meant two new scenes in total and it looked like you said two HAL scenes. xD

Ah ok, then it was a misunderstanding. I meant two in gernel, one Miranda, one HAL scene :D HAL gets a bit more to do in the next version, were working on it.

Am I the only one that thought that this game might be something with bestiality because of the title? I assume she will atleast 'bang' Dickmeat when she finds him? Or is dickmeat a female name? lmao

I had the same thought, actually. Maybe if we're lucky.

Hey folks,

We've been a bit quiet lately. We had a content update half finished but also decided, that for the future, we need to move the game to another engine to have more options when it comes to graphics and gameplay improvement.

Halfway through the month we started completly to port the game to the unity engine, which some of you might already know. I can say that we achieved a lot in just two weeks, but of course it's still a lot of work to do to get it to a playable version, let alone reach the amount of content we already had. That's the reason we didn't released the update with the new content we had so far. It would've felt cheap, because the game will change quite a bit, even though the core stays the same.

What will be new? Some of our plans:
* Real-time combat in a more action-rpg like fashion
* Better graphics in general
* A different way to interact with npc's: The abandoned village will work like a hub. Through your journey of finding Dickmeat you will rescue various npc's, which will settle down in the village
* The village can be upgraded with various resources you find in the world
* Village upgrades will give you new quests from npc's, increasing their affection towards you and unlocking some naughty stuff
* What Nadia wears will also be visible on the map

How will it look like?
To give you a glimpse of the new look, here are some images of the ingame graphics.

And also a small video of some gameplay footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzVWHrX ... e=youtu.be

I hope you'll like the renewal. So long.

I'd imagine the art is the same and this is essentially an 'overworld sprite'.

I definitely prefer the look of this, sometimes the grid movement was a little clunky and it would be nice to not have to remember which npc is which from location alone, even if it means I might actually have to fight some of the mobs

Hey guy, thank you so much. Yeah we're working pretty hard on it and hope to release a playable version soon.

Here's some additional input. Two example screens of how the new gui MAY look like. This is still pretty early and some of the icons and stuff are just placeholders to give you an overall impression:

We also plan to animate the sexscenes with the help of an additional member, but that's for much later.

On the topic of combat: I guess that's personal preference. Some may like real-time combat, others won't. The old system was good for the abstract feel of the game then, but we think a more action oriented combat in combination with gathering loot will add much value to the gameplay. Besides, we would play such a game on our own, so I would say that's the best reason :D

question about Unity: will I need to get a Unity player to run this, or not? (Had a bad first encounter with Unity, so not thrilled with it)

Another thing while I think about it: Do the various clothing things have any real difference, or is it just for show at this time?

As of the last time the question of clothes came up, I don't think they had any effect, yet.

I'm fairly sure you'll need to get Unity as well, but hey if you are picking up Unity for this game check out Chronicles of Lovenholm as well, they are also using unity, and it looks to be gorgeous.

I do like my games made in rpg maker, but the other systems seem work well too.

No you won't need the unity player, as unity compiles standalones for various systems like Windows, Mac OS, iOS or Android. The player is just an option for webapplications. You don't even need to install unity (or some libraries like with rpg maker) to play the game.

As for the clothes, yeah we said that they're more for appearance. We don't want to force anyone to wear something they don't like just because of stats. But we'll see as weapons for example will deal different damage. So it would make sense that clothing (or "armor") also makes a difference. I'd say we see how it'll work out.

Wow! It's really good news about gui and animated scenes! :D

About clothes. Maybe you can do it like in all RPG? I mean split it on "light", "heavy" and maybe "clothes". Give every type of it same stats. For example "light" +5, "heavy" +10, "CLothes" +0. And give every class of armor some advantages. Like the peoples in "light" and "clothes" move faster than peoples in "heavy", but had a less defence. And give certain types of armor inside classes some different advantages. Not too big i think. Just something that will distinguish between them. Just my opinion. :)

Changes look nice. Was worried about losing the large side pick, but so long as it's still there... :). Never got too keen on clothing differences when your character was 10 pixels high.

I like where you're going with the game, but sadly i don't like your h-scenes animations (if i could call it "animations"), everything else looks very promising (especially with a new update). So, if/when i see sprites (sprite sex scenes), i'm nadia's childhood friend immediately!

Thank you all, glad you like it.

@Nevermindoff: I don't quite understand, what do you mean with 'sprite sex scenes'? Can you give me an example?
