The boss slime is in the cave up the stairs. Go in the cave and go to the left.
... well I can't think of anything funny/interesting/insightful to put here so I'll just leave it blank...

Game looks very promising. It appears that you can zone to other areas, but I can't find any way to move from the forest. Am I missing something here?

And it appears that you've sent me a PM, but I am unable to answer it until I reach the 10 post limitation. Appears that sending PMs (even if they're replies) are restricted on these forums until you have at least 10 accepted posts. If you have another method to contact you, you can send it via PM & I'll reply to your question that way (I may not be able to reply to PMs, but I can still read them). It was there after I restarted and didn't ask.. now to find out how to initiate the scenes with it

I haven't done the next zone yet (the one mentioned by the mage's note).

Slime boss triggers 2 scenes. One when Beth defeats it and another when Beth is defeated by it (and she's inside its sight range).

That's because v0.375 has been widely tested. Thanks to all the people that found the bugs.

But don't worry, in the (far) future release you'll have the chance to find more.

So just a suggestion for version here's how my dad who is a manger/was_programmer(Traitor) for a IT department making tools said they do it.
you got 4 numbers
Huge update. huge meaning you basically remade it from the ground up. Starcraft and Starcraft2 while they look a lot a like they aren't so this would be a huge.
Big update. Normally your reworking a lot of stuff. Maybe adding 3 new areas would be considered a big but it could just be a lot of bug fixes.
Small update. Small updates might be 5 or 8 bug bug fixes.
Minor update(not part the 4 numbers) so what notch does is every update he releases with bug updates he adds a underscore and number like _1.
Build update. Builds are basically so you can keep track of the over all updates you've ever done. Public and private. What i normally do is add a bit of code and if it work say "woot" and raise the number by 1. If not i fix the bug or error and raise by 1.

No. Maybe 2 or 3 months...
I mean, the new zone won't take me lot of time. The problem is some code implementations. The new zone could be ready in a week. For example, adding new human enemies are pretty easy: I just have to change a couple of details in the male and female elves and... voila!.

But the game needs some other features:
- Save game (excellent explanation in the Renara's post - Tutorials section).
- Improving the depth assignation algorithm. -> It's possible that I don't really need to do this. Yesterday I was doing some FPS tests and it seems that my original algorithm is rather good.
- Melee weapons.
- Sex skills.
- Sex tables.
- Loot system.
- Status graphic.
- "Sluttyness" assigment function.
- Some H-events that I should have done for the v0.373.

And all those will take me a long time.

It seems a good guide to version. I mean, it works for a company. So it should for us.

It works for corporations. Whats the difference i hear you ask. Well corporations is a word of big company and well it sounds cool... no other reason to use it :P

A technical question I have:
I'm trying to implement the Save/Load game options. I've studied Renara's post (viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1349) about the topic and done some tests. But I have a question: What kind of data can I save? Only standard types of variables (Number, String, Boolean... etc) or is there any way to save a whole movieClip (including all they components, as _x, _y, _alpha... etc)?

I mean, I have the movieClip named Beth, and I want to save all Beth's variables (_x, _y, _xscale, _alpha, level, experience, attackPower, armour, sluttyness... etc). Do I have to copy every single variable to the "savedGame.data" or is possible to copy only the variable Beth (and so, all the stuff contained in it)?

I hope to have explained well my idea... :S

I think you have to copy everything, but it can be easily done with a function

I think I've just discovered an ultra-easy way to do it:

for (var m in _root.Beth) savedGame.data[m]=_root.Beth[m];

This authomatically copies all that variables. And it seems to work!
