The scientist moved into the back office and came back a few moments later with the pink sparkley collar

Kit yayed and hugged the scienist hard. She then nodded. "So, I'll sit down in the chair so you can put the collar on, right?" she asks, since she figures her old collar has to be removed first.

[Hurati]

Hurati raised his eyebrow at Kyle, "What are you talking about, that's an old science research facility. The nearest clothing store isn't for a few miles in the main part of Haven. If you want clothes you can ask the Quarter-Master for some military ones." He folded his arms and wondered to himself how the tank-born could have mistaken a clothing store in the science section, Kyle must have been delusional.

[Gorbaz]

"Yes, please do. I assume that there will be no need for restraints? I took the liberty of scanning your file while programming your campanion's collar" The scientist moved to the console and pressed a few buttons, getting it ready for removal mode

Kit nods and sits down.
"No worries. No need for restraints."
She sat down in the chair and held still.

kyle looks at hurati "well i thought... man you must have kicked me pretty hard then" kyle said, shaking his head "why does this place look like it could collapse any moment? it seems people haven't been maintaining it very well" kyle commented, looking at the chipped paint and cracked floors

[Hurati]

Hurati shrugged, "I dunno, ask the admin why he's too much of a pussy to change anything. He coughed then looked at Kit, "You're really excited about that collar aren't you?"

[Gorbaz]

A pair of metalic claws sprung out from the back of the chair and deftly worked on the collar, removing each fuse in the correct order, and finally unlocking and removing the old collar. The scientist then walked over and clipped the new one in place. "There you go, a nice new collar, all programmed and ready to go!"

Yuuko showed a wide grin, apparently the girl didn't take offence at her being called a friend. Score one for yuuko; she gained another friend! She took the rifle from her back and started hugging it again, instead of running over to Mizuki herself and hugging her. She blinked at her question, but her head was too much in the clouds to be shy about it. "I've been living out there all my life. My parents were nice enough to keep me around a couple of years, but as soon as i was able to talk they went their separate ways. So i guess since i was young i had to tend for myself, teaching myself to survive out in the wastes. I don't hate them for it though, they seemed to be nice enough from the stories i heard and i guess if we were settled down somewhere i would've run away either way or we would've been killed." Suddenly yuuko notices how much she had said and quickly shut her mouth, before her new best friend would think she was running her mouth off. She frowned, blaming herself for being such a stupid cow, before peeking at Mizuki to see her reaction.

Kit squeed and hugged him hard.
"THANK YOU !" she shouted, then got up.
"Now then, Hurati, do you think that Kyle can be taken to the residential areas? OR should we take him to the mess hall? He's most likely hungry. I know I am."

[Hurati]

Hurati scratched his chin, and thought for a moment before replying, "We'll go to the mess hall so you two can eat, then we'll go get some equipment. Sound fair?" He finished with a grin.

Kit smiles and gets up.
"Thank you." She tells the scienist. she then turns to Kyle.
"So, ready to go eat?" she asks with a wag of her tail.
She asks, having heard Hurati. She grins and grabs Kyle by the arm, and starts to drag him to the mess hall

[Hurati]

Hurati followed them out of the lab, and sighed in relief once they had left. He hadn't exactly had permission to be in there, not that anyone would know that. He followed the two tank-born to the mess hall, watching around them to ensure nothing was out of the ordinary

Mizuki smiles, and walks over to Yuuko she gives her a hug and whisper's into her ear, "You don't need to be shy around me Yuuko, I'm your friend and I'm not gonna dislike you for talking to much, on the contray i asked about you to begin with so don't be so reserved." Mizuki, understood that Yuuko had been lonely most her life and forced to live rough, but she could also see a cute girl underneath all the grime.

[Lady Foxy]

Mia yawned and moved around the floor as she heard voices interrumpting her sleep. ''Shh..'' The sleepy tank-born said in her sleep, struggling to sleep.

Yuuko flinched when the girl suddenly hugged her, but slowly smiled at Mizuki when she explained. She sighed of relief, and returned the hug a bit awkwardly, but she smiled anyways. "W-well then" She said, blushing slightly and taking a step back to recollect herself, "What about you... friend? I bet growing up here must've made you... ah... whats that word again... afraid for small spaces... ah... i forgot..."

[Goryokaku]

Mizuki grinned mischeavously, "Claustrophobic, yeah i must admit I'm not fond of being caged in, but then I've spent time outside of haven unlike a lot of us here, I ah, also have a somewhat strange childhood and i promise you I'll talk more about it when i know only your ears will hear it Yuuko, because some of my past must be kept quiet from others. "

Mizuki was being more honest then she normally would be with anyone, but that might be because her childhood though fille with others around her still lacked any form of parental love like Yuuko.

Yuuko blinked, before looking around like she expected monsters to pop up everywhere. "I-i understand..." She nodded, still looking around vigilant. "I knew there was something weird with this cleanliness..." She muttered. Apparently yuuko thought that there were raiders around, or some other enemy of her new friend that could blackmail her. Not really knowing what to expect and with her mind running off on its own about what could possibly harm her new friend, she kept looking around frantically.

((In order to get things moving back along faster, at player's request, I am implamenting a timeskip. Time has advance to the following day. Everyone who wants to has a full nights rest
Kyle is given some combat shorts, and is able to requisition an RPG with ammo
Mia is taken to be collared first thing in the morning, and presented with a repaired scouter, then released
everyone else has their ammo and supplies restocked
anything else people wanted to get done during the evening is done
Time starts again - 08:15))

[Hurati]

Hurati woke up and yawned, rubbing his eyes. He rolled out of bed and grabbed his bag, throwing it in the bathroom ahead of him. After a shower and a change of clothes. He tossed a toothbrush and some toothpaste in his bag and then put the bag over his shoulder. Hurati walked out of his room into the garage, then started making sure the vehicles were set to go to the outside again.
