That is one of the things I've been trying to push for, an old school click and point adventure interface with rpg elements. But alas, we'll have to see.

A more fun 'health bar' for a sexgame would be a 'horny' bar, where Krystal needs sex to keep the bar up. :D

Yeah. That would be interesting. Not too sure if we want to keep the bar decreasing or find a way to decrease the bar through certain events?

Maybe we could go for a combo of "Excitement" and "Resistance" bar, where resistance reduces the amount of exp gained.
Perhaps whenever she "cleans up", excitement will drop a little but resistance will be reset.

Here's my take on the 'horny' bar. I can see it functioning two ways.

1. the horny bar is your health bar, and in this case you actually don't want it to fill up all the way, this is simular to some of those 'run or raped' games, only in here having the sex is required and not really bad, but you don't want to do too much at once. If the bar fills up fully krystal becomes a sex starved nympho and forgets about her quest to find fox and escape.

2. the horny bar is sort of an experiance bar or 'limit break' bar from Final fantasy. it gradually fills up until it's maxed out when either krystal will unlock some special sex move, or it may be when she level's up and her states get a boost, or both.

Imo, all the bars thingy and and those complicated minigames are not necessary to make this game epic. ok, I'm cool with the minigames, but not making them to hard to beat. When I play this kind of games it's not the "challenge" what makes me enjoy them, in fact it mostly pisses me off when erotic games are too hard. If I would want challenge I'd go play another game, or get a girl irl.

It's a fair point Budokai; the idea behind a slightly more complex stat system is to make the player feel more involved, it shouldn't be hard by any means, but hopefully make the player feel more like they're doing something other than just flicking through a slideshow of scenes.

First of all, hello there.

After seeing the original Legend of Krystal by PlayShapes, I decided to try and build upon the original file. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with that idea.
I haven't done much actual work yet on it however and I now also see that's a good thing, I was also planning on organising all the files first before actually making new content. So thank you Renara for doing all of that work now.

I did however take some time to think about a story and just want to share some of my ideas with this community (which I would be more than happy to help once new content is needed). The idea for this story would involve many scenes and characters, it would be a pretty long term plan, it can however easily be divided into smaller parts.

Story idea so far :

The Legend of Krystal - The Power of the Dildo

The first part of the story is kept the way it is (obviously), with some extra scenes here and there perhaps (Lesbian scene with a liz girl).
After Krystal 'escapes' from the Lizard village, she goes through the Dark Forest where she has her encounters with Link, Midna and the wolves as PlayShapes described here.

Eventually Krystal is able to get past the Forest and finds herself facing a new challenge: a desert. While wandering around in here, she finds a large village, inhabited by the Gerudo. There is just one problem : the gerudo village is taken over by more Lizard men (don't worry, this is the last time we see these boys). Again Krystal has to 'fight' the Lizards and this time also save the village from the Lizard King. When she beats the Lizard King (by fucking him silly), the village is saved and she finds a Wooden Dildo that was left behind by the Lizard King. This is a plot item that would go in the inventory.

When she leaves the village, she is finally able to locate Fox, who is being held prisoner in a dark temple with many other video game characters. When Krystal enters the temple, she sees the capturer of Fox, a Lust Demon, who is trying to take over the world (aren't they always) and is locking away all who could oppose or defeat him. He thinks Krystal is too weak to bother with.
Krystal can now leave the temple or if Krystal tries to free Fox, the demon will grab her, screw her brains out and throw her back out the temple.

Either way, if Krystal goes back out the temple, an angel will appear who will ask Krystal to stop the demon. This can only be done by finding the (number to be decided) Dildos of power and by letting the Chosen Sluts (Zelda, Peach, Samus,...) use these powerfull items to weaken the demon. There is just one problem, the Dildos are in the hands of powerfull fiends (Ganendorf, Bowser, Metroid Prime,...) who use its power to enslave the villages of the land and sometimes imprison a Chosen Slut.

From this point on Krystal can decide where to go and the game can be expanded upon as you wish. She can now go visit any of the enslaved villages/lands to try and free the Chosen Slut and then go defeat the fiends with her help to get a Dildo of Power.
Ideas for enslaved lands : *Mushroom Kindom; Chosen Slut: Peach; Fiend: Bowser; other characters: goombas, toads, princess Daisy,....
*Hyrule; Chosen Slut: Zelda; Fiend: Ganendorf; other characters: Link, gorons, zoras,...
*Space Station; Chosen Slut: Samus; Fiend: Metroid Prime; other characters: Space Pirates, metroids,....
*Pokémon Lands; Chosen Slut: Misty (adult version - she doesn't stay a kid forever); Fiend: Team Rocket; other chars: pick any pokémon you want basically.
*DK Isle; Chosen Slut: Candy Kong; Fiend: King K. Rool; other characters: other kongs, kremlings,....
*Sonic Land; Chosen Slut: Amy; Fiend: Dr Eggman; other characters: tails, knuckles,....
*...... (possibilities go as far as you can think)

When Krystal has found all the Dildos and saved all the Chosen Sluts, she heads back to the Temple where the Chosen Sluts are waiting for her. Together they enter the temple and the Sluts start to masturbate with the Dildos. This turns out to be a ritual of power, greatly empowering the sex drive of Krystal. Krystal then goes and starts fucking the Lust Demon untill he is unable to keep going. At that moment, the angel enters the scene and banishes the demon. Krystal rescued Fox and saved the world, to thank her, the angel (female) lets Krystal have a taste of what Heavenly sex is really all about.

That's about it. It's not very detailed yet, and would be alot of work. But as I said before, it can be made in a very modular way, just building upon the existing content and expanding it.


Now I also had some ideas about the Game Mechanics.

