Ah, John, you troublesome devil. Always reminding me that I should probably actually release the game I've talked about for 15 months. Once, there was a man named "RandomGuy," he also reminded me of this obligation. He's since disappeared under mysterious circumstances... coincidence?

In all seriousness. I went part-time two weeks ago. Had a setback the first week. Worked three days last week and things are chugging along nicely. I worked on the game more last week in those three days than the entire month of March. I can't stress just how amazingly limited my time became in the past year. I vastly underestimated the impact of a few life changes... Still, I'll post when I send things off for testing to let people know it'll be released soon. Regardless of chapter 1's release (whether it is this month or early next), I'm excited to show people how much faster development will progress. I rambled about it for months last year, but never actually took the plunge to go part-time. That's changed, and hopefully for the good.

I presume the inital release, or test release if not that, would be released somewhere between the last few days of this month or early to mid May.

Hey everyone. Glad you all are in good spirits and singing haikus.

Had a few setbacks (real life issues) that almost became comical after a point, but even with that, I've had more time to work than ever before. The game is coming together nicely, but it is still about 2 weeks away from release. Also, I will be releasing it to patrons first for a 2-3 day beta testing. I've given it a lot of thought, and I'd much rather my public release be relatively bug free. Once it goes public, it is out of my control. As that will be the measuring stick people will use to determine whether they'd like to donate, I want it to be as flawless as possible. In all honesty, it'd probably be more enjoyable to just wait another day or two and play the bug-free version anyways.

I played it for abit, got into abit...but all the sex scenes are really disturbing. Like they portray her as hating every second of it, and they play depressing music. I mean, I know it's a H-Game and a rape scene or whatever, but most I've played did not feel like that. It was a complete and utter turn-off to portray the rape scenes "realistically"

What I liked about Sangeki was the slow progression of her engaging in sexual acts and the quality overall. The battle system, the way he used a bit of animation to really accentuate the game, the different portraits in battle, etc. I agree, many of the sex scenes did not do much for me. I did like the painting one though, and a few others.

Aylia's Story will have scenes where Aylia is definitely fighting against it, it will have the standard trope in some scenes where she mentally is fighting, but her body is betraying her, and there will be plenty of consensual opportunity. A bit of everything. I don't plan to have anything like vore, or hardcore rape with her crying or anything. That is just too realistic for me, and would kill my boner if I was playing. I know that in real life rape is a terrible, terrible thing, but I also know that this is fantasy. So, I'm going to portray it as such.

I would recommend maybe adding in functionality so that even 'chaste' outfits can be exploited fully, like armor tear, and depending on the chastity/protection of the armor, the chances of an enemy attack tearing down the armor would decrease. You could also make special armors (say, for example, plated armor) that are at least partially invulnerable to armor tear (locally speaking, like plated armor being invulnerable to breast-type tear), and also to make these special kinky armors that you spoke of also be invulnerable to whatever types of armor tear you please (makes little sense to me if you add kinky armors if the enemy is just going to tear them apart).
