Yes, I didnt want a game that is 'just q quickie'. Then I just fell in love with Peach, and I decided to make more than a game We need to fight off bugs, I used to play many games with them :/

It also helps me to retain the enthusiasm needed to work with a monster of code and levels. I know there are many features I still need to do, those will hopefully come faster when the game is in AS3.

The performance boost (at least here) was more than 50%, mostly in big levels with full screen. But we will only see the real result when the conversion is completed, not only the prototype.

I went into the second enterable house past the dojo, grabbed the mushroom, and left Toad Town. I went back in and did the same thing. My min-max were big-bigger (there should only be two available sizes). The mushrooms caused growth both times (3 total sizes).

If I am not mistaken, he sometimes goes away, so thats not a glitch. Sometimes he's there, sometimes not. The game is getting more and more non-linear, so that's why sometimes Toadette is in her room, sometimes not.
