- I was thinking to move 'wait' option in a general bar that will be active in locations where it's possible. And place there duration selection like '30 m', '1h', '3h', 'end of day'.
- Added 'exp doesn't carry over from a level up' to minor bugfix list.
- Save the damsel quest originally was intended like one time quest to get a new unique girl or money reward. Actually it will become like that when quest journal system be ready.
- We'll rebalance rewards from fighting with whole battle system upgrade.

Just got around to playing the game, since dragging doesn't seem to work for my tablet (might want to change this :P).
Anyways, my thoughts:

!. Seems exp scales, for example: You level up to 2, if you fight, or fuck girls, at level 1, you end up gaining nothing, so it's better to either not level up, or wait a while, to gain more exp.

2. Due to how the brothel works, you can lose more reputation then you gain (losing around 3+ for one person if you make them wait too long, but gaining only 0-1 for each one satisfied), so the Reputation perk, at the beginning, is kinda useless, since you'll be losing it soon enough.

3. Probably should have an explanation for stats, at the beginning at least, and some just seems useless, or weak compared to others, as of right now.

For example, it's easier to just add everything into Charm, or Beauty & Charm, but charm being the better, as Charm is the main one you're relying on, and Beauty is only a check if you girl would allow you to talk to her. Another one would be, it's better to add to HP compared to the other combat stats; as is, if you don't, you'll usually get insta-lose once you enter battle, unless you have a full party. (They pretty much do around 9-15 each hit, and start before you do.)

Also, since you only get 3 stats per level up, it's kinda bad to have so much stats, 8 in total, though depending on the character, MC or girl, it'd be around 6~7. -- I pretty much only added to Beauty, Charm, and HP for MC, since it's more efficient. HP to survive battles, Beauty & Charm to get cheap girls :P. For females, Stamina to service more guys, till around 40, then rest into w/e


4. There seems to be a bug(?), where you can get serviced from a rescued girl, even if your stamina is no-existent e.g 0 or 2.

Lastly, some tips:

1. When you're just starting, always put Alice into your team at the start of the day, and place her in the Maid Room before sleeping.

2. It better to give the girl a bonus at the start, so she'll gain mood. Also, like Alice, place her into the Not Working before sleeping, as she won't gain mood if you keep her in the bedroom, for some reason.

3. Clients don't usually arrive before 14~16, so if you're waiting for them, it's better to do something else till that time.

Just checked the game on the android tablet. Damned drag n drop doesn't work! I'll think how to make assignment possible, through menus or something.
And you dug even deeper in game aspects, nice analysis.
1 - I'm going to cut exp glitch and bedroom/rest assignment shuffles.
2 - I'm gonna keep it for now, but I got your point.
3 - I think that's a right idea to give more levelup points. And in fact stats are not equal now because many options of the game to use them beneficially isn't ready yet.
4 - just a bug to fix

The early game seems to be very dependent on chance. It's very difficult, at least in my experience, to get more than one girl on the first day, and it seems that every time I start there's three guys the first day, which means that unless my first whore is an industrious individual, I'm going to be getting -6 REP regardless of what I do.

It would be nice if there was an alert pop up saying that you'll be getting clients soon if you're recruiting/beating people up in the city.

It would be nice if there was feedback for actions. A little "here's what will happen if you hit wait" type of thing so that you know what will happen when you leave Maid in the cleaning room or some such.

Think I'll make starting rep lower, to not attract so many clients in the first day. And secure that bug when you can't have new clients due to a low rep, and there is no way to raise it.
Notification about upcoming clients? Why not!
Actually I've already made 'enable Tutorial hints' option in menu, notifications and alerts for basic game mechanics. And popup panes with explanation for stats, buttons, battle order pictures.
You'll see them in the next update.

I've got a small bug report.

If you fire a girl while she's assigned to a bedroom, she doesn't disappear and you can't assign new girls to the room.

Hi, the game seems nice but I can't launch it... When I start the game it says Loading, please wait, but indefinitely... Is there a requirement or something I have to do to launch it ?

Browser with flash support? Try to check swf link under the game pane. Check are you able to open any other flash games in neighbor threads.

