We just launched game feed of free HTML5 adult games. It's still in beta, so we just launched a few games first, but we'll have several dozens more over the coming months. https://mikandi.com/adult-games.
The adult mobile game industry is just getting started and we want to help grow this market, so if anyone else out there is making HTML5 games (or Android), I'd love to hear from you.
