[NWN1] Teen Bloom

Hi all again!

Since a few months ago I´m building another module Neverwinter Nights 1 was not designed for :lol:
My previous ones was more of a experimental thing and toying with weird ideas. This one is more "serious" and is the type of game I like to play/develop.
The module is a sort of girl sim, and has Selena as main character. While she and other things are in common with my other mod, this one has nothing to do whit it.

While it is not completed yet, I hope to share it soon (now making some touch-ups) for get some feedback and help for the writing. And as always expect bad spelling :oops:

Would you like proofreading? I have some text-extraction and text-insertion tools on hand that make that easy to do.

Also, do you want bug reports? Or is this a sufficiently early beta that you'd like to get more things put in place first?

I'm enjoying the greater amount of structure here than in Selena's Secrets.

It would be great, thanks! :P And yes, I want bug reports too. I want to have a good, polished demo than a crappy big game :lol:

Yes, this module is a more "serious" one; a girl/dating sim is a game I love to build, but it has a looot of more work!

You devious stunning bastard, you have just caused me to make a mad scramble to find my crummy old laptop with NWN1 installed, which I haven't had to do since your last release of a previous module.

you'r efforts in this en devour are excellent. thanks for the new release

lol thanks. Never, ever lost/sell/whatever your NWN1 game! :lol:

On a side note, the mod can be played from intro (Monday) to Sunday to see what it offers. You can play more weeks, but will be the same gameplay and only affects Selena´s fertility and decency stats.

one thing I noticed was loading from a save in your module results in the game just displaying a black screen. any time i save actually and attempt to load results the same

however it may just be my "crummy" laptop so I am redownloading NWN1 again from GOG, to see if its just that install

it seems also on day 3 the twins wont get out of bed.

or it could be the lack of patches, downloading them now, out of curiosity what version of NWN1 are you building this for as the patches go to 1.71 (unoffical) or 1.69 (offical)

I have the 1.69 pacth, but I think it´s how the module is built. You don´t need to save it; at this moment the database is disabled, but later, when you enter the mod, it will load the variables and day. There´s no important/day specific things you can miss ;)

DLG replacement/change/improvement is fine :)

Edit: Yes, seems that playing 3 or more days a weird things happens :oops: Trying to fix it now...

I´ve uploaded a fixed version (hope so!). The database is enabled too; if you want to replay the intro/start new game, just delete al SELENA files from the database folder.

Edit: Uploaded another version with more bugfixes. Ice cream and church events should be ok now.

Definitely looking forward to this game as it gets further into development. The environments look awesome. Really great work so far.

Does this work with Neverwinter Nights Diamond? Or do i need to use an original copy of the game?

Diamond works, although you should update to 1.69 after installing.

I'm not aware of any modules that require having NOT either expansion installed...

Just a bump to tell you I´m still working on the game ;)

It´s being quite complex and big as it grows; not in areas and the like, but in text, variables and combos, so I will need a serious help in the writing department. Not a proofreading but a dedicated writer; if not I will need at least a translator :roll:
I don´t need it right now, but in a few days so you have some time to think about the offer ;)

To keep things easy, I´m capped things like max love or days to play; I hope this way let me do updates more finished and polished.

I´m working right now with relationships; I´ve wrote a generic ones at my blog that I think covers the common ones. If anyone have a request/suggestion for a particular type, post it here or in my blog ;)

I´ve uploaded a new module and main files at neverwintervault.org. Download and play from the site.
Delete all SELENA files from the database folder to play a new game.