The game is enjoyable, I understand it's still early in development, but so far so good. One thing I would like to see; when you are protecting a girl in the slums and lose the fight. I would like to be able to watch the thugs have their way with her (maybe you planned for that already).

Potentially this is REALLY good shit.

The sex scenes are exceedingly limited, lacking anal penetration, vaginal penetration, and orgasm scenes.

I assume these absences will be fixed, though I don't think even a DEMO of a sex game ought to be released without such fundamental things, especially the last.

I'm also happy to hear that there will be ways to increase your workers' obedience; I'm looking forward to whoring out Alice.

Also pretty awesome that mood is affected by bonuses and things like that; balancing your workers' will to work is an interesting game mechanic.
ALSO pretty awesome is the interplay of stats and mechanics.
This is actually really cool, and surprisingly complex.

All in all I had a very large amount of fun with this, actually.

Spent a bit more than a morning on it, and I am hoping to see it develop much further than it has, not only in terms of sex scenes but also in terms of combat.


Suggestions

Gameplay
- There probably ought to be a way to train your stats and those of your whores besides fighting or fucking randoms.
Fighting in the slums is unreliable because you or your whores can get knocked out and actually not gain any exp at all from the fight.
But fucking doesn't gain the main male character any exp if the random chicks are lower level than him.
Maybe let us fuck our own whores, which will be especially useful if they're higher level.
Seems exploitable as hell, if it was for free, but it DOES cost time, so it's not as free as it seems.
Well, however you try to balance it, I don't know.
All I know is fighting is annoyingly unreliable, banging our own whores seems like a good idea, and random chicks are useless for adventurer levels past like level 3.


- It'd be kinda cool if there was a way to make your whores work even if they were exhausted, at the cost of HP instead of stamina.
(If their mood was high enough, since that's the measure of their willingness.)
If you fucked up your calculations and had them hit 0HP like that, you could have them need to take a day to recuperate, and lose extra mood.

- Related to that, it'd be nice if there was a drug or something you could take so that you could perform even if you had no stamina.
Same HP deal, but no relevance to motivation.
Fuck up and you'll be needing to spend a day to recuperate, and also I assume you'll pass the fuck out so you won't be hiring anyone you just fucked.


- It'd be nice if there was a way to convince clients to stick around longer even if you're out: maybe have a sign that says you check in every 3 or 4 hours.
I've missed way too many clients when I was in the slums and I never knew anything about it until the end of the day report.

- I'd like to see the end of day report (or something else) note the starting mood and Hygiene for the girls for the next day and the mood and hygiene contributors.

- You should probably be able to assign a person to the client-meeting room so that clients can be serviced even if you are out on adventures.

- Related to that, you should be able to send a team out to wander the slums while you hang out in the client room, I think.

Edit: - It'd be nice if you could put the word out that you were looking for a certain description of whore, too.
On my second playthrough I spent a stupid amount of time looking unsuccessfully for a perfect Rikku.
Be good if you could specify which clothing style, skin colour and hairstyle you were looking for etc.

Failings

Interface
- It takes too many clicks to sleep, or wait an hour.
Rather than having to click into rooms to do those things, there should probably be ever-present "wait" and "sleep" options, at least in your house.

- Sleep also shouldn't be so close to the other options; a single misclick can cause you to receive an absolutely massive sledgehammer-clobbering to your reputation.

- Specific character-traits like empathy etc should explain what they do.
Some seem self-explanatory, like Kleptomania and Laziness.
But actual explanations would be preferable regardless.
Empathy, for example, might actually not do anything at all, besides "be a trait that clients sometimes want".
I'd like to know.

- You should be able to see how much mood and stamina an action will cost in advance.

- I would prefer to know how much mood a certain money bonus would gain for a whore when she liked or didn't like a client in advance too.

- It's not clear why whores sometimes gain experience from fucking clients and sometimes don't.
It might have to do with the "level" of the clients - in fact I'm exceedingly confident that it does - but the game doesn't tell me so.
And I think that it should.

- I'd prefer to see a numerical counter added to the colour bar in fights, so you know exactly how much stamina and HP you have.

