Carter pushed himself against the door of the kitchen, busting it open as he grabbed the girl, carrying her in his arms. ''It's going to blow up!'' He said in a worried voice as he knew the kitchen was on the fourth floor. ''Hang on!'' Carter ordered as he dived into the window, breaking it while feeling a warm wave of fire pass behind him, as well as Azrael.

Simon sighed deeply, putting a hand over Halina's head. ''It's all right. Now tell me, why do you carry a knife when your taking a bath?'' He asked, stroking her head to calm her hair.

Halina felt herself relaxing a little, and glanced to the side of the tub that she had dropped her dagger over. Her level of embarrasment wasn't dropping, and now she felt like a bit of an idiot, too "I... need it. Protection. In case... attacked. Always have it..." She realised that to anyone else, it would sound silly. But, she hoped that being the master of the knights of Tuloc, and having lived in Zibola, Simon would have at least heard of her public floggings, if not witnessed them

Azrael leapt out the window calmly he grabbed a hold of Carter as he passed and dragged him and the girl with his own momentum onto the roof a nearby building, out of the range of the heat, he let them go carefully. "What did the Govnor promise them boy, i need to know the details seeing as I can't get the information from the man himself."

Azrael stood their looking at Crater he recognised the lad from getting to close to his sister earlier.

Simon laughed before moving his hands behind his head. ''I see. I keep my sword handy, so I understand how you feel.'' He said while closing his eyes, attempting to rest for a while before he noticed how beatiful Halina was without all of that dirt and sand off her face.

Carter looked up at Azrael before checking on the girl. ''Hmph. Promised them? Gold, Florins, Armor, Weapons.. Besides an army that is currently moving to Zibola. They already know about some disguised troops but.. Hey, weren't you that show off back at the market?'' He asked while noticing the girl had passed out. ''If you mind.. I'll be on my way.'' Carter jumped off the rooftops while stepping on a number of poles and signs before heading to what he thought was Claire's house.

Halina couldn't help but admire Simon's physique as he put his hands behind his head. She hadn't looked at him the day before when they were changing into their disguises, and now was quite thankful, as she probably wouldn't have been able to concentrate properly to avoid the guard patrols. Since he had closed his eyes, Halina continued to watch him for a few seconds more, before plucking up the courage to shift around in the bath, and lay herself back down next to him, head resting on his chest, and het strands of hair obscuring most of her relaxed expression. Heck, if they were both going to go and retake the city tomorrow, she wanted to have a bit of relaxing closeness beforehand

Simon wrapped an arm around her shoulder, kissing her head softly. ''Pardon me, but you're so beatiful.'' He said while blushing, looking away to avoid her to think he was being soft.

Halina smiles and let out a contented sigh. She was definatly feeling very relaxed right now. She blushed at the compliment, not being used to them at all. She looked up at him through strands of we hair and grinned. "Thank you. Handsome"

Simon looked at her and smiled. ''Look at all of that hair covering your face..'' He said while gently moving the strands of wet hair away from her hair, as he leaned closer Simon kissed her, stroking her neck lovingly as he did.

Kaede grinned, and jumped up and down. "Ne, ne, you can tell me~! Were friends right? Ohhh, but you have to tell me, otherwise i'll kiss you again!" She laughed, before approaching Ayla like she was some stealthy ninja, trying to steal a kiss before she could push her away

Balthazar lowered her shield slowly. She looked at Claire. "allright fine. i'll lower my shield." Balthazar said.

"They are on the bed. I left them there." Balthazar said and pointed towards the bed and the clothes.

"it should stop in about 2 more minutes. I did the same thing you did when i was a little kid. My parents laughed their asses off at me. stupid jerks" Balthazar said and turned back to finding spare clothes
