Was already noted earlier.

It seemes that this fix doesn't work. Just now downloaded latest (from 30.10.15) version, tried new "quality of life" updates and got an empty rune when just first sent to chant one Rogue and then return two Rogues (there was one before) to army.
Lonesniper Wrote:Could anyone help me, I'm stuck on the phasmos levels because of the empty rune glitch - I can't get the 3rd tavern mission to work because I can't equip runes; there's like 50 empty rune slots which push the other runes out of view. Please help.

I'm calling it the bumblebee blitz.Spoiler (click to show/hide):

the basic strat is 1 red drone, 1 yellow drone, and 1 blue male w/ warcry. Nothing more to ensure you start off with those.
The optimal team is
red drone + angel breaker + infused earth rune (protect)
yellow drone + heart strikers + infused Fire rune (boost)
blue mechiza + crystal ward + infused wind rune (warcry)
This strat abuses the limited mana in the start off the battle and the player getting the first move
because of these things, you can guarantee a few direct strikes; and if you maximize damage, you win
You lead with the Red Drone. begin combat
if not flee and restart (unless you feel lucky), there is no consequence for fleeing (yet?) so just do so
If the opponent leads with blue or red infantry then continue
move your red drone so it avoids the enemy
then spawn a yellow drone behind it. begin combat
Your red drone will take a hit, this is where protect is very useful since it'll counter damage from runes and soften this blow.
spawn your male tank to get a warcry buff (this stacks with boost) and to block a potentially fatal direct attack (eva has 10 hp )
move both your drones to attack directly. begin combat
at this point you should have already won, you can easily deal 30+ hp with the right runes and equipment (that you acquire during the story nonetheless)
if they are not defeated, you should be able to squeeze one more direct hit, as long you have not lost a drone due to rune magic bullshit.
One of your drones will be attacked, but the other should be free to attack directly.
If this didn't work then you need more chanting for health and attack. (or more luck)

By the way, still can trigger the Jurassa.Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GoRepeat Wrote:I'm working on a fix for the runes - it might explain Jurrassa too if the game is thinking that the "empty" runes are actual runes then even though your units are rune-free the game thinks they have one equipped and fail the trigger.

Unfortionately it didn't for me
I do get the Jurassa-Hint from the bartender. But I tried several setups on Royal Gate without triggering any other than the standard cutscene...
This is one of the lineups I tried:Spoiler (click to show/hide):
I also tried with another gorger instead of the mecha, since I thought mechas might make bad gourmets... And I tried removing the "empty runes" from each of them explicitly, still doesn't help...
I'm trying to get her desperately since I need help at the hand. I'm so dead everytime I try this level, I'm nowhere close to succeeding..