- The level counters on the characters actually aren't perfectly accurate: someone at whore level 10 only has the leftmost number show up - it shows as "1".


Bugs

- The "Account" screen does not accurately show daily maintenance and upkeep costs during the day.
The report at the end of the day shows them.
But the account screen should show them at all times.

- When you offer a girl to a thug you don't get the amount you offered her for: you can offer her for $186 and only get $67.

- When you choose the "help" option in the slums escort mission and then choose to accept money, you get $0.00.

- Some customers don't exist but still become dissatisfied.
I can sit in the office literally all day and satisfy all comers.
But at the end sometimes I still get mention of at least one dissatisfied customer.
... Although maybe it's the customers who almost got robbed by some of my Kleptomaniacs.
I'm not entirely sure; should probably specify whether they're disappointed because they didn't get ANY or because they almost got robbed etc.

- 15 skill and 8 skill girls both take 10 stamina to service a client; skill says it's supposed to decrease consumption of stamina.

Closing

But yeah, pretty good shit, actually.

There's a startling amount of complexity and interplay in the mechanics.
I like how the stats work together.
Like beauty raises overall price, skill conserves stamina, stamina increases worktime (and might be used for special abilities in battle later) and individual character-traits increase whore desirability to specific clients. Muscle and the like not only help in battles but some clients specifically want those traits in their girl.
I think whore level and/or charm might possibly raise the price people pay for whores too, but I'm not actually sure.

... Though I don't think the skill stat actually decreases stamina consumption as it says it should.

I didn't get to 300K in 100 days, - only managed 112 K - but maybe I 'll make it next time, since I'll know what I'm doing from the get-go.

Despite its failings I am actually quite pleased with this little prototype/demo of a game.

I am really shocked at how fun this game is. There is still one thing that I would like to ask; is this game going to have any cum shots in it? I would love this game even more if there were some cum shots in the game.

I'll see how to put it to work.
- Where will be options to change your girls outfit in the future. And equip system for clothes/stockings/accessory. And bonuses to stats from it.
Actually there is a plan to make ways to unlock or capture 'well-known' characters from quests and other actions.

Failings
- I was thinking of making a separate menu with time options like 'wait' and 'sleep'. And to make it accessible in locations where you can do it.
- There will be more traits (good and bad) and explanations about them.

for some reason if I leave the page after starting a game and come back to play it again minutes later it glitches at 0% loaded... and stays that way for a good long while. (a day I think.)

I'm kinda riddled. Because you are not the first who is telling about this. And I can't recreate this bug myself.
So, I added a lil fix (that according to stackoverflow might help).
Could you check if that bug is still here?

Just to clarify, that's the level that shows up on the little icon you can drag either to your party or to "not working today" or to various rooms for them to work in.

Gotta say you've really hit the jackpot in concept.The game is fun and addictive even in its current very skeletal form.

mechanics/ gameplay: ( only bringing up things i haven't seen mentioned in the thread yet)

1) the scaling xp is pretty harsh might wanna reduce that from no xp to an xp penalty for each level below you they are. ( say -1 xp for each levels difference. )

2) enemy damage is pretty high to start with might wanna reduce them from base damage of around 8 to about 5.

3) yeah the receptionist girl and the ability to fuck your own girls are much needed.

4) it could probably really use an equipment system/ item shop and maybe a dojo to learn fighting techniques.

5) as major upgrade im recommending the ability to change the classes of the girls. ( it says alice is a maid and every other girl in the game is a whore but classes like receptionist and bodyguard would be cool to have as well as some means of changing or assigning them)

overall its very a good system though. i'm looking forward to seeing how you get to use all those stats.


Graphics :

actually not bad at all considering where its at in development.

1) the guys are really blocky and need more variance for their models.

2) the girls look really good but adding some more variance for them too would always be appreciated.

3) the animations you currently have are solid so id just add more and maintain quality on that front.

story:

we've got a solid premise and alice as a character which is a good start.

1) The bartender should be made in a permanent NPC like Alice it would setup a lot of potentially cool events at the bar. (right now she just changes randomly)



overall i loved it and supported you on patreon. looking foreward to seeing what you do with it
