I leave him to his fun, figuring I could probably work out which tent was Jennifers, I guessed the wink meant that he'd set something up, maybe in any case I needed to get out of this cold soon anyway

you soon find out which one was Jeniffer's tent, because it had her name on it, you go inside and find it had a big bed for two, maybe the colonel knew what happened between both of you? you don't actually care...right? well, there was a computer next to the bed, and you don't want to know what the colonel downloaded in that thing before Jeniffer or you could use it...

I move over to the computer and turn it on, wondering if I'd be able to contact my parents now, I really wanted to let them know I was okay, especially as Kiria would be quite worried by now

ok, there was sure a few hot and naughty things in the computer, but as you manage to avoid them you send a call to your family, it didn't take long before Your mother Kiria answer the phone, she seemed sad, and she looked like she hadn't sleep in days...you wonder why "hi sweethearth" she said almost breaking and about to cry, good god, what happened?

My face drops immediately when I see hers, I was glad I managed to get through but something bad had happened I could tell " Mom what's wrong?" I ask hoping that it was simply worrying about me, not something worse

you tried to catch her breath, but words weren't coming out of her mouth, when she opens her mouth again, you felt a sudden saddness "Whiney....and Nelyn..." she whispered while closing her eyes for a moment to not cry "were killed" she then stood up and leave the computer, after a couple of seconds sebastian sat down and look at you, "hi darling..." he was sad, but he didn't show it...he was taking it way better than Kiria

I feel myself starting to tear up too, and don't immediately respond to Sebastian, "h-hi dad...." I say after almost a minute, I only called him that when I was sad really, I usually looked at him as my uncle, but right now I needed a parent, and he is my biological father after all.
I was taking it better than Kiria was, but barely, after all she'd lost her sister and her wife, but it was still hard for me to concentrate for the moment "I-I'm so sorry" I says to him, knowing that he'd be sad as well even if he wasn't showing it,

you knew, that calling him dad wa one of the things it make him happy, but this time, when you call him dad, he couldn't avoid but try very hard not to cry, knowing the only reason why you were alive was because you wanted to join the army, sebastian tried his best to speak and finally do it "don't be...it's not your fault...it's because of the war..." he said before letting a loud and long sigh come out of his mouth "it you weren't in the army, you were the one dead, Nelyn and whitney were sleeping in your room because they missed you, and the spy sneak in from the window of your room...right now...we're heavily guarded by the Secret Milenus Service...the daughter of an old friend of mine is helping us..." he said while looking at you, he didn't show it, but you knew he was destroyed in the inside "i wish you were here, so i could hug you...i hope you return safe, and i hope when you return we'll be ok..." he saib before looking back at Kiria "i love you serra...i always tried to be a great father, and i always wanted you to see me as one..."

I smile at him, in spite of the crying "I wish I could hug you too" I tell him, I was still distraught but i couldn't help but be sad but it was nice to talk to him again "and I do see you as my father, and I miss you as much as I miss Kiria and whitney.... my sobbing is renewed, just from saying her name she was my mother, as much as Kiria, and it was going to be a little harder for me afterwards to get used to home life without her...

"love you so much darling...i'll try to calm down your mother" he said while the he end the call, leaving you alone, and just when you thought this couldn't get worse, the colonel enter in the tent "Serra...i..." he couldn't say anything, he didn't know how to tell you this "The convoy i sent to the new Camp is destroyed...the whole convoy...even..." he stop talking, knowing you will understand what he was saying...

"No, jeniffer..." I move over to the bed silently and lay down, feeling utterly defeated, I knew not sticking with her was a mistake, I burry my head in the pillow and just cry...

soon, you felt one hand over your back and then someone lays next to you, hugging you and kissing your head, you first thought it was jeniffer playing with you, but as you quickly raise your head, you notice it was your uplyrianis best friend Julian, he wasn't wearing his armor but a casual suit, he had his arms wounded and he looks at you with a sad look "i was the only one who survived, and i prefer coming to see you than going to take care of my wounds, the colonel told me your girlfriend was in that convoy with me...sorry" said julian while hugging you tightly

I open my eyes and look at him, still crying "that's not all," I tell him sniffing "Whitney and Nelyn too..." I tell him not really wanting to think about it

"you know...uncle always told that, if life was giving you a hard time, it was because it had something special prepared for you...i know it's hard, you know how much i loved aunt Nelyn, mother Kiria and mother whitney, they were good given the fact they found me living on the streets" he said while hugging you tighly, he often called your family like it was his own, even if you weren't related, he was also like a brother to you, he also sleeped in a room next to yours, both of ou studied together, he was like a brother, and you still had your mother, your father and Aunt Erica, and of course, your best friend almost brother; julian...

I nod, and give him a smile as best as I can "I guess.... but I can't see it just yet" I tell him looking him over and then focusing on his wounds "we should get those looked at. right now your my only family out here and I don't want to loose you too, especially if it's just because your arm got infected"

he stood up and kiss your cheek "i'll go to the enfermery" he said a little hurted and in pain, you could easily notice by the way he was walking, for some reason, he did make you calm down for a moment, but as soon as he leave, you go sad because of whitney, nelyn and jeniffer, three person you loved like yourself...are gone now...

I didn't want to suddenly go back to being alone with my losses so I run too catch up with him "I don't want to be alone right now" I tell him as I catch up I tuck my head under his arm and help support some of his weight so he can walk easier

he smiles and lets you drag him tothe enfermery, as soon as you arrive at the medical tent, one of the medics lead him to a bed and take him behind some blankets "wait here sargeant serra" said the medic and goes behind the blankets hanging on the tent to cover the space where Julian was going to be checked...

one hour of wait Julian came out of the tent, you didn't want to stay inside and you wanted to enjoy the really cold flufelis night, you leave milenus 11 days ago, and this war had already long 20 years, only one day in here and you already wanted this to end, maybe if you go back home, you could take care of your family and avoid getting more members killed..."you've been waiting for me?"
