An Eevee's Travels (DemonLust)

Kita took the container, immediately picking around for a sweet one. "Being the first one up isn't really a bad thing though, right?" She replied as she glanced at him, only until he looked back at her though. "Back home, if i didn't get up early enough, most of the good berries were gone and i was stuck eating sour ones." She almost shivered at the thought of the bitter taste.

[Soru]

"No, it's not a bad thing. I just don't like having to wait for everyone else though." He responds as Kita picks out some of the sweet poffins. He chuckles a bit when he sees her shudder. "Well since you have a trainer now I don't think you need to worry about that any more. Anyways, want to go walk around or see our trainers?"

[DemonsLust]

She shrugged in response and smiled a bit to herself. "I'd be fine to do either so it doesn't make a difference to me." She said, setting the container down after having had her fill of poffins.

[Soru]

Leo nods and gets off the bed. He holds his hand out for her and gives him one of his large, goofy grins she's come to know. Once he pulled her up he leads her out of the room. "Lets walk around a bit before we see them, sound good?" He asked as they already began walking around the Pokémon Center.

She nodded in response, keeping right by his side. Definitely not a bad morning, being able to wake up and be right with him, just that kept her calm and relaxed instead of the usual hyper. "I wonder what theu've got planned for today. Other than traveling, of course." She said, leaning forward slightly as she walked, her tail swaying back and forth energetically as she did so.

[Soru]

"Well besides maybe looking for more Pokémon to catch or trainers to battle we'll probably be walking to the next town with a gym." Leo says as they walk around, seeing a couple Chansey's walking about and working. He looks over at Kita and smiles at all happy she seemed. "You seem really happy. I guess you're looking forward to this as well."

She glanced at him and nodded. "Of course i am. I can't see what reason i'd have to not be excited for it." She looked back forward, sighing to herself. "Plus...the further i get from my old home, the better. I'll finally be able to do things differently, i won't have to try to find someone to protect me anymore. I want to be stronger......and this way, i can." She smiled slightly at him, though it was somewhat forced. "I just have to push off everything that's holding me down though, that's the biggest thing."

[Soru]

Leo nods a bit in understanding. "Okay. I'm glad to see you moving on." He smiles at her and gently grabs her hand. "But don't feel like you have to do this alone. You have us as friends now and we'll be here for you." He says with his big, toothy grin that made Kita feel a bit better. "And if you want we can spar a bit to help get you stronger."

She sighed to herself, relaxing a bit more giggling. She always found his big grin a bit silly, but it did the trick in lifting her spirits. "I thought that's what we've been doing...." She purred, giving him a sly smile. "Or maybe it just felt that way." She shrugged innocently, slipping her hand from him and continuing forward, whether it was with or without him. She'd switched gears pretty quick, from serious to playful, but that was her nature, sweet and playful. She shook her head at herself and glanced back to see if he had stopped or was still following.

Leo blushes a bit when she purrs at him and stands there with a shy grin as she walks forward. He shakes his head and puts back on his big grin before following after her. "Hey, wait up!" He says as he runs up to her and grabs her hand again. "Well do you want to spar now before we see our trainers?"

She shrugged, glancing at him. "Depends on you i guess. Like i said before, i'm up for whatever." She kept her pace even with his waiting to hear his answer.

[Soru]

"Well then lets go. An early morning workout is good to get you prepped for the day." He says before leading her outside to where there were some practice fields meant for Pokémon battles. "I'll let you have the first move. Now try to read my movements and avoid attacks." He said, giving her some advice.

Kita took a moment, trying to feel out what would be best to hit him with. without much notice she lunged forward, aiming to hit him with Quick Attack or doge if she missed her target. She had only seen him battle once so she was going into this blind, but hoped at the least she'd get a good fight out of it.

[Soru]

Leo quickly uses his own Quick Attack to dodge out of the way of Kita's. His tail glows as he gets an Iron Tail ready. He waits until Kita's Quick Attack ended before charging forward and swinging around to swing his tail at her.

Kita just barely managed to move out of the way of his attack, but not enough to completely be missed by it. After the initial bit, she jumped back, immediately jumping into her next move, Take Down, which she planned to couple with an Iron Tail attack of her own.

[Soru]

Instead of dodging Leo charges up his electricity and lets out a Discharge at Kita. Kita could either try to endure it and get a hit in or cancel her attack and dodge Leo's electricity.

Kita forced herself to endure, the shock, moving in to attempt to gt a hit in at him.

Kita manages to endure the strong electric attack but she wasn't able to keep up her Take Down attack by the time she broke though. However she was able to get her Iron Tail ready and swing at Leo, who countered with his own Iron Tail. "Wow, you're stronger than I thought." He complimented her with a smile.

She backed up a little bit, shaking a bit from the lasting feeling of the electric shock. "N-not really..... Just...hyped up.."

[Soru]

"You alright? I tried not to hold back so you get the most experience." He said as he walked up to her. "I didn't hurt you much did I? I thought you would have tried to dodge it instead of powering through it." He said as he checked her to make sure he didn't do any serious damage.
