True. You can catch Mew, and it is not close to Viridian. But for the possibility to fight and catch Mew, you have to meet certain circumstances like having the right item, the right abilities and you have to fight some trainers from all around Kanto in a specific order.
You don't have to make it this hard to find Mew in the game, but due to this background story you shouldn't make it too easy, either

Yeah pretty much, getting to Mew should actually be worth it since she is the last Pokemon in the Pokedex and one of the more mysterious and harder to find Pokemon. So, why not make the task hard to get her?

... And when does item come into play? I just know that you need to Fly and beat a certain order of people in order for the glitch to work. Again, I could be wrong, I do want to perform this before making sure that this is all right.

I am fairly sure it has not been added into the game yet. As far as I know only rock smash has been added so far.

There is no specific place where you start your hunt for Mew. Actually any trainer can initially trigger this event. You just have to fly or use your Escape Rope to Cerulean City (Escape Rope works only if this was the last Poke-Center you visited) as soon as you step into the trainers' field of view and before he can react and walk towards you. Then you fight the upmost youngster right before you reach Bill's house. When you now enter the route with the trainer you flew from, Mew should appear. The most commen place for this event is Route 8 and the trainer used for this is the gambler right in front of the passage to Saffron City

hey im fairly new on here and ive been wondering how to keep track of when things get updated such as this one lick is there a setting for it becouse i just replay some of the games on this website over again after a awhile to see if anything new was added so help pleas

Check the first post on the first page. That is where the latest version of the game is posted, and there it says from when the latest version is. Another indicator would be if there are alot of posts on the last pages sayinf how awesome the latest version has become

Also, Is it possible in this version to catch a trainer with a pokeball/fanart?

i was able to use touching and fan art to capture a maid from the vermillion hotel, but so far they are the only ones that this can work on. if you download the game editor you can open the database SWF and it will tell you how a person/pokemon is captureable with charm being the use of attacks like service and lick, as well as fan art. it will also show you the touch points if there are any as well as tell you if the touch points will make the pokemon/person horny or if something bad will happen like with voltorb the touch points paralyze you and anger her but i was able to use fan art to get her.

i just thought of something that could be cool to see in an update, having a pic for pokemon/trainers that is in between normal and horny and having one for when they cream themselves. the one for after they cream themselves could be an auto picture. i think that would be really cool. also maybe being able to reuse fan art and maybe being able to make your own out of the pictures you take of horny pokemon/trainers and/or the automatically taken pics like misty being raped by caterpie

It would be a lot of extra work to create a picture for when pokemon/people "cream" themselves (I just realized how weird that sounds) and not many of them would be seen, since people will only catch pokemon they like the look of. On top of that they might catch them with pokeballs instead of making them cream themselves, since not all pokemon get horny when they are touched. I hate to say it, but as nice as that would be it seems like a waste of time.

you dont have to touch them to get them horny, you can use attacks like 'lick' that omantye has or 'service' from a maid (which as i said in my first post is capture able via lick or fan art) to get the pokemon and women horny and then captureable when they cum. it might be extra work for the in between stage but i was thinking that it would be possible to find a picture of a sexy version of the pokemon to use, since the auto taken pictures of the sexy events are different than another of the same character. as far as people only catching ones that look good, this would give those people a reason to fill their pokedaxes

first of all you really need to learn better grammar, you should have asked it 'when will the full game be released' as 'did' is past tense. seriously that is like second grade stuff and if you havent yet learned that then maybe you need to quit looking at hentai until you grow up. secondly it will be finished when ever humbird gets to it, this game is really big and detailed with lots of things to go into it and that takes time. you can always track his twitter for more updated info about the next version but it probably wont be finished for several years, as other people just in the last couple pages have said.

i am trying to get pictures and pokemon for my pokedax and there are a couple from the electric gym i need, can anyone tell me what lines of a save game txt i need to change to reset the gym completely. or if it is even possible.

i just found out that it is possible to modify the moves of pokemon in the save document, i dont know if humbird wants us to or not but i was able to give a rattata the charm attack and it actually works. if this is something humbird doesnt want people to know please let me know and ill delete this post.

I tried the game briefly for now. The swf version doesn't seem to work under Firefox, I only get some basic menus working. I had to run game.exe, which can be problematic since I use Linux but so far Wine handles it well.

Anyway, I happened to find this game on Youtube (ironically) then discovered the thread here. Certainly a nice idea, I think this has potential to be a very good project when finished
