mel your ninja art would mean you could dodge ninja arts. Cause it was unblockable or unavoidable unless a special was used.

The way I see it, if some can block or dodge my Ninja art then someone else should be able to say, shatter Meep's ninja art early if an attack succeeds. I don't have a problem either way as long as its an even playing field.

especially since we can always use them just at a -1(scaling) penalty... three high rolls and you auto win without them having a chance as a mechanic is broken. Simple as... I shadow three times and can auto kill one of you... that's what's being offered so my vote for that is no

it's like when you were in the waiting room no roll was made for you showing off your shadowing, do you now have that built up penalty? or is it freely usable cause it wasn't combat so you had no need to roll to see if you actually succeeded, i think any use of the abilities should be rolled if we have to roll to use them, not just pick and choose as it suits us.

Edit: Ah I figured you might have to roll to Mel, but it if you use it out of combat you should probably still need to roll too.

My ability or Ninja art? I thought it was pretty obvious, I throw magic demon swords at everyone in the room. The rest is magic sweetheart Really wondered why no else chose not to do magic, its so versatile

Why does it need to be specific about what he can get the Talismans to do? Is it not just creative use of the equipment he has? like if you were to make use of your gear to adjust how your attacks work we would expect the same, as the talismans are sub-weapons you know at least he can't kill you with them.

sorry saying magic doesn't need explaining doesn't work... i had to be very specific about my power... I can't create an army of shadows and just drink tea while you die to them... I can't do whatever the fuck I like because it is somewhat related to my power... no calling bullshit. your power does not give you the right to do whatever the fuck you want because you can just scream magic to the four winds as an explanation.

Lets just all play nice, there was easily a bunch of other ways to get in and around security and get the drop on everyone. Rps are about creativity, Zen being a cyborg could have probably carried us and punch-climbed his way up there. Or punched through the roof. Its not OP since I can't do more than one magic thing a turn. So no I can't just blast everyone in a room while flying around like peter pan. Don't get so mad because we got the drop on you guys. You guys could have gone to the rooftop.

Not to mention we had to roll for it and for the roof. We're posting on the assumption it works. I could have easily rolled bad and not been able to fly or as you saw alert everyone when landing so it isn't 'perfect' like you think

Okay... It's likely I upset the gm with my next post but... well if you are basically allowed to play with your power like this... we are all going to leave the room and you can drop in on an army in invulnerable shadow clones that will all cut you up without any of us ever being in harms way. Enjoy. I hope this pvp goes well for you... because if I can't do that... well you can't just say magic and say it's your power... look shadow clone... it's my power... my pwoer never says how many i can have and it does say they can attack targets so... have fun guys.

Shadow clone is your ninja art not your way of dealing damage, but I guess if Jill had punched through the roof with with her robo-ams no one would be bating an eye. She's strong and Almata is good with magic, hell there's still a chance that it fails and everyone wasted their turn.
Maybe you should have specified more in your bio about how you just naturally use them instead of as a ninja art but I guess you couldn't be bothered when copying the idea of Zed from League of Legends. Stopping with all this exaggerated bull about my magic it, it was my attack that doubles as an opener. It's like picking up a car and throwing it.

But if you don't like it.... I guess you'll just have to kill my character.

actually my shadow clone can attack you so yes it deals damage.

Only activatable through your ninja art since you haven't listed them as your main or sub weapons. I explicitly stated magic as my main weapon in the bio and and in the main weapon description. I have to roll each action just like anyone else so are you just mad that its versatile? Because Almata can't punch doors open or throw weapons that come back to her or toss people or charm people. She basically just does magic and one way or another we would have gotten in. Hell we could have used the air conditioning vents on the rooftop. Don't hate the game or the player.