*Experience can be used to increase certain stats Krystal has : Endurance (lets Krystal fuck more before she needs to rest. It is shown as a bar which slowly depletes whenever she has sex. When the bar is empty, Krystal needs to rest in a bed before she can go at it again.

Charisma (lets Krystal have extra options in conversations with characters, certain characters won't 'do' Krystal unless she has a certain amount of Charisma.

Other stats (for which a use can perhaps be found) : Agility (extra choices of difficult positions), Blowjob, Fucking, Anal, Beauty,....

*Pokémon : wherever Krystal goes, she can always encounter a Pokémon (not just in the Pokémon world). Krystal can make these Pokémon faint by fucking them and then catch them. Once caught she can use them in other sexual encounters (such as using the ditto dildo that i saw here). Possible Pokémon : ditto, blaziken, gardevoir, lopunny,....

*Letting Krystal take a bath to wash off the cum and let her take an xp-penalty was a very good idea in my opinion, so I would keep it.

*Items : Krystal has an inventory where she can keep certain items : The Dildos of Power (obviously), which are mostly just plot items.
Pokéballs (to catch wild pokémon)
Kleenex (lets Krystal wipe herself off to lessen the amount of cum on her.
Certain sex toys that she can use in encounters
....

I hope these ideas may be somewhat usefull.
I'll be more than happy to help with creating scenes, writing on a story, try some programming (not really that good with actionscript 3 yet, but i'm learning).

I like C-Sharp's ideas, of different lands, as this would let us finish Bowser's Castle. Takes advantage of different characters, and allows for a greater variety of actions. But thinking of how it would affect the game, if it become a series as opposed to a Full game, with everything entailed. :/

I think its a great idea aswell, and Zinnel, i think having this would make it into a bigger game, not a full one though. After all that it would only be about 50mb. Since its already 12mb something.

It's 12mb unoptimised; the versions I've been compiling to test are only 4.1mb with no noticeable lack of detail. The biggest parts are the music, which are currently included as-is, in future we can probably extract a smaller slice that is more suitable as a music loop, as this will cut out the unneeded parts and drop the file-size further.

Yeah, Flash has never been great about sound compression. Although varied music is okay, I would say that limiting it somewhat in the interest of small filesize would be the way to go.

My 2 cents on 2.0 ideas
(i apologize for the text wall)

If you follow Playshape’s original plan, the Dark Woods area will heavily feature Zelda characters. The fact that the Sharpclaw Village had the zora girls in it could set a trend. If “Mario Land” comes after the Dark Woods, you could include a background scene with Daisy and Rosalina getting ganged up on by Goombas. The problem with this would simply be if they’re here, it would be a small stretch to include them in “Mario Land” The other option is just have the cleaning area reflect the next area; such as having the back mounted water gun from Mario Sunshine that you can use to wash yourself off with.

Seeing Blaziken in the 1.02 version, my first thought was why is she here. But then my mind came up with a rational for her being there. You could have a pokemon appear in ever level (or select levels) that at some latter point, Krystal would be tasked with going back, “wearing them out” and capturing them in pokeballs and returning them to a trainer (Limits the number of pokemon to 6 unless more then 1 trainer are used) or Prof Oak (or any other of the pokemon professors such as Ivy from the Orange League).

Regarding story, again assuming you’re jumping off Playshapes original idea, Midna’s wolf fetish could have something to do with sending her wolf men to capture Krystal (Krystal being a canine after all). Along with encountering Wolf Link (and possibly freeing him of his wolf form), she could encounter a wolf-like pokemon (Growlithe, Arcanine, Houndour, Houndoom are about the ones I know) and …the only other Nintindo wolf creature that comes to mind is the K-9 monsters from Super Mario RPG and those are not well known. Acquiring the Master Sword from Midna could involve having the two of them get into one of the contests mentioned earlier (either here or on another post, don’t remember). It could entail just a sex off with the wolf footmen, or an actually contest involving Link (either human or wolf).

Music; do it as a mod/tracker-style system (store some patch-bank samples, play them in new and interesting ways).

Pokemon: Capture the sex slaves never sounded so sexy.

Wolf's Midna Sword: Midna's brainwashed Link by turning him in to a feral sex-crazed wolf (Yeah it doesn't really go that way, but the dark powers are controlling her too or something...); Krystal gets him off 'clearing his mind' and restoring his body (all/partly?) and then has a face-off with Midna for who is better able to pleasure him; the winner getting 'him' and thus his sword. -- At least that's the only way that makes sense in my mind. Though I'm still unclear on Midna's motivation... she seemed happy enough with the ending in the game.

First of all, once again a great job on cleaning up the flash file for version 2.0. With this file it will be alot easier to find and place everything you need to make your own scenes for the game.

That being said, with this finished (for a large part), this might be the time to actually start making some hard decisions on where to go with the game, story-wise. It would be good to take all the different ideas that can be read here and decide which path to follow, this way the animators will know what scenes can be expected from them. Otherwise you'll just have alot of people making alot of different scenes but with no idea where to fit them in or place them. This could lead to eventually just putting everything together at random and hoping for the best, which i hope and think will most likely not happen with this team, but still... Having a goal written down somewhere, a guideline can from now on become a good thing to have.

I've allready seen and read some very creative ideas on this forum, so now it's time to start thinking about how you're gonna put the pieces of the puzzle together.

I would say just make everything while going with Playshapes' story idea. It would be fine if half the game was irrelevant side scenes no? Like just because someone made a nice Blaziken doesn't mean she has to be relevant to the plot (she looks fine in the background) ... Hell you could even shove a random dimension hop scene from Chrono Cross with Serge and Kid jumping into Bowser's castle going: "OH FUCK NOT AGAIN" while not interacting with Krystal... Someone should do that :lol:
