You can see the sadness and the acceptance of this poor green creature with a terrible clothing taste. From what you can also assume is that the author might be a sad terribly tasted cloth wearer too!
Now, let's look into the eyes of this poor creature. You can see that they got white spots on them. Either that is a sign of a disease and the creature should find medical attention as soon as possible, or they are the sign of something greater. Like the fact of accepting once fate.

My vision of this magnificent overgrown tadpole is that it has accepted it's fate of accepting a rough truth, like the truth that if your mother tells you to do the dishes, you do the dishes and afterwards you cry like a little babby in 4chan of whatever is your hole in the ground. And there you get slapped on your green little frog butt what a little pussayeee you are. Which makes you shut up and accept your fate, like I am shutting up now until someone blames me for writing way too much garbage and tells me to either check my gramatics/writing or just simply blames me for a thing I wrote here.
